Came in they didnt have thd parts for tire sensor replacement went to another mr tire purchased part came back had to make a appointment called ahead of time asked if my appointment was still gud he says yes come in still had to wait forover a hour what is the point of making a appointment ita just like if you had walked in one store the tire program machine is always broke andthe second store just unprofessional and slow both stores laurel md

My dad took my van for an oil change, tire rotation. Soon as he left my dam tire light came on the dash board. When my dad took it back the guy had nerve to tell him a 2 hour wait After it was their fault the light came on! There was absolutely Nothing wrong with any sensors, or lights on my dashboard. I will definitely not be returning or send anyone to this location.

Brand new tires put on, good work. Glad they had my tire size in stock. V the counter employee was very nice.Got prices over the phone for tires and installation but not for the other fees. Wish I was informed on the fees beforehand so I could have been prepared when time to pay, turned out to cost a lot more than expected because of it.

Tony was awesome to work with and he delivered under budget and on time. Mr. Tire was much better than the car dealer. He gave me plenty of options as to handle my issues and save a little coin. Ill definitely be back.

I had a screw go through my tire and this is the only place I could get to fix it on such short notice. I decided to go ahead an get all my tires replaced. They didn’t have the tires I wanted. They stripped my lug nuts and only on one tire. It wasn’t like that when I brought it there. Then they called me to tell me it would be almost $13.00 a piece to replace all of them on all the tires. They also left my hood open and didn’t close it all the way. I checked them when I got home and they left my lug nuts loose. After telling me that my tire would fall off. My appointment was at 11:00am they didn’t call me until 3:30 that they were starting on it I finally got it back when they were starting to close. Worst experience I’ve ever had. 0/10 do not recommend. I’ve worked on my own vehicles before. It looks like that’s what I’m gonna have to keep doing.

I wont be going back!Brought in my vehicle for free tire rotation and balance per my tire purchase agreement. Since the work was free I had them change my oil and filter while it was at the shop.Looking at the paperwork and the tires after I got home and found that the tires were rotated but NOT balanced.The very next morning I find a huge puddle of oil under my car--after inspecting the problem it was found that the oil pan drain plug that was reinstalled during my oil change at Mr. Tire was replaced with a completely INCORRECT and UNORIGINAL drain plug and a gasket that didnt even belong in the assembly.How this happens? I have NO idea!Luckily the problem was found and fixed before my engine was ruined!Hate to leave a bad review but I wont be going back to Mr. Tire 131 Second Street, Laurel Maryland.

My car was sitting for 3 days until I called and then they said you might want to take it somewhere else. I then took my car down the street and was charged $1811 for a radiator replacement and oil change only to find out that they never changed the oil because it was blacker than than before. Also on my bill all I see is misc charges with no explanation. After paying $1811 I still had to take my car somewhere else because the part that Mr.tire fixed wasn’t the issue. After speaking to the mechanic at the new auto shop they confirmed that Mr. Tire definitely didn’t do $1811 worth of work and that I was ripped off. Never will I again use Mr. Tire to service my vehicle

Tony and Joseph were amazing! Their customer service was very impressive! Tony called me personally to let me know the issue with my car and within a couple of hours my car was fixed. As a single women, sometimes mechanics can take advantage of you don’t much about cars, but not these guys . I appreciate their honesty. They even stayed later than normal so that I could retrieve my car. I will definitely be a returning customer. I even mentioned if I could request Tony as my personal mechanic. Thanks guys!

Took a bit longer than I hoped but everything seems to be great. The Jeep rides well. Even the tire pressure is exactly what I asked for - and I wasnt very pleasant about it. They were professional and I will go to them again!

I brought in a tire that had a nail in it. i felt i was over charged for a simple job to be done to pull out a nail and patch it. 50.00 is obsurde the manager didnt give me any inclanation of that price. i will find another location.

The information given me for the rebate was incorrect. The Good year rebate expired in April and I was changing my tires in may. Before i stopped in they stated that I would get a $200 rebate and then when I arrived they told me the rebate is only $100 dollar if I apply for the drive card. I was charge for tires and installation and they added the charge for the alignment after I was charged. The manager and staff are very friendly and offer good service overall. Also, the service was done same day.

Tony showed exceptional customer service. Not only was he willing to work me in before my scheduled appointment when it turned out I had forgotten my wheel lock key at home which stopped them from completing my service he and his team were super understanding and let me sit with my car prepped in the shop for over an hour while I waited for someone to bring it to me. They were extremely friendly and I will be coming back for more work whenever I’m in the area.

Made an online appointment a week ago to purchase and install 4 tires. Upon arrival I was told the tires I had reserved were discontinued and that I would need to have installed different tires for double the price. If the tires were discontinued when I made the appointment why not tell me before I make the trip and waste my time. Second time in a month something like this has happened to me at this particular store.

Mr. Tony, is the greatest. I just purchased a vehicle last month and they passed it through Maryland Inspection and the work that should’ve been done before I purchased it wasn’t done. Tony took excellent care of me and my truck ! I came in during a snowstorm and they were down to only 1 tech due to someone getting in a bad car wreck that morning. With a little patience I received 5 star treatment ! Ill definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else. I got the premium install service so I have lifetime care for my 4 new tires. Couldnt be happier. They also fixed my TPMS that was out on one of my tires.
