This was our first time visiting Laurel, MS and we experienced a flat tire on the interstate! Let me tell you the customer service at this Firestone goes above and beyond! Zach lent us his personal vehicle to explore Laurel while we had tires put on our vehicle. We were so grateful for his kindness and thankful for the speedy tire replacement. Highly recommend these guys.

Larry was great. He worked to get our flat tire replaced quickly on a Sunday while we were hundreds of miles from home. Really friendly. We’re thankful we found this place when we needed it.

Needed an immediate repair to our truck recently while on our way home from New Orleans. Couldnt have asked for a better place to have to take out vehicle to. All the work was completed in a timely manner by an excellent staff. Due to the nature of the repairs we had to spend quite a few hours waiting. The staff insured that we were comfortable and updated us on the progress regularly. We were insured that all repairs would be completed in one day and despite my concerns that it couldnt happen, they met their commitments. Couldnt have asked you better place!

We popped a tire unexpectedly while downtown, put on our spare, and then limped in the store a little after five (closing time was at six). Zach Glenn and his team had a replacement tire in stock (the last one they had), told us it might be a bit as they had other jobs they were working on, and still had us out in about 30 minutes. The guys were extremely friendly, not to mention efficient, and quicker than we could have imagined. Thanks for taking care of us out-of-towners like we were family. Were from out of town and had a blowout on the interstate. Was in their parking lot and called to get a tire and was refused service bc it was 30mins before closing time.. I hope he is never in this situation and needs help. I will never buy anything from this company ever again... And I will deter anyone else from doing so..

I took my fiancés car by Firestone in Laurel, MS to get a oil change and to have the team look at her tires because the tire light had been on for a few weeks. After observing the tires, Mr. Decker gave us some bad news telling us that the tires on her vehicle were in very poor condition. He told us that he would recommend getting new tires, which was terrible news for us because our wedding is this upcoming Saturday and I just did not have the money without getting it out of the honeymoon fund we had been saving up for weeks. However, her safety on the road is more important and he told us that he wanted us to be safe on our drive to Pigeon Forge as well. Mr. Decker extended his services to help us as much as he could by taking off a little of the price with a coupon and not charging for the alignment I believe it was. I am very thankful for him helping us as much as he could. Before we left, he walked with us outside and gave us some genuine Godly advice about this journey we are about to begin together. We were reminded by his words that God is always with us and He is always in control, even in the difficult times such as this unexpected expense. Mr. Decker and Zach and everyone that works at Firestone of Laurel, MS do an outstanding job and have always been very helpful every time I have gone there for vehicle maintenance. I recommend them to everyone because they go above and beyond the job services that they are required to do. Thank you Mr. Decker and the rest of the team at Firestone of Laurel.

Was seriously in a bind after getting an oil change at Midas in Ohio, who didnt screw my oil cap on and it leaked everywhere, and they were so kind and helped me right away so I could get home safe. Love this place and would recommend, their customer service was amazing.

If you’re okay with being robbed blind and getting your car back with it’s interior half put back together, knock yourself out. Bait and switch operation, and what I would consider unethical business practices.

Oil change in 45min. Fastest its even been there. Normally it takes 2hours. Affordable prices. I use a coupon everytime. I had a large blob of oil smeared on my rear driver side.

My wife and I were in town from out of state for a funeral, and planned to drive home that night. After and unfortunate incident left us in a bind, and the local Ford dealership was ZERO help, other than offering to let me park my vehicle there all weekend until their service department opened. They couldnt even be bothered to recommend another shop in the area. Lucky for us, the gentlemen at Firestone went above and beyond to help us and got us back on the road. There are so few genuine fair businesses left these days, and everyone knows the bad name many mechanic shops often get. This location could not have been any further from the norm. They took us in an hour before closing and were not only professional and courteous, but personable and compassionate. I simply cant say enough complimentary things about Mr. Zach and Mr. Decker!!! These men could teach many business owners and managers a lesson in customer service and common decency.
