I had my car repaired after it was hit in a parking lot. Cindy was very professional. She and Hannah gave me regular updates since when the car was brought in, they were not certain when the repairs would be completed due to the damage incurred. The finished product was perfect! I read some posts that they are expensive. My feelings are that when you pay so much money for a car, you want it repaired properly. Skilled service costs money just like anything else. I have one comment for the staff. When I picked up the car, there were issues with my keyless entry system. It took 2 trips to get it corrected. I am NOT blaming as these things can happen. The staff were very apologetic and almost embarrassed that this happened. But they took care of the problem expeditiously, politely and professionally. Bryan did a great job of getting the problem fixed. In the future, it would be wise to double check everything once the work is done and then also with the customer. to be sure something was not unintentionally overlooked.This will save time and money for everyone concerned! I thank you for a job well done....no complaints from me!

This shop is only interested in taking your money. It starts with the owner Jimmy he is a very rude. I asked for a estimate only and they took it upon them to start working on my car because they wanted to take the insurance check. After I told them I did not want to do the work with them the threatened to hold my car hostage and charge storage fees if I did not pay hundreds for the small work they started without my authorization. We finally agreed on them doing partial work instead of me paying for nothing and they charged insane numbers for the partial work and included things that were not needed like rear bumper work on a front end collision. I will not recommend this shop to anyone! There are many reputable shops out there that put the customers first and make you feel comfortable. I’m just glad they didn’t damage my car internally because I did not give them the entire insurance check. That’s all they cared about! Some of the front desk workers are nice but upper management is money hungry! The work they did do was good though it’s not worth the uncomfortable hassle

This money hungry place was recommended through my insurance because it was the soonest available within a month! I got the estimate and my insurance told me it wasnt worth proceeding with claim... So I called and they told me Id have to pay storage fees and all. If I didnt...so I gave into the claim. I took pictures & videos of my car with a time stamp and all. I get times are hard and yall desperate for money... but as I am a mother of six- shame on this place! Ill be looking over my car when its completed and I have a lawyer on stand by! Never again!

This review is a little late but here goes. We have taken all three of our vehicles here multiple times and every time they have taken great care of us. From the initial quote to on time delivery we have had nothing but great service! They even fixed up an old pedal tractor for my son which he loves! Highly recommend!

The entire team was professional, courteous and more importantly gave me a good and more than reasonable estimate to repair my car. I highly recommend. Should be your first stop!

Brought my newly acquired used car here on recommendation from my dealership with a minor gap in the panels from an existing collision. Jim the owner spent about 10 minutes with me taking the panel partially off, tapping a bracket back into place, then let me screw back together. Fixed up great and didn’t charge me anything. I’ll definitely being my car back if it needs anything else. Appreciate the honesty and quick fix.

In 2018, I was rear-ended and my 2017 Honda Civic should have been totaled. However, it was not, due to poor calculations on the part of the insurance company. The repair cost was over $16000. I chose Maryland Collision Center to do the repairs because it is Honda Certified. However, the repairs were not done to Honda standards. Upon receiving the vehicle back, I found glass shards everywhere, and damaged trim clips that were not replaced, causing trim panels to rattle. Maryland Collision Center claimed that the clips were in fact replaced and it was simply the result of the extent of the repairs needed, and that it will simply never be the same. However, since I had extra trim clips already, I replaced the clips myself and resolved the issue, in less than 15 minutes.I suspected greater issues after this, so I went elsewhere to have the work re-examined. Another Honda Certified body shop found the following issues after the repair:Upon looking over the previous repairs we found a few issues with the quality of the repairs to include;- Damage on the rear floor pan still present- Incorrect welding techniques used through out the rear body panel installation (resistance welder was not used)- Unfinished welds showing no signs of dressing- Poor to no rust proofing on the under side of the floor where floor attaches to rear body panel (rust is starting to formulate)- Damaged trim panels and missing clips were found during disassembly of the vehicle- Poor refinish technique used on interior or rear body panel and floorAccording to the other shop, over 85% of the repairs were not done to Honda standards. To fix them would require doing them over again completely, and since I chose Maryland Collision Center on my own, the insurance company recused themselves of any additional liability. The repairs as-performed were considered unsafe, given the welds were already rusting apart, and it forced me to get rid of the vehicle in a hurry. Upon trade-in, the dealer who accepted it said the work was so bad, the practically brand new vehicle (only a year and a half old) would have to go straight to auction. The trade-in value was approximately $8000 less than it should have been due to these shoddy repairs. I had to take the loss and accept that I made a poor choice. Please do not make that same poor choice. Please look elsewhere.

The repairs however, i went to pick up my van whilebit was snowing so i left right away without noticing that my doors dont open properly and there are still dings on them. I should have just went to my guys. Made the mistake of using “State Farm” certified affiliate. Anyone just use your local shop, dont make the mistake I Made.

Super helpful, family owned business. I recently hit a deer and had a broken headlight as a result. Jimmy changed out the headlamp assembly as I waited, took about 30 minutes. If you need any body work, I highly recommend calling MCC. Most repair shops make you drop the car off and come back, MCC easily accommodates to your schedule. They are easy to work with, friendly and most of all very professional and honest.

I was recommended by a friend to Maryland Collision Center (Silver Spring location). I was rear-ended by another vehicle and since my car is a 2020 model, I was very tensed about finding the parts for my vehicle. MCC took in my car 3 days after my accident and starting from rental arrangements to fixing my car (which took a month) to managing insurance claims - THEY TOOK CARE OF IT! Huge shoutout to Becca at MCC! She is 100% the best ! I am very happy with my final outcome after the repairs. I will recommend their services to anyone.

Even with the process taking long with GEICO to agree with them completing my car to perfection, they were ALWAYS patient and kind. I fixed my car twice with them, each time i say i will never go back. They are making a big deal out of the rental if its from the insurance company. Both times i had to bring the car back for other adjustments.

I chose Maryland Collision Center because of the very high rating but I had a negative experience. I was involved in a very minor accident to the degree one may not notice from 10 feet’s, I had my car inspected at their center and they gave me an appointment 5 weeks after to order the parts.After 5 weeks, I dropped the car, it was supposed to be fixed in 3 days however it went up-to 7 days, the reason was because they had to order parts which I have been waiting for 5 weeks. I had to call my insurance company to complain which actually brought down the waiting time after they contacted the collision center.Moreover, they don’t communicate clearly steps to the customer and they don’t communicate with each other all the time. All in all they are unreliable, I am very surprised how are they rated this high...

No customer service. Very rude personnel, especially Jimmy a man of no integrity and word. He did an initial estimate of the repair of my car to include the repair of the front bumper (buff and repaint). He called me and gave me a discount of the repair. I went to the shop to drop off my car, but Jimmy was off. I verified to the other personnel if the price quoted to me by Jimmy will include the repair of the bumper, and that person confirmed that it is included. So I left my car for repair. I picked the car after 2 business days and inspected the repair and to my surprise the damage in the front bumper was not done. I talked to Jimmy about this and he denied about the bumper repair being included in the quotation. He even said to me that if I dont pay he will keep the car. What a rude person and a liar. Poor workmanship ( painting on edges of door not smooth). The receptionist was asking for the payment even without them showing me how the repair looks like. Nobody did not help me to show my car. I went outside to look for my car and nobody from Maryland Collision personnel assisted me. The estimate for the repair is also very high compared to other repair shops.I will never never recommend this repair shop.

Chris and the team took care of the repairs on my 2004 Ford Lightning. I wouldn’t trust any other body shop to do the work on such a rare vehicle. There was a little damaged that happened to my bumper and trailer hitch while there. I didn’t notice until I came home. They told me to bring it back and fixed it for free. Thank you for being a stand up company. I can’t speak nicely enough about the scheduler. Her friendly attitude makes every visit, call so pleasant.
