The best car service ever for my C240 Mercedes Benz with guaranteed work and parts. After servicing my car here the first few times and many years thereafter, I never looked back to the Mercedes Dealership Service Centers (Mercedes) as they botched a few repairs and although I returned to have issues corrected, Mercedes never corrected their botched repairs.

I found this place with google I needed my car inspected ASAP. Every place I looked for was busy or wanted $100+ for inspection. I brought it here the same day and immediately was greeted with a smile. They took my car back and I was done in about 30-45min. This place is a bit hidden but it’s definitely a gem. The owner had pictures up of his car racing days. I’m a Porsche club of America member and scca member so I appreciate enthusiasts owning automotive shops. I highly recommend this place. The waiting room is cozy and I was comfortable.

I was having trouble with my car. It was not starting without revving the engine super high. I couldnt figure it out on my own so I called North Laurel Auto Center to see if I could get an appointment for same day. Mind you that it was a Saturday at 9 am that I am calling. He said bring it in. I got same day service. I was only there for 3 hours. They told me what they thought was wrong with it. They told me they are not 100% sure so they can order the part and if it wasnt it they could take it off and not charge me the full price all i would have to do is pay for labor. It turned out that he was correct and that the part fixed the issue. They were very reasonably priced and very very honest. Which is a double plus in my book. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends or anyone who is new coming into my unit.

I went to this shop to have my power steering fluid flushed and changed.To have this done, I paid $24.After having this done, the man that serviced my car told me that the power steering was leaking fluid.He essentially told me that I needed a new tie rack, and the only thing keeping the steering fluid from leaking completely was that it was being held in by the pressure of the steering fluid.He told me that unless I came back to him and had it fixed, eventually I would lose control of my car while driving because my car would lose power steering, and I would have an accident.Upon telling me this, he told me I could bring it back and have it fixed for a cool $800.Yeah I left, never went back. Trying to scare people into giving you money? Thats not how you should run a business or treat customers. Horrible customer service.Dont go here, because the people at this shop will just try to fear monger you into doing things that you probably dont need.

Steve and his crew have always taken care of me from the first day I walked on the shop. They always try to work with you to save money and they always use quality parts. The oil change plan is the best and cheapest around, money spent on family owned businesss is always money well spent. I have never had a vehicle have to go back after they fixed it. I cant say enough about how much I love this shop.

I go completely out of my way to get my car and truck serviced at North Laurel Auto. They never pressure me to have unnecessary work performed and give me a heads up that I should start thinking about replacing tires at my next oil change. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years now and have been extremely happy with them.

I have taken a few different cars there for several various items. Their pricing is very fair and they are also extremely honest. Just recently they installed new tires on my car. I asked them to check the brakes just due to the mileage on my car and he told me they were fine. I know very few auto places that when you ask them if something needs replaced would actually tell you no.

Not being a knowledgeable person when it comes to cars doesn’t help being and owner,so going to people you trust helps! I call at 7 this morning while the other big chains were still closed. I received a quick response to my needs for my car that I rely on to get me to and from both of my jobs. I arrived about 7:30 and was out at 7:50. He checked my tires and informed me of what may have happed. I was very pleased with the customer service and approach to my needs. Definitely coming back especially since I know they have services packages😁

Aligned my 1998 Firebird in like an hour. Straightened the rear end too (car was lowered) and only charged me $80 for the alignment. Nice deal and now my lowered car with all brand new custom suspension has a good alignment.

I could not be happier with their professionalism, quality of work, and affordability. I will definitely bring my car to North Laurel Auto Center in the future.

Great service. After stopping the night in Maryland my van was running funny and shaking. A quick Google search later found this shop. Went in told them what was wrong and walked out in about an hour with a working car.

I have gone to North Laurel for all the family car repairs for over ten years. I have always found them to be professional, honest (a big plus), reasonably priced, and willing to go the extra mile to find the actual problem. I cant imagine having to take my car anywhere else.

Worst Service EVER!!!!! I called to schedule an appointment to either get my rotors replaced or serviced. The technician asked that I be there by 4:30. I said sure Ill take off work early to get there. I get there only to find out that he expected that I had my rotors removed prior to getting there and that it would be on the back seat. HOW THE HELL would I get there with my rotors on the back seat. Then his response is well it would be another $100 to remove them......

My husband took our truck to get aligned. Its still not aligned and the guy gave some lame excuse.

Messes things up for u to cash out way more then it’s supposed to be. Shocked

The only yet most important reason I would NOT recommend this shop, is the Manager and/or owner, Steves, unfriendly attitude. Its unprofessional and backyard trash awful. Simple inquiries annoy him to the point I witness him ball up an invoice and throw at customer, as there was a dispute of service fee. He snapped and told him to get out of here....so no, I will NEVER use the shop again!!! I had not realized they were under NEW Management and boy has things change. No matter the circumstance you as an Owner/Manager should show dignity especially when other customers are around. I will return to mechanic Ive trusted for the last 10yrs, despite being 15miles away.This rating is strictly based on pricing and lack of customer service. I gave 2-star because I left with a running vehicle...otherwise AVOID!
