I read the reviews and with how busy this place is, I can see how things may get lost in the shuffle. I purchased the platinum wash for $32.00. For the money, the service and quality of the car wash and interior cleaning are amazing! I can see why this place is packed, with how amazing a job they do. I will absolutely be coming back every time I need my truck to look like it came off of the showroom floor.

This car wash lacks basic management skills needed to ensure satisfied customers. They always dry cars out of order. One of the guys attempted to attend to a car that came out two cars after mine. When I tried to explain that my car was next and that car had just came out he kept telling me that car came out first. The guy who owned the car had to step in and tell him twice that I was ahead of him. On another occasion I called to ask what time they closed, I was told that they cut the line off at 5:50. I arrived at 5:39 and the line was already cut off. I told the guy that I just called and was told that the line wasn’t cut off for another 11 minutes and he kept telling me that they were closed and he had already turned away 3 cars. I went inside to speak with the lady at the desk and explained that there needed to be some consistency and she shrugged her shoulders and said “he is the boss”. Customer service skills is key in ensuring customer retention!

3 out of 3 times I come here they damaged my car I tried to speak to the owner and he walks away from me while I was talking to him. I spoke to the manager and all he offers is another wash obviously my car will only get damaged each time it goes through their service I am going to try and shut this place down at this point because it is just Wrong for them to keep offering their services to people and damaging their cars I am not the only 1 the 1st time I came here they scratched my doors with what could have been a rock in the rags, they damage my trim with their gloss and now they drove my car out of their machine horribly and damaged my rims. I wont be be back but theyll definitely hear from me again!

Gave my car a detailed clean for a reasonable price. Very honest people and they do an amazing job. If you need a reliable and efficient car wash area I recommend going to them ASAP! Been a long time customer and plan to stay a long time customer. Best car wash in the DMV area.

This place is great for a quick wash, clean and shine. Never got the detail package but whenever I don’t want to do it myself this is the fastest and most cost efficient place to get your cleaned and looking good. Considering a car wash at the gas station only wets your car and barely dries it for anywhere between $8-$14, $20 for the basic (after taxes) is a great deal. If I lived in Laurel I would get the monthly subscription and get unlimited car washes a month. Like I said, $20 to have your car cleaned inside and out, tires and rims wiped and shined in about 15-20 (depending how busy) for $20-$25 is a deal!

I cant wait for this month subscription to cancel my engagement with this company. Its so bad that after your car is washed you have to be connected to the guys that drives the car out or know someone before you can have the guys clean/dry the car after machine wash. Its so bad that, you will wait hours and then someone who knows someone or better tip drives just out as soon as the arrive.Its a pathetic situation here, be ready to stay the whole day here.

Wait is way too long. Prices arent on par with the quality of the service. Hours are not accurate. They open and close when they feel like it.

Laurel car wash put a plastic bag on the antenna in the back of muly SUV. I was pleasantly surprised to see this. I took my vehicle to the car wash near Reid Temple AME Church which is in Lanham, Md. By the time my vehicle came out of the brushless area, my windshield wiper was hanging off the back of my truck -- smh! Jason cleaned my windows and detailed my tires. When I go back, I will request Jason! This place is ran like a well oiled machine!

Today, April 6, 2021 was my first time getting my car washed by this company. I thought the service was quick, efficient and they did great quality work. I even tipped the guy $15 because I thought it was phenomenal. UNTIL I saw a huge crack on my front windshield where the wipers are. The funny thing is...I recorded a video driving omw to the carwash (time stamped and everything) and you see no crack of this magnitude on the front until AFTER I leave the carwash. If you come to this carwash, WATCH YOUR CAR! I personally will not be returning which sux because I really liked them but I cant do business with any company that wont demonstrate integrity of any sort.

My truck looks nice. Was very happy until I got back in my truck and noticed the windows look like they have not even been done. Had to re-do them myself.

Car looks great. Service is great, employees are friendly and theres the VIP option of paying a monthly fee for unlimited washes.

I really like this car wash!! I was a member of the Laurel VIP Club and also experienced the monthly fees despite the temporary closure. I can however say that when they reopened I spoke with Rob and he returned all of my charges and smoothed everything over. He was very polite and helpful. I will be returning as a VIP club member. Nobody else cleans my truck like they do!

I’ve been to this car wash twice and each time, the windows were not cleaned well. Smears and all. I air that I would give it another shot for the third time today 10/5. I arrived at 8 and it took 15-20 minutes to open. I asked to speak to the manager just so that I can just let him/her know of my last two experiences and I got the run around about where he/she was. They’re in the front, they’re in the back. I’m saying to myself well, where are they? So, I finally just had to speak to the person wiping my car down and I told her the reason I wanted to speak with the manager and she just went about wiping my car with no response. She proceeded to leave my car for another and I asked her did she get the sunroof and she just yelled and pointed to the other guy.Sufficed to say, this will be my last visit here. What’s the deal with wanting to speak with the manager though?

Worst car wash in the area. On multiple days, they open super late. I waited for an hour after they were supposed to open, and they don’t open. I called them to ask, and when someone answered and I asked about the car wash, they immediately hung up and stopped answering my calls. If you value your time, do not come here.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, I went a week ago and realized that someone had went through my car and STOLE my face masks out my glove compartment. I’ve gone here before many times & never an issue until now. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Don’t go here, they will steal your stuff out of your car and barely will clean your car.

Ok for $$$$. Expect to spend 30-40 mins waiting. Definitely inspect work. Usually there are at least a few things I feel not up to standards and I am by no means a perfectionist. Sometimes I go home and touch up on my own. Other times I have requested fix and they have always complied. Also cashier never gives the air freshener that comes included in the service I select unless I specifically request when I pay. Several other customers have complained about this as well.

They do a very good job in cleaning cars, however the brushes dont clean the wheel chrome too well. The guy drying did a great job though.

This place is too pricey for just a wash only, I get more at a $5.00 wash....crazyFirst time & last time.

Receptionist was rude and didnt offer me my free air freshener but the actual car wash staff was super nice and did a great job on Hubbys car.

This is only the second time Ive been to this car wash. The first time I went there. You did an awesome job. I even recommended it to a friend of mine and he has been there twice. Today was the second time that I had come to your car wash, if I had this kind of experience the first time I wouldnt have come back. I had to go home and wipe down my own vehicle and clean my windows.

They do a real good job of detailing the car its a automatic car wash with a hand vacuum and dry

The car wash Machine doesn’t clean your car fully on the passenger side nor does it clean the back of the car so I went to the Manager and he had the nerve to tell me it’s other car washes in the area go there I was like WOW and I was paying for Monthly service every time I went there same thing the car washing machine doesn’t do a good job but the ppl that dry your car off does a great job that’s the only good experience I had going there... I would NOT recommend this car wash at all to Anyone Ever!!!!

Laurel Car wash continue to take money out my account without me getting my car washed. Their mailbox is full. I just want my money back.

I paid the monthly rate to have my car cleaned. At first they did a great job. The last four times I visited, the attendants did not clean my mats. Also, the rims were never cleaned properly. I expressed concern to the manager and she yelled at the attendants. By the 4th time, I asked to cancel my membership. Manager didn’t seem to care. I paid $54.99 that month, to have one mediocre job completed on my car. It is a waste of money. I left at least a $5 tip each time my car was “cleaned”.

The tall Spanish guy taking in the cars is very rude. They didnt wash my car clean. I paid for platinum wash and the didnt clean my tires well. Also they forgot to vacuum the trunk. I tried to call his attention to help fix it and he walked away. He later said he is helping me and so I should be begging him to help despite that I paid for the service. The service used to be good but I guess the staff are bad now.

Ive been coming here for years. They usually do a very good job, but the last two times only half of my car was done. The first time a lot of the outside wasnt done but the inside looked pretty good.  The last time the outside looked good but the inside was barely touched, except my wristlet wallet was taken out of the center console. I know youre supposed to remove valuables, but I got out without thinking about it and when I got home (too far to go back) I went to get it and it was gone.  They had no reason even opening the center console.   I think Im going to have to find a new place.

They are pretty organized when you arrive for your services. However on the back and you really have to stay on top of the people that are doing the hand-washing otherwise they will miss things. Ive only gone to this establishment a few times and I have to always have them re vacuum, wipe down the inside of the car and especially the windows as they will leave streaks and they do not roll the window down to wipe the top part there for leaving a strip of dirt. Its a good place if you need to get your car cleaned and you dont want to go through a gas station drive thru. Otherwise for a deep clean would not recommend. They do offer a detailing program there but the car wash itself is already half done so I would not waste the money

Took my boyfriend’s car for a car wash at this location and they take their time to make sure your car is super clean. I didn’t mind the wait.

They always do a great job cleaning up my mess of a car.

Some of the workers are nice and friendly. Overall service was good. I did a check before leaving and they had not vacuumed the trunk, inside of windshield was not cleaned. I politely pointed it out and nicely asked and the person who was working on my car was super nice about it and went back with a vacuum and cleaned the windshield.

They are pretty good. However sometimes the different types of washes you can get do not seem very different when they are done. I found myself watching them as they wiped down after it came through the wash. I find it unnecessary that I had to do that. Its called integrity. Do it right the first time without anyone watching. Not a bad spot though. I would go back.

The best car wash youll find in the entire area. Ive been a customer at this location for the past 10 years. I also used to go to the location in Takoma Park on University Blvd. I strongly recommend purchasing the monthly contract. I have one and its a great value that includes the Platinum /unlimited full service washes. I just purchased a brand new vehicle and am resting assured my new car is taken care of relating to car washes. Keep up the work...from a loyal customer.

I go because the monthly deal is good. Windows are usually not cleaned well. Stopped allowing screen to be cleaned because I saw scratches. I think the cloths are the problem. Lately sticky stuff left on my seats. If I find a better place I will stop going.

Car was still dirty after wash. I got the Gold Wash, and when they were done hand drying it, i still had bird poop, and sap.Granted these are hard to take off, but the people who finished/detailed/hand dried did not even try to use additional product. Why get a car wash if your car will still leave the lot dirty???

Too many patrons and not enough workers or parking spaces. Actually had an accident in the parking lot while I was there. Many of the cars were drying with soap still on them while waiting for an attendant to finish cleaning them. Also, they dont have a method for cleaning the back end of the car. The brushes inside the wash dont do an adequate job of this. Manager didnt seem to care about finding s solution for this so I will be visiting a different location in the future. Several other patrons also expressed concern that their cars werent adequately serviced.

Place is closed Monday, go there today Tuesday 3:45 p.m. and they are closing for the day. I generally get silver package, it is hit or miss on the vacuum guys and windows. Place lacking management and customer relations. Purchased a monthly unlimited package had it for 2 weeks, they tried renewing it and my card issuer declined sale.I had 2 weeks left on monthly plan I never utilized. Cashier shrugs shoulders. Total lack of regard to customers bringing them good regular business, definitely will only go here as last resort

Called the place and asked if they have hand car wash and if they can fit high vehicle. The answer was Yes. I drove 20 minutes and its regular car wash for regular cars. I have Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and I needed hand car wash only.

Not the best carwash, but not the worst oneWashed my car over here multiple times and sometimes they forget to vacuum seats. Interior and exterior sometimes they left some dirty spots. For that price what they charge for carwash they should do better job.

Im a new customer, so have only had 6 or 7 washes, but so far, I think the $44 monthly subscription plan, providing me up to 6 Platinum Washes a month... is excellent. If I were to pay for the same quality wash elsewhere 6x, the price would be crazy.

This is a great car wash. First, I dont wash my car gery often. However, they do an amazing job everytime I go there, about every 3-6 months, so you can imagine how dirty my car is. The pricing is reasonable for the value. The first thing they take care of is vacuuming the interiors and cleaning the carpets. At the same time you select the car wash option you want and they give you a receipt, which you pay inside. Then your car goes through the washing tunnel. Finally, after the car comes out, a team of 3-4 people clean the inside, hand dry the outside, dress the tires (depending on the service you got) and overall leave your car in a 10/10 condition. Highly recommend.

For over 10 years I have taken my car for detailed cleaning but recently under this new management the quality of cleaning and car wash has declined, customer service is ridiculous, my car seat was damaged and there was no regrets nor apology.This car wash should be closed down until the brushes and pressure wash tools and equipment are serviced or changed.Very disappointing for the price one is paying to to keep ones car clean. I would be reporting to Consumer Better Bureaus if there are no changes in the future .I am giving them one last chance and that’s it.

The people working at the car wash did a great job but thats not why Im writing. I MISTAKENLY thought that my GPS had been taken by the car wash attendants while I was at the car wash. I called the next day and spoke to the manager Robert. He got some information from me and reviewed tapes, but could not see anything. He then worked with me and we came up with a solution. I then found my GPS,so called him and let him know everything was OK. He was very professional, helpful and courteous throughout .

They take a long time because usually one person is tasked with drying and detailing a car. This makes quality very inconsistent. They do an OK job of cleaning the outside of the car but not so well inside. All weather rubber mats not cleaned at all. Had to wipe a few areas of exterior myself and could have cleaned inside better myself. Cost is slightly higher than competition.

After waiting in line, when I finally get to the front, an old guy tells me that the Laurel Carwash is no longer accepting Jeep manufactured vehicles. He said the accelerator stuck on a Jeep a few days ago while an employee was driving it. Odd how there are no Safety Recalls for this, sounds like user error to me. Or it could be that it was close to closing time as well. They should at least put a sign up warning people before they sit in the line waiting. Since we have 3 Jeeps in our driveway, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

You guys are crazy. Ive been coming here for over 20 years. The employees work very hard to please each customer. I think there are some people who cannot be satisfied, want something for nothing, and just want to complain. This is a great place to get your car washed

I went to this car wash on 1/22/19 the worst ever my car came out dirty I thought the car wash was supposed to clean your car! I paid $29.95 what a waste. My mats were just as dirty as they were before they got washed! They half vacuumed my car they didn’t wipe the inside of the back doors never again will I go to this car wash! And my window were still dirty! So if you go to this car wash you need to watch them and make sure you get what you paid for!

This used to be my go to place for a great wash inside and out. It seems lately the quality has gone down significantly . Its like they are only worried about getting to the next car with no more attention to the details that made it great in the past. Also the customer service aspect has gone down alot . They used to ask if everything was good and if they could do anything else . Now I get your done and they are off to the next car!

I HAVE A JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE AND THE GUY TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE MY JEEP WOULDNT FIT IN THE TUNNEL. HE SAID THAT MANY SUVS ESPECIALLY JEEP SIZE HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE. THANK GOD HE TOLD ME. THE OTHER GUYS WERE VERY RUDE TOO. BEWARE.

Ive been going to this place for 8 years and never had a problem. But today, I had some words with the owner regarding his unprofessionalism! This nasty human being tried to belittle me by yelling at me because I removed my keys from my vehicle. I removed my keys because I was leaving my vehicle unattended. After your car goes through the washer, your car is parked in an open lot, whereas anybody could get in your car and drive off. So why would I leave my keys in the car if I dont have eyes on it? Where Im from thats a carjackers dream. Just basic common sense to me. So I checked him for his unprofessionalism, but instead of just apologizing he wanted to argue like a high school girl. I never encountered a business owner who was so arrogant and unprofessional. Ill just take the 1200 a year I was paying to have my vehicles wash elsewhere.

Decent job, I guess, for those type of weak incompetent car wash systems, but its way too pricey. $18 for a regular basic wash? Ive seen better for $12.

It was okay, not that great, just want to get the salt off my truck. I think the machines there leave a little bit of scratches on your car especially if your car is black. beware if you have a black car!

Update 12/17/2018:Laurel Car Wash used to be my go-to place when I got too lazy to wash my car or the weather didnt permit it. However, it has gone down in recent months (new management I believe). The attention to detail simply isnt there anymore and you can tell that the final hand-cleaning is nothing more than quick towel down. The service is terrible, many of the employees are rather lazy, and the cleaning materials that they use are not up-to-par for higher end cars. Prices have also gone way up while quality has gone down; the value proposition simply isnt there anymore.----------------------------------Laurel Car Wash is pretty great! They pass your car through a mechanical wash first and then take care of the rest by hand, much better than every gas station wash. They have several packages, the cheapest being $16.95. I normally get the gold or platinum wash!

Last few times Ive been there, the work that was done was lazy. Rims have still been dirty every single time. Why pay for platinum cleaning if they are doing bronze at best. I had to ask the detailer to actually detail my car since the front end was still completely dirty. Hit any other spot. Or save your money and do it yourself. This place is hot garbage.

It is supposed to open at 8:00 am. Here it is 8:21 and they are still setting up. Otherwise good job on washing vehicles

This is the number cash wash place in MD hands down when your car come out the wipe it down and take their time make your car look like you just pulled off the car lot looking brand new. I only go here.

I have used this car wash around 4 times with no problems until today. They wouldnt wash my car because they said my car was too low. even though I have told them repeatedly that I have used your facility around 4 times. Never going back.
