I was in for tire repair and in the busy day I was overlooked and ended up waiting over 3 hours before I brought it to their attention. The associate quickly contacted the manager and took care of the problem. The associate gave me a free oil change change next time I was in and I got it. Now thats good service! I love shopping at Wal mart.5 Stars I rate them.

Went early, got in and out fast. What impressed me the most was my technician Daniels professionalism and integrity. They ran out of the type of oil I requested and even though they were busy he searched the entire store to find me, let me know, and ask my permission to use a substitute. It would have been a lot easier on them to just put a different brand of oil in and I would have never known, but he went the extra mile to do what was right. THANK YOU!!

Caught a nail in my tire getting saturday morning breakfast on a weekend trip. They got us in and out pretty quick, obviously all i needed was a patch so it was pretty cheap too. They were fairly polite, but they left my car unlocked in the parking lot and lights on and didnt call when the work was done, which ran out some of the little time we had to play this weekend Not too much to complain about otherwise.

I went to purchase a set of tires and I got them for a great price, they are great tires, and excellent service.

This place is normally three stars, but one of the technicians, Jake, is amazing. I needed a repair and he was fast and he did everything right. He seemed like one of those people that really cared about his customers and worked extremely hard to prove it.

I went to the walmart tire center looking to buy a couple of tires for the front of my van. Im not familiar with Wal-Marts tire center but was not my first time taking a car to a tire shop. Every other place Ive gone, you pull up to the bay doors and usually someone will great you or youll have to go to the front desk to get assistance. This apparently isnt the case at Wal-Mart tire. I pulled up to the bay doors. Looked around and the few employees i could see were goofing off and walking around aimlessly, so i got out of my van and went to the front desk. The line was a mile long from customers, but there was only one car in the work bay. I turned around and tried to find an employee that would help me, but i must have been invisible because every employee walked strait past me like i wasnt there. The one car that was in the bay started to back out which was strange to me because theres bay doors on both sides of the building. Why did they have it blocked where to have to back out? I realised i was in the way so i pulled my van out so they could get out. As i was doing this two more cars pulled in front of me and pulled into the bay. I pulled back up and again tried to get an employee to talk to me when one of them finally noticed i was there and started walking in my direction. Then the employee yelled at me to go park out in the parking lot and get out of the way. At this point i was so frustrated i told him i was going somewhere else.

The people are friendly and the service was quicker then expected.

Usually do a great job. Today they were very short of employees. Waited over an hour and then left.

Found some very good Goodyear A/T tires that were priced pretty reasonable and they had my truck in the bay ready to begin putting on new tires. I am pretty happy at this point. Return a few minutes later and my truck is sitting outside and the manager informed me because I had one broken lug that it would create an unsafe condition so they couldnt perform the service. One missing lug and five holding the tire on for over 50k miles and not one single problem. I blew up, got very nasty and went to Hibdon Tires. I should have gone there first but I couldnt pass up on those tires. That was the final issue with this chain, I WILL NEVER SHOP at a Walmart again. In the past I only shopped there when absolutely necessary but no more, I am in the process of finding a new pharmacist as well.

What a bad experience! Do not go there! The supervisor Kyle has been a very demeaning person after I nicely noted that I had called prior to my visit, to ensure that they carry the oil change service for my european car.He treated me like I was an idiot and if I was sure I called walmart and not Auto Zone, because he is sure no one answered the phone today and hasnt spoken with anyone, so I must remember it wrong. They do not service my car, so it couldnt have been them.His mechanics dont answer the phone, because one supposedly doesnt speak english and the other one just doesnt....I was not going to go into an altercation or start fighting, because uneducated, narrow minded people that have sexistic and racist tendencies, I can smell from 3 feet away! So I politely named the exact time and phone number I had called, and said I gladly will take my business somewhere else.Coming to find out it was his mechanic, another employee tried to make an excuse, that the mechanic ment they do generally carry the oil but not the filter, I had enough! Such a bad costumer service and what belittling manor he put! Smh.I am tending to make a complaint at the general manager.

Worst experience at a tle ever! They didnt tighten my oil filter or my oil plug so i left with no oil in my car and paid for a $200 service to end with a blown motor. Called them and they say its not their responsibility to fix it.

Got an oil change before a small trip with my kids. We specifically asked them to double check the tires. We get about 40 miles outside of town and the car is pulling to the left hard. Pull over and checked out the tires ourselves(husband and I so I dont sound like a crazy), and they were way over filled. Wont be going back, the people were nice, but the service was terrible.

Great price for tires for my escape

Needed a some tires for a travel trailer after having a Blowout while traveling. Went to this store to buy some brand new ones and they said they dont take tires off or put them back on. It was over 100° outside and my boyfriend had to take the tires off himself in the parking lot. Not very good customer service AT ALL!!

Bad service and rude. They overcharged me for fuel injection when I only ordered a standard oil change. I went unnoticed for 5 minutes and then when its finally my turn the mechanic tries to give service to the guy behind me. SMH. No stars for me.

They have the work finished (replacing the battery). But the person at the cash register cant check me out and my car is finished. Im still waiting for them to give me the keys to my car so I can pay. This is ridiculous. Never taking my car here again.
