Great experience pharmacy was fast and very knowledgeable. Great customer service excellent staff.

Visited the drive thru to pick up a couple of prescriptions. Got in line at approximately 7:45 and before I got to the window at 7:50 the clerk placed sign in the window and partially closed the curtain. The sign stated that the pharmacist was off duty and in the state of NC its unlawful to dispense prescriptions. I called the store and asked for the manager, Ashton Lee stated that the drive thru closed at 7:50 and a sign was posted to that effect. I told her that wasnt the sign I read. She stated that I could come into the store and pick my prescriptions up, but I had left since the sign stated that the pharmacist was off duty. I informed her she needed to be consistent with her practices. If the pharmacist is off duty for the drive thru then why would I think he was on duty in the store. I question, is the practice of closing the drive thru at 7:50 a store policy or corporate policy?

Just leaving this store. Cashier not friendly at all. I gave her a quarter to avoid getting coins back. Instead she still gives me coins. I stated thats the reason I gave you the quarter. Dont think she understood. They should hire employees who understands how to manage money. Poor service.
