This the place I go to get my kitchen cabinets for my wine bar. I got a shaker white shaker cabinet. I chooses the option to assemble it myself. It looks really nice.

The biggest issue was the language barrier. Sometimes difficult to communicate unless you know fluent Mandarin Chinese. Didnt really get a warm and welcome feeling when shopping there, but this may strictly be a cultural thing and not intentional.The work was satisfactory as we had kitchen cabinets, a basement wet bar and a master bathroom cabinet done. Another issue arose with the appliances. They do not reinstall any appliances. This also includes the vent hood, which we either had to pay the installer to reinstall for $80 or do it yourself. I chose the latter. In the process of uninstalling the vent hood to finish the cabinets they lost most of the screws holding it in.Overall we are pleased with the workmanship and the product but not so much with the overall service. Id shop around if I were you.

Good service. They were fast, efficient, and clean. Remodeled our kitchen in just 3 days. Yes the language barrier may be tough but its all good.

I have used in the cabinets for probably 10 kitchen remodels here in the Washington DC area. Specifically I have used Jennifer in the Laurel Maryland branch. I am quite pleased with their products and customer service. I noticed that others say they are rude to deal with. I have not found this to be the case. I do think sometimes there is a little bit of the language barrier and perhaps a cultural difference in that they are very direct in their manner of speaking and I think sometimes Americans are not used to that.The cabinets are semi-custom meaning they are already essentially preassembled and they just come and put them in place. I think for the price they are quite high-quality. Yes you will get a higher quality cabinet in some other places but you will be two or three times the price.. The very few times weve ever had an issue like perhaps a cabinet door buffeting correctly or such panda kitchen has always been very quick to come out and fix it for free..The selection of granite countertops is also pretty good and the prices are quite competitive..In fact I plan to use panda kitchens to renovate my own home here on Capitol Hill sometime within the next year. I may not use them for everything but almost certainly use them for cabinets and countertops for the kitchen.

Worst experience in a retail store EVER. Zero customer service. Walked into their store and just got a glare from two woman employees. No hello or greeting at all... just a we are closing in 20 minutes hurry up..Wouldnt help in answering any questions.FORGET this Chinese owned company with their inferior Chinese products.BUY AMERICAN!!
