I took my car to Jimbo in Nov 2019 and he replaced the engine. In Feb 2020 I took the car back due to engine problems. After 1 year and 9 months Jimbo (the owner) still hasn’t fixed the car. Further, he has acquired parking tickets because he parks vehicles in a residential area not far from the shop illegally. He lost the remote-control key we gave him. Had to give him the spare to use. To this day he has not paid the outstanding parking tickets or fixed the car as promised. Beware of the owner of this place. He is not honest!!

Jimbo Kalaw the owner of Jimbo Car Repair took $1,800.00 as a deposit to remove and replace a 2004 Dodge ram engine from June 1, 2018. He has not done any work on this truck at all. So we have demanded the money back and he has refused to refund the the money since he promised to order a engine for this truck. After (1) year and 4 months of not receiving any engine or money. Mr. Jimbo Kalaw whom has promised to reimburse the $1,800.00 he took to fix the truck. To this day he has not reimbursed the money. We have made several attempts in person to be paid back this money and to no avail the $1,800.00 has still not been repaid. However the truck was completed by another repair shop. We will now have to proceed with a law suite and have to place Mr. Jimbo Kalaw on notice. This business can not succeed by making false promises and collecting money under false pretenses. Please stay away from this business.

I would leave 0 starts but thats not an option. went for a coolant change and these NON-CERTIFIED mechanics proved their ignorance by not knowing they had to drain all the old coolant in order to do a flush. How is this place still open?!? RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN FAAAAR AWAYYYY!!!!!!!!!
