I remember the last time I went to this jiffy the manager was being disrespectful with an employee. I’m not sure what made them go at it, but it sure wasn’t handled correctly. To me it seems like the manager doesn’t even know how to manage his business properly. I was sitting in the lounge reading a magazine after they were done giving me my recommendations for my car, when all of a sudden i heard obnoxious yelling coming from the work area. I started to hear “CASSSSSAAA CASSSSAA CASA” which i had no idea it meant “home” later on. He ended up sending the janitor home over something small probably. Me and another customer that were there were shocked at how this was handled so unprofessionally. The manager(Brian) should consider pulling his employees to aside to speak to them privately. My thing is that there’s other ways of talking to an employee properly without disrespecting them. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this jiffy lube due to incidents like this. If he can’t even treat his employees correctly imagine how he would treat his work here. This probably explains much of the negative reviews here about him. I know i was reading another review on how he treats his employees, i wouldn’t doubt they ended up leaving due to the disrespectful ambiance. Corporate should have a talk with him because it’s not okay to have this type of work environment. Please consider a new manager jiffy lube!!!!

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube for 3 years now. There other Jiffy Lubes that are closer to me but I trust the staff here so Im willing to travel to this location. Good customer service skills and good pricing.

Ive been going to this jiffy lube for a while now, Brian, the manager seems to be very chill with the customers. Now him with the employees is a big difference, Ive noticed that he tends to get mad with his employees really quickly, they could be asking him a simple question and would raise his voice out of no where. Business with him is alright but if this is how its being handled then my opinion would change to a big NO. Back when the assistant manager Seth was around, I would notice a different flow with their work. Their work seemed to flow at a good pace and swiftly. Now with him, not only are his employees at a rush constantly, they seem to be stressed out by him too. Now, something that ive really noticed is that the manager is always on the work phone hooked up to the wall talking to someone, highly doubt its a customer because hes laughing and talking about his plans for the weekend. On the other hand the manager prior (Seth) didnt seem to get a break. He would constantly work hard to get cars in and out swiftly and professionally. Big props to him. Wouldnt recommend coming here really unless you really need to because if the manager doesnt know how to manage the staff properly and respectfully something could get messed up in your vehicle. Ive always had a friendly and super fast experience at this location. Thats the draw to the quick service lane I believe. To be able to be in and out quickly and efficiently for needed service for your vehicle. Are there oil changes more expensive than your shade tree guys of course but I dont have to sit around for an hour or more while they try and make time to squeeze in an oil change.

They service is excellent they are open on weekends. Oil change are warranty with refill and case of any leak and quick. In comparison to the competition services.

A+ all the way, Mr. Parsons is the manager, this Guy is totally devoted to being a professional, the standard of customer service at this location is Top notch.We had the pleasure to have him work on my wifes car, and did everything right, I recommend this location every time all the time.

Came for a oil change, I got to stay in the car, they did a complimentary window cleaning which I desperately needed, of course they tried to upsell me but other than that it went ok. I didnt have to wait too long to get serviced which was a plus but the few mechanics who talked to me seemed kind of sad. I think they all need some time off.

The conventional oil that you guys use is subpar low quality conventional oil and as a result it led to immediate damages to my car. The tech who serviced my car was clearly inexperienced, uneducated on my car, lackadaisical, and negligent while dealing with my car. The whole experience proves this. They spent the entire service damaging my vehicle while trying to sell me additional services I didn’t even ask for. In turn lead to a broken motor blower for my air conditioning. You sent me to another experienced mechanic shop to replace it. The mechanic Moe you sent me to initially stated you guys shouldn’t have used that oil in my particular vehicle and that it made the sensors bad. I have visited Moe 8 times since my date of service to figure out why the check engine light was coming on. After his final inspection, he was sure it was due to a faulty oil change. I told Brian this and he immediately denied using the wrong oil. At the time of my initial service, The jiffy lube tech spent 0% time explaining to me the difference in the brands or types of oil or the quality. Im disappointed to find out that you would purposely put low quality or the wrong oil type in a car knowing the effect it will cause without educating the customer first. That’s very negligent.

I kinda felt insulted by being asked to unscrew the caps to my lug nuts so they could rotate my tires. I asked for the top oil change and didnt know they would rotate my tires but I definitely didnt come there to work.

I love the fact that you have the option to stay in your car for your service. They tell you what you should do with your car before they provide the service. If you need your car vacuum do use the option to get out they offer vacuum services with services. I will be back.

Every time I leave I have a engine light on . Due to a lack of attention.

Pretty good. Theyve taken covid seriously. I was in and out quite quickly.

Communicated pricing and everything happening clearly. I did not have to get out my car. I got an oil change. And everything was done very efficiently. I was there no more than a hour max. That was with about 3 cars ahead of me.

I would like to give a shout out to Shan. He is an awesome employee who genuinely seems to love his job and enjoys what he does. He easily explained what needed to be done to my car and why. He kept me updated on the status of my car. He was very personable and courteous and managed to turn what started as a crud day into a much better one. His awesome customer service is a breath of fresh air. This man deserves a raise!

I took my car to this particular jiffy lube for service I was not happy and will never go back. I was told oh you need to change this and that. Why do Jiffy lube tries to rip-off customers?My Honda Accord almost cut fire after 2 weeks of service. I only had 57,000 miles on my car. I don’t think if I should be having any problem. This is the my second time having problem with Jiffy Lube especially the one @ Gaithersburg on Frederick Avenue. They told me my battery was bad, I need to change it. My battery still works as of today.Customers be Warned with Jiffy Lube!!!

This Jiffy Lube is one of the best Ive ever been to. Wish half star was available... they would get 4.5 stars. Minus .5 of a star because I had to come back to get my glove box placed back in. After filter was removed, my glove box was not installed right and fell off to the floor of my car when I opened it. Went back and it was re-installed correctly with minimal hassle. Nonetheless... would definitely be back for a oil change. Highly recommended! Staff is professional and courteous. No hard selling but informative and timely service!

Very professional, but a lil pricey. Quick and good. They got me to buy all these add ons, by the time I was done, a $109 Signature Service was $337! But my Mazda CX9 needed it. Awesome 😎

Went in for an oil change. Tried to do the engine air filter and tire rotation, as well. They didnt have the filter in stock. There were probably three cars, when I arrived, and six employees there. My time estimate was 25 minutes. After about 35 minutes, I asked about the progress, as I had to get back to work. They said that they had just gotten it on the lift, but could bring it back down. I asked them to do that. They were very nice and accommodating. I would go back.

My experience was absolutely amazing. I called late in a Saturday afternoon because I had a very serious oil leak in my oil filter. I called and explained that I was losing oil and I was a few minutes away. They had a bay wide open for me to pull right in. They took care of it so quick I cannot say enough about the service. I’ve been to other Jiffy Lubes but this one IS the best! They do a thorough job every time I come and make me feel confident that my car is getting the best treatment. I was out of town once when I needed service and it was time for an oil change. When I mentioned to the service guy that I usually go to Jiffy Lube he said they can match the price. What they did not do was vacuum or clean anything, which to me was a rip-off! That’s part of the reason I go, to be honest, but the guys in Laurel seem to really care about your car and put pride in their work. Love them! I won’t go anywhere else!

These guys wont try to do anything underhanded and have always been superb on their customer care and knowledge of vehicle maintenence. I also greatly appreciate the free vacuuming, and washing of windows at each time of service, plus additional fluid top offs that are available if needed before the next due servicing...THANKS LAUREL JIFFY LUBE!

First time at Jiffy Lube, so much better than waiting hours at the dealership for an oil change! The staff is wonderful, they were very patient as I helped my children out the car ages 9mo and 8yrs. I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a complimentary wash and vacuum, even removing obstacles (children’s toys) to clean the carpet. I was so grateful for their speed of service and efficiency! My oil changed, my car is clean, and I also replaced my filters! What a great team! Very friendly and courteous. I have been coming to this location for the past 3 plus years, very good customer service, even when its busy, I always come on Saturdays, its about 30-40 minutes, which isnt bad at all for a busy dayMy new review is slightly different, but the same, everyone is friendly, great customer service, and I always go on Saturdays, if its before 11 AM, it might be 15 - 20 minutes tops, after 12 pm. may be longer, but they always do good w, I have only got oil changes

Jiffy Lube in Laurel has been consistently good when I go. Normally use them for oil change and tire rotation services. They are pleasant, polite, responsive and explain things well. The work is done quickly and correctly.

We just pulled in without an appointment we were greeted promptly they were busy but service went smooth you had knowledgeable people working on the car found things that I did not know that were wrong with the car. Not just things that they could sell me but things that they advised me to be aware of. No pressure to buy upgraded services or products but offered I appreciate that.

This jiffy lube is the best one I have ever been too . I got there when they first opened and was in and out in 30 mins.. They was extremely friendly and professional. They even walked me back to my car and held my door open for me in the rain. The managers and employees of this location are on point and deserves kudos for how well this location is run.

This was by far my best experience at any auto mechanic and any jiffy lube. these guys were very friendly and even though they were busy I was In and out. also they covered my seats and steering wheel with plastic to keep clean. they even walked me to my vehicle opened and closed my door for me. I enjoy the good customer service and quick service. Just please make sure they are escorting customers to the right car upon completion. I was informed that my car was ready. The employee escorted and handed me the keys to the wrong car. Mine apparently was still in the bay, not yet completed. Otherwise good service.

The Jiffy Lube service people were extremenly courteous and nice, but the waiting time was too long. As recommended by them, and besides doing an oil change, I chose to put a new AC filter and rotate the tires. They told me it was going to take 30 minutes, but it took over an hour.

I have been getting my oil change done here for years and not once have had a bad experience. I was treated with respect by everyone I came in contact with. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and they were great in explaining the function and reasons of the things that were recommended I need done. The shop guys took their time to show me a missing part, why it’s needed, consequences of not having it and places of where I could find it for purchase. 1st time was great, 2nd time was great. Excellent customer service and recommendations without any pressure to purchase. Its more than just a an oil change and go. Fluids are topped off, air filters checked, tire pressure checked, vacuumed and cleaned my windows. Go there for your next oil change. You shouldnt be disappointed.

Arrived around 9 AM on a Saturday Morning in Laurel. Was greeted promptly and advised what was going to happen. My service associate called me over and explained what needed to be done. No pressure or fast sales pitch. Had my oil changed, car vacuumed, windows cleaned and was on my in less than an hour. Wonderful experience.

The technician that worked on my car just pulled on my air intake box and damaged it. The manager was really cool and understanding about the situation. The tech should take his time while doing his job. Im sure it get old at times but at the end of the day you are taking care of someone elses investment. Again management was great but the staff may need some training on customer service.

It is really good to see Jiffy Lube maintain its quality standard after all these years. As a former Jiffy Lube manager over 20 years ago I was able to get the inside track back then of how the company works. All of your primary goals and objectives as it relates to customer service was part of my training. So I am a little based than most as I know what to look for when going in. The entire experience form oil change to tire rotation service I received far than exceeded my expectations.You made sure that all points of service had been covered and met. This Laurel Maryland location exceeded my expectations and met the standard but they were also so professional and courteous and kind and respectable people you want to go back to patronize. I drove from National Harbor Maryland over to Laurel, MD for the service. Sad but even the local Jiffy Lube in my area pales in comparison to this location. Kudos to the management team as this is a job well done 🤝

I have been with them for 2 years now and now i know that they do a great job because my car has not given me any trouble. They are all very nice and not show their irritation even if i am in their way. They hold doors for ladies and make sure that petrol heads feel comfortable. Definitely endorse them!

It was by far the best service ever. It was swift and I did not have to spend my whole day there. The coupon I printed was for California stores only but they still honored it.

I wasnt going to write a review until I took my wifes car to another Jiffy Lube and realized how Awesome this location was. My experience was awful at the other location they werent friendly, they didnt clean my winshield, they didnt vaccum, I had to ask then to do so and they didnt tell me that I could cap off my oil up to 3000 miles, they almost put the incorrect oil in my wifes car.The laurel location is the place you want to go too, great Customer service, very informative and thank you for making my visit a pleasant one.

Very fast was in and out, the only thing i did not like is like every Jiffy Lube I have ever been to I have never been able to go there for just an oil change. Theyve always attempted to sell other items but I did need the air filter and wiper blades of which I told them about the other stuff they attempted to sell me was not necessary. I know everyone thinks it is to extend the life of your car but I am sorry some of it is just to make more money. But the staff was play very fast and overall I was happy with my experience.
