Went there on a Saturday they said first come first serve make sure I was the first person there and didn’t leave until 230 pm. They placed multiple people before me even though I was the first person there. Then when I did get a chance to change my tires. They gave me the wrong products that went with my tire so I had to buy it again somewhere else. And when they took my tires off they didn’t place the tires they took off which were new tires back in my truck when I called him about it they had no idea where they were so they pretty much stole my brand new tires just because I change to a new set of tires. If you can I would definitely use a different shop whoever is running the shop Is not professional at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On a positive note the one person that worked on my truck was really knowledgeable and he at least was straight up with me but for the management I will stay clear of this shop. They literally stole from me.

I had my 2017 Impala tinted & fitted for 20” black & polished Borghini’s. They did an amazing job.

Recommended and Sold me the wrong tires for my vehicle and then tried to explain it away after being confronted about it. Sold me xl rated tires for a vehicle that requires E rated tires (major safety hazard). I would stay away from this business, all the care about is the sell of products, not customer safety or customer satisfaction. Tires only had approximately 4000 miles on them before the driver side front tire belt separated. Kevin the owner wouldnt even honor the warranty given by the manufacturer.Update: Kevin the owner did give me a partial refund but again I will not be a returning customer.

How this place stays in business I do not even know. Rude sales persons too engaged in their phone to actively address a customers questions. No problem, Ill take my money AND business elsewhere, like TAS Machine right down the street. Ill get my rims repaired for less than what these so called small business owners were going to charge me. Avoid this place at all costs, no matter what you see shiny and sparkly parked out front!!!!!

I had a much better experience at HOD than Im used to at establishments like this. I forgot to get his name, but the tall guy with glasses and dreads was SUPER nice and helpful. Answered questions, made calls and even walked us outside to show us what things would look like in natural light as opposed to the indoor lighting. Highly recommended.

I usually do some of my own work on my car and when I was looking into a issue with my backup camera I went here to speak to one of the technicians. I didnt actually have a service done here but instead he gave me his personal opinion on some wiring in my trunk and didnt charge me a thing. I had a great experience with this place.

My husband was extremely pleased with his overall experience. They helped him same day along with financing! They had exactly what he wanted available same day and they were installed and ready to go within hours.

Absolutely insulting! I didnt get his name but he 100% acted as if he did NOT want to sell me Rims & Tires. First he asked me if I was looking for My Son or Mans car! As if a Female couldn’t possibly want them for her own car! No it’s for my 04 G35 6MT and I was specifically interested in a set of Vossen rims w/ new tires that would have easily put the price WELL over $3 grand. But apparently that isn’t enough $ for him to waist his time and service on?? I left because he literally walked away and started talking to another customer (a MAN he apparently already knew) I just wish I called before driving all the way to laurel from Owings Mills

House of Dubs is great! Ive had numeric keypads installed on multiple cars and they have done a good job each time. I recently had an issue with one of the keypads and Kevin fixed it for free. Id go back here anytime for custom work and highly recommend them.

Walked in and was given exceptional service on the spot. I brought them wheel to install on my truck. They got everything done and had me out the door in just under 3 hours. They were professional, they went above and beyond what was required of them (wheel well trimming, tire rotation). Plus, they pretty much charged what they quoted me.

I’ve dealt with Kevin for a couple vehicles stand up guy. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.I’m highly disappointed in my last tint job I paid $350 not cheap. And it’s cheap tint bc it doesn’t block UVA lighting. Told to come first thing in the morning 6 hours to get tints, then had to come back bc of bubbles in tints. Only to redo for 3 hours on another day . And I have bubbles that you can visibly see and distracts vision on a group of bubbles. The guy they have now clearly does not know how to do tints. I’ve never had a problem before. I did not receive what I paid for. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning. It took me a lot to write this review bc I’ve reached out with pictures and issue hasn’t been resolved. All windows don’t have that clean look .

Super nice people, very helpful and honest

I had this place put on tires and spacers on my truck and the spacer were not tightened correctly so my tires were wobbling at first I thought i needed an alignment. But I noticed a lug missing so I go to take the other 7 bolts off with barley applying pressure 4 snap in a row. I call the place to tell them the issue and I get sorry theres nothing we can do thats bullshit I can drive my truck or get to work tomorrow and that all I get.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Billi helped me get the sickest rims. not a long wait for delivery, and installation was quick, professional and the mechanic was very helpful and communicative. while waiting, another guy helped me with stereos. i forgot his name, but he took his time abd knows his products so well. i didnt buy the sound system today, but i am going back when Ive saved up and im buying it there. if you want cool people, with cool stuff, pay these people. i am stoked. my ride looks so good, thank you HOD!!!

Im running Goodyear Eagle F1 summer tires with 20 factory painted rims on my car and most places wont touch them but Kevin at HODs hooked me up so I wouldnt have to go back to the dealer. Easy to work with and the crew there gets you in and out at the time promised. Because Im retired military, Kevin gave me a 10 percent discount on both the replacement tire and both times I came in for a flat which I really appreciated. Definitely will go back the next time I need anything.

Great service. Came in to try fitting some rims on my Lexus. Rims didnt quite fit but everyone was very helpful and didnt get charged a cent. Nice guys.

Scheduled an appt for 10am... I show up drop off the car... get a call @ 11am... the employee scheduled to work on my car called out. Aren’t call outs supposed to be before the start of the day? No regard for what I had to go through to get the car there and what I had to go through to now pick up the car since it’s not staying the scheduled time. No offer to reschedule, no apologies, nothing...guess my business isn’t valued🙄

I told them to give me a price before start and they started the work without any prices or explanations. I kept asking them and they kept saying, they wont know until the work was completed.I was told the work was going to be completed in 2 weeks. They didnt even start the work until 2 weeks of the car sitting in the shop. I didnt get my car back for a month and a half!After the work was complete, they charged me $4500 for the work, which was WAY over priced. How can you charge that much when you charge $2500-$3500 for an entire wrap?The worst part is after I drove the car home and found that some of the pieces were not installed correctly, they refused to take responsibility to take care of the problem.DISHONEST PEOPLE. Buyers beware!

I had a 10 a.m appointment, arrive 10 minutes early only to stand outside of the place until around 10:20 am. Workers slowly strolled in, not even caring that they had people waiting. They have HORRIBLE customer service, they took our key and tried walking away without telling us how long, not asking for information or anything. While I see them take in other cars that came in after me as in they only prioritize those they seem to know or prefer working on. After waiting an hour, the car was still in the same spot I parked it in and the key still at the desk where it was left. I had to get the keys and leave. Went right next door to Hallstar and got GREAT SERVICE!!

Crooks!!!! I came in to have my wheels mounted and not only did he not have the part he charged me $40 to take off one wheel to tell me that. I believe in paying someone for their time but please let me know what the cost is first instead of making up a price. Bad Business!!!!

Very nice people, pretty well priced for what they do. I had them swap rims and tires out and do a vertical door kit install on my 2013 camaro. The work was done okay, only issue I had with it was it had to be adjusted and fixed a couple of times till it was done correctly. They didnt charge me for any of the adjustments but after that was done Im overall happy with the work just wish it had been right the first time so I didnt have to make mulitpul trips in to get it fixed up. I dont think I would recommend them for door kit installs but everything else they did was stellar.

I rate House of Dubs no stars because of the poor service and customer service. I called days ahead to make an appt and showed up on time for my appt. the store opened up 15min late. The employees were moving extremely slow and relaxed. I informed them I had an appt and they took my keys. I sat in the lobby which is a beat up couch in between rims for 45min waiting. My vehicle still didnt move or get drove into the garage for servicing. DONOT WASTE yout time. Hallstar Tint which is right up the block is where you need to be.

I called to ask for pricing for my car to be wrapped. Whoever answered the phone told me I needed to come in to get the prices because my car needed to be looked at. I drove 40 mins for the nonchalant tech to tell me to pick out colors and get a price without anyone looking for my car.Needless to say... Ill be taking my purchase of Rims and a car wrap to another store..... smh

The owner Kevin is always has time to break down your needs and give expert advice on hooking up your ride. Plan on getting some some rims there next.

I had my windows tinted here and now I’m trying to get a MD safety inspection done I’m being told the tint is illegalI went back and talked to the guy and he told me I choose illegal tint for my windows when I never asked for something illegal put on my carNow they are trying to charge $100 for removing it onlyThis is bad business they sell you stuff and don’t tell you it’s illegal so you can go back and charged you to remove itThe guy was even laughing at it
