I came in to look at a new vehicle that was priced at $42k online, I had been watching this vehicle for a little while before coming in as I live 2 hours away in a different state. When I was sat down at the dealership the price had magically become $53k plus tax, title, license. I was informed that this is because there was a mishap on the pricing and also a 8k market adjustment that they purposely dont list online. I understand the current market very well, I work at a dealership and come from a family that have worked in dealerships, various jobs. My experience here was very very disappointing today, multiple times they tried with old sleezy salesman tricks. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Trying to profit close to if not over $20k in one car deal (factoring in my trade, market adjustment, profit already made on msrp pricing, & finance) is utterly ridiculous. I wish I couldve gave them my business, to my face they were very sweet people I just couldnt help but feel like I was being massively taken advantage of. Greed is not a good sales tactic.

Delivered me a car that needed tires. Tires had cuts, were bald, and depth could not be measured. Gave me the run around about replacing tires and then try to replace tires with cheapest brand that could be purchased. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership!

Went with my father to get a new 2020 Kia Rio. They told us 18,500 out the door price. At first they told us 15,000 when we were driving through the parking lot. We still thought that was real good for a new car. Well they tried to get us to finance through Kia to get all the so called discounts and rebates. When it was said and done, It was going to be 30,000 dollars! So we asked, how much cash? 18,500. My father borrowed money from his Bank, got the car for 17,300. Lesson learned, do it yourself. They tried to make it sound too good to be true, usually it is!

I came to Laurel Kia with a $2000 down payment she did get me approved but I didn’t want the monthly payment where it was. I went home and came back to her with a hefty down payment and got my car. Horrible! I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I made an appointment Monday for Thursday to have my car looked at because of some noises. Well I was met with the most rudest and condescending receptionist in the service department by the name of Sharon or Sandra. She didnt greet us and when she couldnt find the appointment she basically made it seem like I lied about having one. I wouldnt have drove from Hattiesburg if I didnt have one. The remarks she made and the attitude she gave definitely should have gotten her fired and I hope they have audio and not just video recordings of our interaction. The service manager I think his name was Kenny did nothing but say hell investigate which I doubt. Hands down the worst customer service experience Ive had in all my life. I would give negative stars if I could.

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff at Kia. And the service was great and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Also, Thank You so much for being so clean and abiding by the copid19 guidelines for everyones protection.
