Best Storage Facility in Laurel hands down. I went to Public Storage and it was an absolute nightmare (DO NOT GO THERE). SO HAPPY I FOUND LAUREL SELF STORAGE. They are up front, honest and to the point. Their storage units are clean and SAFE!! They are also easy to get in and out of. I had the pleasure of working with Rozanne, she is a breath of fresh air! She was awesome and did a great job explaining everything. They care about their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUREL SELF STORAGE!!!!!

Great place. Clean, friendly but I have noticed an increased mice problem that was not evident when I 1st rented my unit.

We contacted Laurel Self Storage for overflow space for our business and Rozanne helped over the phone with cost, availability, etc. when I first met her to sign the paperwork, Rozanne was extremely friendly and helpful. Fast forward a few weeks and Rozanne is generally the one that is there and she always greets us with a smiling face and is super helpful and accommodating. In our industry, someone like Rozanne is a welcome face when most people are difficult. I would give Rozanne 5 stars of her own and the storage facility its own 5 stars.

You cant compare the quality of service and hospitality the staff share with you. Hands shown the BEST experience for over a year! If shopping around, Id check to see what they have available before going anywhere else! I ❤ Roxanne, shes awesome! Jason is just as helpful. Thank you guys!

Been using storage since April....no complaints and when I rented my uhaul truck I received a discount and referral to use this facility..so far no problems!

Super clean and units are clean as well. I had a great experience! Its sad but its hard to find good customer service and reasonable prices these days. It was really nice to know that this establishment was really looking out for me, their customer. Rozanne took the time to walk me through all my options and I felt really good about my choice of going with this company.

So as far as 1st impressions and renting a new storage, the process was quick and easy. Jason was very helpful and thoroughly explained the rental process. The storage area was clean and most of all its climate controlled which I was looking for due to a prior storage unit having moisture, wet, & mildew problem. The price for the unit was also competitive with other storages. I recommend if you want a clean, safe unit for your storage needs.

I just moved in but so far everything has been good. The unit prices are great plus the military discount makes it even better! Management was awesome! Easy process and the building is nice and clean. Everything I was looking for!

This is a very easy, good service provider. I called, they explained, gave me the price, I signed on linevand the box was delivered, no sweat. Perfect for a busy professional who needs a temporary storage box. While the pricing is reasonable, I would tell everyone to ask about the extra delivery and pick up charge...it is a bit high but the convenience may make it worth it for you. I know it did for me.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities you will find in the DMV area. Believe me I have had my share of storage nightmares. You will be treated professionally and courteously by the building manager Rozanne. Her customer service is absolutely world class. She was wonderful throughout!

Wonderful experience from day one (warm welcome by Scott, easy paperwork, knowledgeble on storage alternatives) through departure (Rozanne was super efficient, and felt like extended family). Unit was in perfect working order, well lit, clean, and convenient. Had to move or Id still be using Laurel Self Storage :)

The office team, esp rosie is soooo great. The price is reasonable. Clean and secure. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is that it closes so early. Wish it stayed open later, like midnight.

I was particularly impressed by the ease of locating this storage facility and the easy drive in and parking setting. The First thing i observed was their excellent friendly customer service on phone and in person. The person who spoke with me(Rosanne Maisonneuve) patiently explained every step i needed to take in order to make my move-in process smooth and answered all my question to my satisfaction. i got to the facility late in the evening, but she was patient enough and went out of her way to ensure they provided the needed services i required.,, she took exceptional professional care in helping me make the appropriate choice and size of store room and other logistics like padlock and electronic lock system etc that i required for my goods. . Fourthly, the serenity, and exceptional neatness of the storage facility is outstanding. They had enough loading equipment to assist me haulage my goods from my truck to my store room. This further made my move-in very smooth.I also noted that their price rate was also far cheaper than the store rooms in the area.Her Honesty and analysis was very impressiveI feel at rest that my goods are in safe hands-Ed.

They picked up and delivered when they said they would, with little hassle. I loaded boxes in Virginia and had them delivered to Maryland. No breakage or hassle. Kept them a year in MD. Suggest future users put a lot of mouse repellent in boxes to keep out mice. Worked well. No problems. Good job - thanks!

My scheduled delivery was late and since I only was provided an hour to unload 2 crates, it made it difficult. The driver, however was great!

SmartBox is the best storage company presently on the market. Their staff is accomodating and friendly. They work with the customer to make sure they can keep their items. I have had my belongings stored with the for 4 years. I have been homeless, and they still work with me. SmartBox is a blessing in times of trouble and I fully endorse and stand by my opinion of the company and its employees.

The paperwork required was beyond ridiculous but the manager, Rozzanne Maisonneuve, was FAST, PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING and explained everything. Without her assistance I would have left because of the volume of unnecessary paperwork. BTW, the storage facility is excellent and very clean.
