PGI did an impeccable job replacing the windshield on my Dodge Avenger. They were incredibly friendly and affordable. This is definitely the place to go in Lawrence if a rock hits you on the highway!

PGI is absolutely the BEST business for customer service as you could ever want. Dee Dee will probably answer the phone and she is very knowledgeable and kind. I have 2 experiences with PGI and both have been off the chart fantastic! The 1st time I used them was when I drove a Volvo from San Francisco to Lawrence last Fall and I hit a coyote and a rock hit my windshield outside of Salina. My Volvo was at Hite Collision due to the coyote and PGI drove to Hite to replace the windshield so I did not have to transfer it myself. Again, Dee Dee was fabulous on the phone to set it up for me. Then, my Acura MDX had a rock hit the windshield this past week and PGI worked me in and took care to get a new windshield immediately with superior customer service!! I will never go anywhere else for this service, I FOUND THE BEST SO WHY CHANGE!! Btw, I did not know these people until I had a need, totally authentic.

I am extremely satisfied with this local Lawrence business. I was referred by another satisfied customer. PGI replaced my passenger side window in an F-150. Price was competitive with Safelite and much less expensive than Ford dealer. I will recommend to others and definitely use again for future windshield repair/replacement.

After having my windshield replaced was having trouble with the rain sensor. They were more than happy to take a look at it. Unfortunately it had to be reprogram by Jeep dealer which the owner was happy to pay for. GLAD we have small businesses who value their customer. I would have given them 10 stars 🌟 if could.. !!!

My experience with PGI was excellent. They did a great job, were efficient, and very nice. They made sure to explain the process, as this was my first time needing a windshield repair. Prices are also very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service.

I was sent to them by Briggs Subaru (kudos to them for their honesty) to re-attach my rear view mirror (it came apart oddly). Super friendly, and even though I just dropped in, they had my mirror back on in just a few minutes... and I was down the road in about 15-20 minutes. If you need new auto glass, these are your people!

Replaced the windshield on my Subaru BRZ with no issues. It looks good and it was ready when promised. Ive used chain stores in the past and had issues with the trim not being put back properly. Not this time, you wouldnt even know the windshield was replaced everything is exactly as it was. I guess youre always better off going local when possible.

If youre going to go through PGI youll need to line up when you show up with when one of the workers will actually be in the office....since they dont accept appointments only walk ins and their guys are usually at another body shop...if you dont want to jump through hoops/wait a nice minute to try and get something fixed call any other local competition who have actually adjusted to modern day business.

When we needed a new windshield, we made an appointment and got right in with prompt service.

PGI does work for most all dealerships & body shops in Lawrence, because of that our installers are in & out all day long, therefore it is hard for a walkin customer to catch one of the installers. You definitely need an appointment, but the quality work is worth it! Make your appointment and we will take care of you. You can wait in our office on our comfy couch with cable tv, or we can shuttle your vehicle to & from your work or home, or we can give you a ride. We appreciate your business. Yes we are a mom & pops old school business, (a bunch of oldies but goodies work here) but were proud of that, we take pride in competing with those nationwide companies. 28 years and going strong!

After trying other companies and them either being not sealed correctly or installed incorrectly (Crown Collision even installed the wrong windshield for the car once). PGI seems like the only people that can get it right. Ive used them twice, and will return again.

Came in months later because of a sound my passenger window was making and they were more than happy to help at no charge! Very friendly and professional individuals working here.
