Friendly staff, clean store, always happy to try and shop local or at least order online through a local store if possible instead of going to Amazon. Online ordering was easy, and I picked it up the next day. (I ordered after hours.)

They had the battery I need they had really good service. Had to wait a couple minutes for one other customer ahead of me. Not bad.

Mike, the store manager, was super helpful, friendly, and guided me the the exact specialty battery i needed.

I bought a Duracell lawn tractor battery which I informed the sales associate that there was a rebate for it, and I wanted the rebate form. He gave me a folder with the battery, but when I got home, the only item in the folder was my warranty and receipt. I looked online, and the rebate form was not available on the Batteries Plus website. UPDATE: The store manager saw my review and mailed me the rebate coupon! Now thats what I call customer service!The sales associate was friendly and courteous, and the store was neat and clean. Ill be coming back there for my next battery needs!

Quick service friendly staff.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. I called and they had to look for the type of sealed lead acid battery charger t hat I needed. I had curb side pickup due Covid19 rules. Getting home The alligator clamps would not hold onto the 2 clips, and I called the store they looked up my battery and saw that the clamps on my battery charger had an opening for positive and negative posts not clips. T hey immediately said bring it right back or have your son do it and we will return the wrong item for t he flat clip alligator gripping clamps. I will go out of my way to go shop at this store because of its personnel, their customer service and t heir very very genuine pleasant personal manners. These are the people who you want to represent your business, and/or stores customer service.

They are the best place to get all of my watches, phone and fob keys replaced. Thrilled with the service and the discounts I received for the number of batteries that I purchased.

Curbside service is always a great option

Had a great experience here this morning! Manager Mike, Dave and the wonderful woman who works there were so helpful. A special needs person was also there, and they were friendly and respectful to him as well. I needed a replacement bulb for my 3D cell maglite, and they stuck with me and tried several bulbs, finally getting me LED replacement for the halogens. they have the coolest collapsible buckets with lights in the bottom.

I had the battery in my iPhone 6s replaced there. I scheduled the appointment on their web page. Since I had other things to do near the store, I dropped it off, and when I came back an hour later, the battery was replaced. The workers in the store are very helpful and it is located just a few minutes drive from my house. There is parking right outside the door which is very convenient.

Mike is a very respectful individual. His team is as well. Since I started going to this store I have been treated like my business is there top priority and Mike always says hello. Great team!

Poor customer service, I was referred here by Square Trade. The store doesnt seem to like servicing Square Trade customers. I was treated rudely, was made feel un welcomed and wasnt given clear instructions when I had questions. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

The store in Laurel is very personable. However, the time took longer than originally suggested in order to replace the battery in my phone. I was quite concern that the phone was still not responding to even the new battery. And, there was an anxious moment when I was expected to back up and restore my data on my own. However, when I got home and connected my phone to my computer, it became charged, and all data was still there. Whew...YAY! I expected the battery to cost a lot less, but there must’ve been a “miscommunication” during my initial phone call. But, I am satisfied. Mike and Dave were very helpful. The only thing missing is a chair for customers who have to wait over an hour or more, like I did. I’m glad to know their services and merchandise are nearby. BRAVO!

I made an appointment on line a day ahead. Everything went very smoothly. It took a little over an hour for them to replace the battery on my iPhone 6S so we left for a while and then came back. My phone is great! And I used a coupon I got on line.

I had a great experience at the store. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. However, website was very misleading. Search showed price of battery at $89 but at checkout it was $125. Bait and switch. I will not deal with them again!
