Had the worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. My husband is really into cookware went to go ask about some Cutlery and the person on the phone was absolutely atrocious. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

Everybody we saw working here was still masked up, which was appreciated! Also, everybody was very friendly and helpful. We always enjoy coming here, and will continue to do so!

Went in today to buy some new bedding and a few other items i could not find what I Exactly wanted and Cassie was there to help she walked around with use for about 30 min and help pick out the complete bed set and a set of new towls will definitely be back in again. As a business owner this is the type of employee I would be promoting becouse you can tell she wants to find the best product and the best customer service she could provide and yes Im a five star company and pride my self on customer service.

Not a good store no one said anything to me there was 4 girls at the register not a single one of them looked at me or anything they were just chatting and on their phone sitting up on the counter. So gross . but one young lad did help me out he was nice.

More than disappointing customer service experienced. Bottom line, If they don’t have an item that you want that has been sold out, they cannot call another store and have it shipped to you or that store (it’s policy), if the item is offered on line and the price is higher than the store’s offer, they cannot adjust the price and you have to pay for shipment, to the store or your house. All those factors combined meant that an item I wanted at $9.99 was now $18.00 ish ($3.00 more online, $2.99 shipping and more for taxes). Good news is she offered me a 20% off Coupon! Ha! Did I buy this item - No way. Shopping online from now on.

Had a great experience with this store. Very clean and helpful staffs. One of store agent came and actually showed me how to save money buying a queen 11-piece bed set! Now, I called this a customer service. I highly recommend this store and if you are not sure about the product you want to buy then dont hesitate to ask any store person.

I spent all day moving into a new apartment and got in fifteen minutes before the store closed, but the location is well organized and the staff are on the ball, so I made it the door out with new pillows, towels, and a trashcan before they were supposed to close.Thank you for making a stressful day a little easier!

This is the Lawrence store; my first time there. I was able to get one of the two things I went there for; the other I have to order online. The clerk helping us was good as was the clerk who asked us if a needed help when we first walked in the store.

Lee was so amazingly helpful! I had a million questions. She was so patient and kind. I was able to pick up several things at great prices!

I bought some pillows and needed to return them even though I had slept on one for a night. I had lost the receipt but I still had the packaging with the UPC code on it, and they allowed me to return them. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would give the staff five stars. The reason I gave the store four stars is that there simply not enough staff on hand.

Sometime the deals are good. Reg price is expensive. Items on sale are not always marked . Coupons are the best part!

Very stocked and the employees are so nice. Just wish they had more checkers. Its three days till Christmas and only two checkers

Had to make an exchange here and there was some confusion about the product between the manufacturer and the store; however, the manager was extremely helpful and polite working with us and got the exchange done for us. Very pleased that the issue could be worked out!

Over priced and cluttered

Went to look at curtains and they were much less expensive than Macys for the same quality.

This place always looks messy, crowded to me. They are trying to cram a lot of merchandise into a small building. Plus the people you can find to help you locate something are not exactly helpful.

Great place to find fun house hold items

I set up a registry for my wedding here, my fiance and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience. We were very fortunate to be helped by Ms Stevie she was very down to earth and exceptionally knowledgeable of her store and my fiance and I both had a wonderful time with her running around the store.

Lots of stuff to buy, but never enough employees to help you find what you are looking for. Each time I visit this store, i have to walk around or yell out for help, and even then, i have to go to the front of the store to get help. They need more employee assistance which is a problem that they can solve, so if they do resolve this, i will change my star rating accordingly....

I have a few places in Lawrence that have made themselves dead to me. Bed, Bath & Beyond just became one of them. They posted a sign for a candle sale where the picture could have been either of two similar sizes. My order rang up wrong, so they sent someone to help. She told me I had the wrong size and walked off. I told the customer service/cashier their sign was misleading, that maybe saying the 7 oz. candles were on sale. She said, yeah, thats weird. Very apathetic, unhelpful, would-you-just-leave-because-I dont care attitudes. Ill go somewhere else next time.
