Took an hour and a half to get taken back. But only took 20 minutes once installing started.

This was a mixed experience. They were extremely nice. My auto glas is beautiful and once they got started they didnt take long. There was a small mix up and myWindshield was late getting there. I would definitely recommend them for your auto glass needs

They do have the lowest price, but they screw you by waiting until after they take off your windshield to tell you that the warranty is now voided bcuz a little spot is supposedly rusted around the frame. It didnt look like rust to me.

I called and spoke to a young lady on the phone a day before service was supposed to be done. The young lady I spoke with asked me what time I would be bringing the vehicle and I told her that someone vandalized my vehicle and the tires were slashed so I was in no way able to bring the vehicle in and that I would need mobile service she said OK she asked me for my ZIP Code and my address and set everything up. I get a call the day they are supposed to come in and install the new back window asking me if I’m still bringing my vehicle in. I told the gentleman that I spoke to that I set everything up for mobile service he said the technician is already gone for the day so we’ll have to reschedule it for tomorrow. He said I don’t know who you spoke to but we didn’t have it set up for mobile service. When clearly when someone says of service the person that set the service up there name. Not once did he try to come to a solution for me. I actually had to call back very angry on the phone in order for him to see if the technician could come out and when I asked for a manager he stated that he was the manager. This is a very unprofessional way to handle things if you make a mistake with a client you fix it simple as that

Too expensive and the wait was too long. I left and went to Auto Glass Now out West.

Fixed my window but didnt vacuum the glass out also the piece on my Rearview window was broken off and not completely fixed right.

It took forever to get my windshield fixed and I was told to be there by 8am well I was there at 830 and was there until 130pm so I dont recommend it to anyone

I drove there today after being told by the dealership that I needed a new windshield and rubber seal because my 2017 Nissan Altima (which I bought Dec 2019) had an aftermarket windshield installed that I didnt know about and the rubber seal got loose flapping on my rooftop. So Caleb of Auto Glass Now took out his Glue gun and quickly sealed it. He didnt even charge me for sealing it and putting it back in place! The receptionist was really helpful too. Awesome place. Thanks for helping me out.

I was incredibly disappointed when a rock cracked my windshield..and even more when that crack grew exponentially overnight. My insurance company recommended another business that quoted me outrageous prices for replacement. I called Auto Glass Now & Angela was so helpful and nice. They scheduled me an appointment the next day and they even came to my work. Everett replaced my windshield in less than 30 minutes. This place is awesome!! Fast..affordable and so friendly :)

This time Im very disappointed because this time they did tell as of the day I ordered the glass did not tell me it would 7 business days to receive the glass then the only person hasnt given me attitude is Roxy. Everybody else has had a nasty attitude so next time Im not bringing my cars to your buisness.

They left several pounds of broken glass in my doors. I now leave piles of glass everywhere I go like my friends driveways where their children play. I spoke to the manager and district manager and they said it was not thier problem. I now need to pay someone else to take my door panels off so I can vacuum out the huge amounts of glass they neglected to vacuum out.
