Once again Appliance Corner saves the day!! We have been buying from them for over 15 years and recommend them to everyone.The customer service is like no other!!Today, I was panicked because my dishwasher was leaking every where, as soon as I called they booked me the earliest appointment they had available.However after hearing the issues we were having, they called back and Aimee FaceTimed me to showed me how to fix the problem myself.(The issue with the dishwasher was completely my fault!!)She walked me through it easily …and then cancelled my appointment. Problem solved!!This place values their customers!!!Thank you!!!!

Above and beyond to make sure we got a dehumidifier today. It was a small extra step that made all the difference. Everyone one was friendly and helpful and the banter with their long time customers is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work and friendly service.

I had been eyeing a washing machine that my go-to appliance person doesnt have and heard good things about Appliance Corner. When my dryer broke before I replaced the washer, I reached out to Appliance Corner for the same brand. They were out the next day to deliver and take away my old one. In fact they called us because they were AHEAD of the delivery schedule so we got it earlier. When we had issues with it we called and they were able to troubleshoot over the phone. Two weeks later we were able to purchase the new washing machine to match - they gave us the discount for buying them together. Again, came out on schedule. The delivery guy and my husband talked for a while, too. Friendly, helpful, good service, timely. Definitely recommend.

Online order was made, but they did not say that they would not ship to my location. I had to call to find this out after many days of no communication coming from the store. Would be good if you can fix your website to prevent this error from occurring again

This is a great place with extremely helpful, knowledgeable people. After a horrible experience at a certain orange store, Amy at the appliance corner patiently answered all of my questions. She knows her products and won’t sell junk. I highly recommend them!

FYI they are not taking new repair customers at this time. Unfortunately Ill have to look elsewhere. My mom was very happy with the service they were able to provide her just a few weeks ago but I was told when I called in today that theyre not taking new customers. Thought I would save some people some time who might be looking for service.

What a difference from the big box stores, and we went to many! Such a warm family feel in this business. My first time in the store and I was treated as though they knew me! Their knowledge of appliances & manufacturers is impressive. Amy was so helpful & made sure that we were happy with our new refrigerator. I wouldn’t buy an appliance anywhere else.

Place is just awesome! My old AC bit the dust just as a heat wave began. Spent yesterday calling all the big places, no luck, much frustration explaining what an in-wall and a 220 V was, everything out of stock (but we can get it for you in 10 days!)Next day, walked into Appliance Corner in Lawrence. Asked for an in-wall AC at 220 V and over 10,000 BTU. Lady behind the counter knew exactly what I was saying, checked the back room and in 30 seconds : Got an LG, 12,000 BTU you can take him now. Price was a deal for a top brand like that.Was home chillin within the hour. Thank you ApplianceCorner, next time Ill know just to come to you first!

Great place! They sell parts for appliances too and the gentleman behind the counter also made sure I know what I was doing before selling me the part. That extra effort means tons to me in this day in age.

Great experience! Called looking for dryer parts that none on the big name stores had in stock. Appliance Corner came through with excellent customer service and an amazingly friendly & knowledgeable staff.

I bought my washer & dryer here and found this business to be very knowledgeable and really nice. The guy behind the counter was great and knew what he was talking about. They delivered on time, and took the old ones away. The prices were also the best here. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! Needed to replace a 4 year old wall oven, had to find something to fit existing cutout in our kitchen. Tried the local name store and walked out totally disgusted. A friend said go to Appliance Corner; we did and the rest is history. Found what I needed with lots of help and support from Aimee and I will be doing all my business with them from now on. Am telling everyone I know!!

We bought all of our kitchen appliances at Ap and are very happy with our purchase. The owner, John I think, could talk the ear off a brass monkey, so I made sure I dealt with his daughter the next time I was in. They offer most of the brand names, but best of all, if you need service, you call them. They have their own service techs. They do not pass the job off to a 3rd party. I always go to the big box store to look, but I always buy ftom appliance corner.

Appliance Corner is awesome. Great people, great service. Just fixed our microwave - did the job in one day and for a very reasonable cost. Saved me hundreds compared to having to buy a new one.

Very disappointed in service. I purchased Speed Queen W & D for my business and all appliances for my Condo. My business uses 3-5 loads a day. The washer stopped working, I called for service and the earliest they would come out is 6 days from now. Now I need to find another repair business, I cant have my business out for 6 days.

Great customer service and they will match or beat any competitors

Prices are okay but not the best for the Wall AC that I bought. I decided to purchase from them because I wanted to buy locally. Point of sale experience was very good. However, the day of the delivery, there was zero communication until I called at the end of my two hour time block and they said they were sorry and would update me asap on the status within 1-2 hours. Another two hours later, I called back and they apologized and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. Two and a half hours after my original scheduled delivery, I received my Wall AC and the delivery guys were very nice and apologetic. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication from the main office (Sorry, I was supposed to call you to notify you of the delay but it got too busy and I forgot).

Have used them from many years. Great service and great people. Recommend.
