This is a dam good hardware store where the staff help you and dont say in aisle what ever. I needed a weird furnace filter and they had it. One stop place to get keys not a machine and have to go back over and over. This is a nice store clean and well stocked worth going there for advice.

Employees observed not wearing masks. One had it pulled down and only put it up when he saw mine. The other employee did not appear to have one at all and made no effort to distance himself when he saw I needed to enter his aisle. Aisles are too small and narrow to enter this store safely and avoid mask-less employees.

Nice clean place parking lot was snow plowed salt was put down for the customer safety little pricey on their tools but very willing to help and are very nice recommend going here

Rude People who watch the isles. Some helpful but others make you feel like your trouble. Not a friendly place to shop. Best to let people look around vs follow them like they are going to take something. Loyal customers won’t come back to a rude environment.

Store employees have become progressively more rude over the years. Now they are openly hostile toward anyone wearing a mask or trying to social distance. Also, selection is limited and quality of products is hit or miss.

I do not mind to pay a little more then I would at Walmart the customer service is worth it here.

Great quality of supplies

I was in your store about an hr. ago with mask on, and asked by a sale attendant if I needed help. Since he was not wearing a mask, I said know because you have no mask on, at which he responded, I dont need a Mask, Im not sick. The fact is you can transmit this virus without being sick. What is Ace hardwares policy on mask wearing? We are continually asked to to support our local businesses, but I wont be back at this store. I can buy what I was looking for on the internet, and probably receive it in 2 days.

The workers are always helpful. The place if well stocked with the usual hardware needs. It also has quite a few not so common items as well. The prices might be a little higher than other big name stores, but its worth it to me to have help when I need it and the oddball item Im looking for that no one else has.

This is a nice local hardware store. They seem to have good selection of tools and materials. The isles are pretty tightly packed. The employees seemed helpful but if you are getting something heavy you might need to bring your own muscle.

I was in store shopping an older gentleman helped me find a part, well upon getting home and trying said part it was a manufacturer defect and didnt fit, after coming back to the store and explain the situation I was approached by a younger gentlemen and told by him Im not taking this back looking like this! With 9 kinds of attitude... I explained to him it was a factory defect and had to be shipped back to the supplier as he once again told me I dont care Im not taking it back! Well as I said the older gentleman grabbed the part for me I didnt and I purchased it. After the younger gentlemen arguing Im not getting a refund did I mention the attitude? The older gentleman paid out of his pocket for the part... Needless to say I WILL NEVER ever go back to this hardware for anything as long as I live! And I own my own handyman company, hence why I was here getting parts... needless to say they have lost quite a bit of money from my business.

Just house hold items

My wife and i were in the store and we were appalled, the other customers were not wearing masks and the employees were not wearing masks, my wife asked the lady employee why werent they wearing masks and she just walked away. If we ask ourselves why the corona virus is still here, there is the answer, we live in a society where, its me and my neighbor doesnt matter.

Received help in the Paint Dept as usual. However according to there computer system someone else had used and is signed up under my phone number Ive had for years. Yet Ive used MY phone number on MY REWARDS ACCOUNT at my Iowa Ace. Therefore I received no points.

Staff met me at the door, very helpful . Told the man who assisted me what I wanted and he went back into the store and about 3-4 minutes brought me what I wanted . In and out in 6 minutes .

The staff at ACE hardware Lburg are always ready to help, go above and beyond to help customers. Theyve been very helpful from making extra keys to getting air filters, garden tools, paint, mulches, and many things that would save you a trip to Frankfort or Lexington.

Went in asked where there tool where told me where they where and stood over me while I looked like I was going to steal something. So I told him I was going to lowes I am a certified diesel mechanic dont need to be treated like a criminal.
