I have and my family been using the auto service and repair of Z Auto since 1996 and I can tell you this establishment is top notch from the bottom to the top... Family owned business that are honest and up front with the cost and repairs of all my vehicle and reliable. Just a couple of days ago, my father-in-law and I had to have repairs/service to both vehicle which I tell you between both of us we probably could have purchase new/used vehicles but when I tell you they kept the cost down to where it was in our budget and the the work was really excellent and on time ( they never rush on a job ) that is why we come to Z Auto. Ive been using Z Auto for about 3 years now. From my initial visit to any of my current ones, these guys are great. Excellent workmanship, great advice, reasonable scheduling, reasonable pricing, honest and reliable. I have a couple of cars and the dad and son takes well care of them all. Its hard to find people with this calibre of quality and care these days.

Japanese, German and U.S. autos, I’ve gotten very reliable service; they’ve gone the extra mile to find hard to get parts, even getting me to my car; behind several out of the way tows they’ve kept my old Ford F-150 running long past its life expectancy, it’s good to have someone who knows you and how your car runs, the very personalized service is greatly appreciated.

They are very professional and thorough when they care for my vehicle and the prices are always NEVER too high. I like the way they go over the repairs letting me know what can wait and what must be done right now to be safe. FRAUD ALERT! SCAM ARTISTS! Do not go! I went for a state inspection and was told that my brakes failed. I had just got my brakes serviced a week prior. The inspection document they filled out had my vehicle marked as pass for my brakes as well as fail. I believe that after they couldnt find anything wrong with my vehicle that they went back and marked my brakes as failed because they figured most people wouldnt be able to call them out. They werent expecting that I just had my brakes serviced. When I threatened to report them to the state of Maryland and BBB, the owner taunted me by repeating Do it! This is no way to treat Military Veterans. The owner was Middle Eastern and I think me being military is why he was so disrespectful.
