Love shopping at Krogers. I find food items that I can not find any where else.

We love kroger to shop and get our groceries.

The Store itself is okay. However to grocery pick up has gotten worse and worse over the past several months. I used to get an email and a text about unavailable items and substitutions and normally always accept substations. The last several picks ups I have not gotten an email or text so when I pick up about half my items are not filled at all. So yesterday I got out after getting my pick up and so many items were not filled that i needed that i went in the store. I found several of the exact items on the shelves or things that’s were simple to substitute. Seems to me whoever is filling the grocery list simply are lazy and do not care. If it’s not going to be done right then don’t have the option of grocery pick up. I am taking my business elsewhere.

The people are awesome. I do enjoy going to krogers. I only have one bad thing to say. If your sale is over take the sign down. I came in and got 2 pizza at the price of buy 1 get one free. It wasnt honored. Asked them to look at the sign they acted like the sign wasnt there. Now I have been shopping at krogers for a long time now. I will continue to shop here but if the sign says sale than honor it.

Clean and lots of produce

We are from Washington IL temporarily staying until May 1st snowbirds that is, we are big Kroger fans. We found this Kroger to be spectacular. Nice, friendly, meat. They have cashiers that take your cart, unload, sack and cart it, how cool is that. I wished our Kroger did that. Plus we love the fuel points especially when the price is right.

Casey in the meat market was awesome! Not only did he help me, he helped an elderly gentleman that I told him what the man was looking for. Really nice guy! Kudos to you Casey!

Kroger has great deals in Laurel, Ms. Kroger also has a lot of items that arent sold everywhere which is a breath of fresh air in the Walmart/Amazon age. I gave four stars for instead of five simply due to time lost in a line to check out. A local, hometown store (equally as popular) is much faster but... As I said, Kroger has great deals and a GOOD brand name for competitive alternatives.

Best sale prices in Laurel. Employees actually help customers and can be found throughout the store. If they are out of something on the shelf, an employee will go to the stockroom to check if they have more.

My initial experience was very good(as always). However, after loading my cart and heading to the check out, I notice there are no registers open. I was told that the only cashier scheduled to work this morning didnt show up and that I would have to use the self check. I literally has to many items for self check. Only when I started to leave ( without the groceries), did someone offer to open a register.

Kroger is a great place to shop. I love the free Friday downloads, the easy access and its convenient location as well as the great parking. Kroger is a great place for me to do my shopping👍👍👍.

Fresh produce, good quality meats, good selection of organic foods and gluten free foods. The store is clean and orderly. The employees are friendly and helpful. Great store!

This is one of the busiest Kroger stores Ive ever seen. But, to their credit, the staff has always been courteous and professional. I especially like the convenience of food, fuel, pharmacy, and deli all in the same location. Most of all, ITS NOT WALMART, which is a BIG plus in my opinion!

This might be the best grocery store within a 100 miles. You can find bison, lamb and other items you would not normally expect in a small town grocery. As good or better then the best groceries in Hattiesburg. Clean and well stocked.

This is one of the oldest Krogers I have ever been to. It still has a nice assortment of products but it really needs updated. I wish it had a larger organic section.

Had asked my daughter to pick up a few things for me to make a green salad as well as chicken salad. When she got home and unloaded it all, the container of grape tomatoes for the green salad was missing. I stopped by on my way home to find out if the checkout clerk had found the missing tomatoes. One of the young associates who help with the robotic checkout areas immediately came to help. He told me to go get a replacement container and come to him. When I finished my shopping, he checked me out. No problem! No worries! No charge!

Kroger is always five star. Great selection very spacious. Good prices

I think it is sad when senior citizens go to Krogers and they cant get digital coupons because they don T have a computer. We the ones that needs help . I don T have digital coupons it disappoints me because Krogers has always been my favorite store.

Love Kroger grocery delivery service! Instacart is wonderful and easy

Most helpful person is the older lady that manages the bakery. She goes out of her way, even if what you need has nothing to do with her department. Shes a 5 star role model.Now tonight when asking where a project was, I was given the wrong ile and when checking out, my request for bagging glass item was ignored. Younger employees need to keep their focus on the customer. I shop Krogers 98 percent for all my purchases

My mother wanted some Caffeine free fire mountain due. There was a sale 3 for $9. There was only two on the shelf and an employee went into the stock room to find the only other case left in the store. Awesome service.

Not as big and nice as a Kroger Marketplace, but it is good. The cashiers and baggers are very friendly and there are no long lines.

There is a lot of things that are way to expensive compared to walmart. Same brand and even with the card..... good plus the produce section is an A+

Im disabled and have ask managers three times to lower a few of the premade salads to a lower shelf. All three times they said they would but never have.The staff is great and friendly. The staff in produce have reached for the salads for me but they are not there everytime.

My go to grocery store, I will always recommend Kroger for excellent produce at a fair price. I have realized that a lot of the prices are cheaper than walmart!

Not like the Kroger I am accustom to in Richland Ms or I-55 Jackson Ms. Aisles was crowded with employees. More workers than stock. A lot of employees talking and non work interactions. Employees talking on cell phone and texting. Check out employees working hard checking and bagging. Customers getting buggies from parking lot. No one asking if I need help. Shelfs empty. The size of the store was not the issue, the lack of employee pride in the store was the problem and it was obvious

Love this store except they refuse to carry Red Diamond tea bags, forcing me to go to another store so,, its easier to get everything I need at the one store that I cant stand to shop in. I did ask and they did say they would get my tea bags. Never happened
