Im completely OVER THIS BURLINGTON! No matter the time of day youre always going to wait in line for a good 15/20 minutes. The air doesnt work, then the female workers get annoyed and rude when u ask about opening more registers. Wont be returning

Fiddling with hangers while the line is a mile long! SMH

The store is the slowest store I’ve ever been in there was one register open with over 30 people online I don’t see the stores are staying open by the end of this year. Whoever manages this store needs to be fired immediately and the staff retrained.

Seemed fairly organized the few times I’ve been. But always so busy. Hire more people or schedule more people. I’ve walked out multiple times without anything, because it was just too busy.

Pleasantly surprised to find many items I liked. I have unique taste. I like the store layout and variety of merchandise. I’m writing this because of the notable and first class customer service I was provided. The customer service worker and a store manager were so pleasant about price checking, twice, with speed, a smile, accuracy and efficiency. After I pulled up my car in front of the store, a worker unexpectedly helped me load the bulky paid merchandise into the car (with gloves, of course b/c of COVID. They all wore masks properly). Thanks.😃

Absolutely the BEST Burlington I’ve been to. Customer Service was excellent and because of Covid, in most stores they don’t have stock of clothing but not the case here! They have so much in stock! Worth the trip here!!!

Nice store and lots of things to look at/buy. But wow they really need an express checkout lane for people who only buy a few things. I had 2 things and waiting 26 minutes. The line gets so long when people buys 50 plus articles of clothing. Please consider the express line!!

The wait time for check out? GOD AWFUL!!!!!!!!!! They only Had 3 registers open with A TON of people in line — NOT EVEN RESPECTING COVID DISTANCING RULES. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. *COMPLETE TRASH*

I waited 45 minutes in line to purchase a pair of slippers and a gym shorts. Before the I had to just leave the items and walk out

I want to Say that you understand with the severity of situations and three things are a little bit different. But every retail store that I have gone to is doing the same thing of only learn letting in a certain amount of people and as they come out they let more in. And they do this until the store is closed. the employee at this particular location was telling us at 3 that hes not letting any more people in because he has a full store. He says he cant get everybody out by 6. Im sorry but if you start letting people know ahead of time that the store will be closing at 6 there shouldnt be a problem none of the other stores have any problem so I dont understand why this is being done this way. Maybe he shouldnt be feeling up to store to its full capacity and just letting in people in little by little because there is some people that just want maybe one or two things. This is very upsetting and its not a good way to do a grand opening.

A terrible place to shop, management don’t care about customer concerns. They have two open registers with over 100 people in line. Try the Lakes location and avoid this place.

Only 2 cashiers on saturday long line and wait. Cheap company dont want hire employes..
