Ms. Brandi and Ms. Kris are life savers. On yesterday, I was unable to locate the key to my storage unit and called a locksmith. After nearly an hour of trying, the locksmith had not removed the lock. The ladies saw my frustration and thought it was best for them to step in and take over the situation. Within minutes the lock was removed and so was able to access my unit. THANK YOU again, Ms. Brandi & Ms. Kris!!

Today I was able to rent a 5x10 unit and it was such an easy process. Brandi was very polite and professional. She also adhered to the social distancing protocol which made me feel comfortable and safe while in the office. Brandi explained everything well so I knew how to use the access code and lock and unlock the unit. She answered all my questions and helped me get the app on my phone to make it easier to pay and get notifications. Very pleased with the customer service today.

Had a great experience at this location. Had a problem with our reservation but Brandi stepped in and got us squared away quickly. She was super nice throughout the entire process.

Found a storage at a great rate here. After researching for a few days turns out storage is expensive! Im on a budget and appreciate the move in specials offered. Excellent customer service in office as well. The manager was very helpful in the whole process. She even showed me how to use gate code and the lock.

Needed a storage unit and waited until the last second to get one. Love the security of this facility and mostly the customer service. Brandi was very helpful and very attentive. She showed me the unit I chose online which I chose way to small for everything I brought. She was quick with showing me some larger sizes and helped me pick what I needed. The paperwork was easy and she explained every document before signing. Brandi is the best!

Today, June 28, 2019, I was provided very excellent advise from Brandi the property manager on how to electronically pay my monthly rent. She also gave me advise on moving my additional belongings in a bigger storage garage and she recommended that I might want to increase my insurance. She was extremely pleasant and very professional. It is nice to do business with very articulate and astute people. I give her two thumbs up!

Brandi was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Location is great, although GPS takes you to Apt complex, its at the underpass. Maybe a sign would help. Otherwise great service.
