Big rip off Don’t waste your time they wiped out my credit card and I still have no appliances what a whole company of fraud i had to get a whole new card what a big inconvenience this place is stay away don’t say I didn’t warn you. They have mice in all their stoves anyways they get broken appliances from on the street and sell them they are a major big gigantic rip off it’s sad and ridiculous they need to be shut down unprofessional rip off

Great spot to buy used appliances. Same day delivery and good warranty. Right across the street from eb-lens, in downtown Lawrence. Bought a washer there and a dryer and theyre working great. Also had the gentleman fix my fridge. I recommend

Beware don’t waste your time Items never delivered I took the whole day off work after they told me 4:30 pm for them to never show or answer the phone I show up the next day to find the washer and dryer on the curb still so I cleared my whole day and still no washer &dryer completely unprofessional I had to call the police for a refund then after the cops left the owner pulls up in a rage and almost ran my foot over I should sue very rude and ignorant and I actually have video save your time don’t waste it there is another appliance place Called El patron appliance further down way more organized and much cheaper cleaner with quality appliances than this place

Went in to buy a used fridge and bought one in almost new condition for a fair price. They delivered my fridge within the hour and gave me a good warranty. I also had them check my washer and fixed it even though sears told me its better if you get a new one. Great business right in down town lawrence

Purchased a set of washer and dryer. Delivery was quick. However, they sent the wrong washer because repairs on the original washer was to take place (part ordered). Its been 4 weeks and I am still waiting on the delivery of the washer. Not so great service!

Horrible services!!! Vever received a call back after the initial service. Finally answered my call instructed me to search for the piece needed.he could find it. I search found it right at way. No only that I called Sears they fix it and I didnt need to buy anything it was clogged..
