My friend had work done on her car. The owner was knowledgeable, personable & friendly. He greeted everyone that came thru the door. His work was impressive & he went above & beyond for my friend. Although his office was small & at times quite busy. People didnt seem to mind and most were repeat clients who all spoke highly of the business. He made sure that clients & visitors alike were taken care of
I initially found them on Groupon. I tried to call and make an appointment and was told by the owner that the Groupon didnt cover anything and that I had to call and cancel the Groupon and book directly through him, otherwise the job would actually cost significantly more. This bait and switch should have been my first sign that this was not a reputable business. The low price lured me in though.The rep that told me my car was ready rushed me out of there. There was no chance to walk around and inspect the job that was done. He wasnt wearing a mask either so I didnt want to hang out and chat with him in close proximity anyway. I later found that a scratch was left in the tinting on my drivers side window. I immediately took the car home and parked it when I left the shop so it could sit all weekend while the tint cured, so this wasnt anything I caused. I had purchased the 30-day warranty, which was worthless because the owner wont respond to my numerous calls, texts, and voice mail messages. I will now have to pay to have this fixed somewhere else. Even if he feels like this is outside the realm of the warranty, he should at least call me back and tell me. Dont dodge your customers.Its also worth mentioning that in addition to the lax mask-wearing, the waiting room is filthy and they are not scheduling people in a way that prevents the waiting room from overcrowding. It was packed. I understand the need for business, but there are zero measures taken for safety here.
If i could give less than one start to this place. I tried to make an appointment with them for my car and the guy tried to oversell me. I don’t recommend this place.
I couldnt be happier with their service! I drove out of their parking lot after having my car detailed and felt like I was driving a new car! They took great pride in their work and it shows! I will be coming back and referring them to my family and friends.
I got detailing interior. It was good until they discolored my black door handles to an ashy black almost white color then told me it was like that prior to getting the detailing. The gentlemen promised he would have someone fix it and fix the color. He NEVER called me back. He promised too. He’s black owed and I love to support black owed. However, it’s encounters like this that make me ashamed because I have to right reviews like this. I’m NEVER going back to him.
I’ve been at this location before and had no problem . I called The number that’s on their card To make a appointment for a detail they told me they had time on Saturday at 6 PM later that day on Saturday before my appointment someone called me to reschedule because they had too many cars that day and weren’t gonna finish on time so he gave me a appointment for Sunday at 11 AM I drove 42 minutes I had to look for someone else to also come with me that way I can have a ride back home while they do their work I was there 10 minutes before my appointment as a responsible person when I got there the guy that help me told me they did not do details on Sunday he told me that I had called the wrong shop I explained to him that I have been there before I gave him the phone number I called he told me that was not your phone number he left the room all mad I grabbed his card when he came back I told him why he was saying that was not their phone number is the phone number I called it was on their card in their office and I showed him that there was only one car shop only one location so I couldn’t have called another number he told me that was wrong that he was the only one that answered the phone every day and he asked me to leave the shop so I left and I called the number I had and he answered . I will no longer nor my family nor my friends come to this location and I advise you guys to save your time and look somewhere else these people have no customer service are rude and irresponsible
These people are a joke! Bait and switch plus never answered the phone. Had to go there to make an appointment. Then they told me that the tint that I paid for only has a 30 day warranty and if I wanted a higher quality (one year warranty) tint that it would be double the price!Avoid at all costs!
Lured in by Groupon then tried to tact on extra fees Ill go elsewhere.
Overall good experience with business! I came in to get a remote car starter installed. I arrived behind my scheduled appointment time. I called prior to this to inform the customer service representative, and they were understanding. The check in experience was very smooth. They discovered I had an additional security system installed which may have affected the installation, but the service team were able to integrate the remote starter well. Due to the remote car starter normally offered with the service I requested being out of stock, they upgraded me to their next system with no additional charge to me. Yay. As far as critiques for this business. They could create additional space for customers in waiting area to promote better social distancing & the wait time was initially quoted to me at 2-3 hours. My service wasnt complete until 4, but they were accommodating me by waiting as I was handling some business in a virtual appointment. I would consider returning again to this business for additional services.
I purchased a Groupon to have my car windows tinted for $85 it covered 5 windows. I tried calling the establishment they didn’t answer the phone. I drove to their shop to schedule an appointment and the gentleman tried to up-sale me. He told me the Groupon would not cover all my windows end I would have to pay an additional $95 dollars. He also stated because I was using the Groupon I would only get a 30 day warranty but if I paid the $95 dollars I would get a lifetime warranty. I respectfully stated I would request a refund from Groupon. I was/am so disappointed. I really wanted to get my car windows tinted however I didn’t like the feeling of being swindled. I would not suggest the shop to anyone especially if they are using a Groupon.
Ive had a remote starter put on two vehicles here and both experiences were fantastic!! Everyone was incredibly nice and very professional. Gavin, the owner was wonderful to work with! Couldnt be happier!!
I’ve been to this shop 3 times so far. First time, to get my windows tinted. While there I spoke with the (guess the owner) about installing a radio and back up camera. I was told the price and that everything was included, parts and labor. The second time was to install the radio and camera. I was told it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later, I was informed that the dash kit which was from another vehicle, nothing fit. (This was already talked about, which is why the right parts was supposed to have been included.) The owner said he was getting the right part the next day. The backup camera was already installed. I paid 400$ for an incomplete job. I was told when I came back the remaining balance of 175$ was due. The third time I arrived at 4:45pm. Almost 5hrs later the radio still is not installed. Come to find out once again don’t have all of the correct parts. I asked about a discount for the inconvenience. Was told that will be discussed. After putting my console back together, the owner said that he can either give me a free car wash or money off my balance. As I’m checking to make sure things are In Working order, I put a dvd in the player. No picture at all. When asked about it the guy that did the work stated that he didn’t even think about connecting the components. Another guy stated that it wouldn’t play while driving. (That’s something I already know, I’m in park.) During further investigation noticed that my mic to my radio was notconnected. Only good thing is the controls for the steering wheel was thrown in for free. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..!!! I did not get home till 10pm, and I live 5 minutes away.

I am pleased with the service I received. Not only did they detail the exterior and interior of my vehicle ( for just $99) they also put air in my tires ( at no extra cost to me). My car took 2.5 hours to complete. I’m pleased with the service and I would come back again.
So initially I found this place through Groupon for a “five window tint” deal but once I went to the shop the guy said that it would only be 50% tint or whatever long story short he basically talked me into getting a $100 & I can choose to get whatever tint % I desire without “lifetime warranty” if I wanted 30 day insurance it was $150 and if I wanted lifetime it was going to be about $180!! (When other shops offer $100 tints with lifetime insurance already included) So I obviously gave them $100 and overall the quality of the tint is not horrendous but the next 3 days my windows started developing “BUBBLES” I tried texting the guy & I tried calling even leaving a voicemail and nothing. I would go over to the shop but I work 10hr-11hr shift Monday-Saturday. The front desk guy seems nice but customer service wise & tint wise DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I got a tint job. I also added the 30 day warranty. After the 4 days, I started rolling my windows down and there was a screeching sound. I told the shop and they did not help to resolve the issue. They should have offered a resolution to the issue and never returned a response which does not make sense knowing that I have a warranty on it. The 30 day warranty is a scam and they will not resolve any issues if it was the tint that was the issue.
Poor service given my Tesla for interior car detailing. The job was patchy, poor customer service. Its a rip off.
Got my windows tinted on Wednesday July 19th. I had bubbles like crazy. After calling and leaving messages they finally called back. They told me to come back on Friday July 31st they will replace it. I had 35 percent but figured since they are replacing I will just do 20 percent. 1 they didnt fix the huge bubbles i had on my passenger window didnt replace the tint like he originally said. Instead of taking off my tint and doing 20 percent they just added another light tint on top of what I already had. Please do not take your vehicle here they work is garbage.
Time then to get automatic starter for my car my check Angeles light stock coming on 2 weeks after it Davy 5th refuse to look at my car again or tell me the Parliament with my car they told me it was the engine problem but again it whether I didnt star tell they did my car
They did a great job with the detailing. The waiting area left something to be desired.
If there was a zero star I would have given it. This shop is absolutely horrible. I took my car in to get tinted on December 12th. Three weeks later it had so many bubbles on multiple windows. I had to call and text for three days for this guy to get and to me. He finally got back to me and I took my car in on January 11th to get fixed. He remedies some bubbles but isn’t he process completely scratched my tint on one of my windows. He gave my husband the keys and left without my husband having a chance to inspect the car.Please save your money and do not go here. He is not professional and the entire business is extremely unethical. I’m now trying to get in contact with him so I can get a refund or for him to fix the window he damaged. He is not cooperating with me whatsoever and just outright ignoring me.
They did tint on my truck. Grade A service. Very polite. Very good customer service. Ill definitely be back to bring my other car.
If you have a groupon dont go the store offers cheaper rates and will do a better job cleaning your car
I bought a groupon for them for 5 windows. I called to make an appointment and I was told that the Driver side and Passenger Side front windows are not covered in the 5-windows tint. I was super surprised to hear that. Those are the main windows of the car. How can you offer a groupon and not include those? They didnt even specify that in the fine print. Things like that show how they do business.
Total waste of money. Paid extew for stain removal and pet hair and both are stll there. Just do the vaccuum yourself.

Took 3 hours to clean only the inside of car which was still dirty. I was livid. Never going back again, what a shame.
