I usually have a great experience and great prices. The prices were on point, but on this day I had a salesperson from H___L. Dry with NO personality. I hate when people work with the public who dont like it.

I needed help putting together looks and the staff was extremely helpful in that regard, will definitely be back!

I have shopped at Ashleys Stewarts for years, however these last few years of shopping there has been horrific. The customer service is very poor, the ladies on the floor try not to pay any attention to the shoppers. When I took my items to the counter to check out the cashier was rude and mouthy. It was as if they hated their job and that we the customers were coming back regardless of the treatment. Wrong, I stop shopping there and refused to comeback. I will spend my money where I am respected and appreciated as a customer.

I had a memorable time at the first Annual FINDING ASHLEY STEWART event in Southfield, MI. All the lovely contestants were excited and energetic. The ladies varied from every size as well as style. I was proud to be apart of something so positive for the community and empowering for all women everywhere!!

Clothes were really nice however the necklace that I purchased now I see why they had Scotch tape on the back of it because soon as I unhooked it the hook broke...😳 After paying over $25 for the earring and necklace set really you would think if you going to make cheap jewelry that at least the clamp would be sturdy enough 😣

Im super happy because I was able to get this skirt I wanted that had sold out but they bought it back and my store just got a new shipment. Initially I looked and I didnt see it when I asked they said they didnt have it. Fortunately I saw a skirt that I didnt see online so I turned right back around to get it and she was like let me see that picture again I just opened a new box. So of course that was it. So I got two really cute skirt with camis to match. Plus the store was neat and organized as always, love that.

I called them for a item and they had it ready for me when I got there. All the ladies were nice and friendly.

The customer service was horrible to say the least. Im the type of person I like to try everything on and I guess that irritated the staff to no end. I tried on about 30 items and ended up purchasing 20. The staff were rolling their eyes and being short. They even went on to have a conversation about my clothing ignoring me as if I wasnt standing there. I went down the street to Lane Bryant and they were so welcoming, informative, and kind. This happen on 7/12/20. I had the worst and best experience all in one day. Those Ashley workers need training. You shouldnt treat people not to mention paying customers so poorly. Ill be writing LB a review as well why not give positive feedback.

So always be kind and helpful to your customers we can always go elsewhere, like I did...

Not good customer service...the cashier was giving out coupons ...I heard her a asking customers if they had one they said no..shared with another customer her total after getting coupon..when I asked about coupon she told me I had to get from my email .....sad to say wont shop there again and returning my items....the girl with the twisted redish hair....lol

The best selection of merchandise of all stores. The worst customer service. They always have at least 3 staff members working and my average check out time is always 20-30 minutes.No greeting when I enter the store. No one watching to make a helpful suggestion, tell you about the current sales promotion or let you into the dressing rooms.Redford Store Manager is great at all those things.

I stopped in with a coupon to try on pants. I was informed that they were only allowing 2 people in the 8 doored fitting rooms because there were only 2 staff working (there was 1 client at the register). The 2 people ahead if me had multiple outfits to try on. As I turned to leave, staff asked why, I asked them, do you really think I would stand here and wait for 2 other people to try on multiple things and then wait for them to redress and clean out there rooms before trying these 2 pair of pants on? They need more staff...so very disappointed.

Yesterday is the last day that I go to this Ashley Stewart store. The staff specifically the manager is very very mean. She seemed bothered by the customers entering the store and was extremely rude on the phone with a customer. I personally asked for help and she seemed upset. When I asked her if she was ok, she responded, Yeah! ARE YOU OK?! I found out later that she is the store manager. This inky the first time. On another occasion. Very poor service . No worries. Ill go to the store next door. The people there are professional and kind - they actually like customers.

The store is decorated nicely but the lines are long typically. So make sure you wear your comfortable shoes when shopping at this location (Southfield).

This is a plus size store that has very modern chic attire. But a lot of it is imported and the sizes are way off. So please take time to try on your garments before leaving the store.

The store appears clean and tidy. The staff didnt welcome me when I walked in. And wasnt very friendly. I asked a worker if I help myself to the dressing room or do I need it unlocked. She stopped, sighed, then walked over and unlocked the door. I said thank you, and she mumbled youre welcome and walked away.

Unless theres a good sale prices too high. Quality of clothes isnt as good a value as in the past. Some of management is rude but Raven is super friendly and helpful

Worst customer service ever. Do not buy anything from this company. It cost me more to ship items than the shoes cost. Then I try to exchange item, nope. Costs me more to ship back and then I have nothing. At least now, I have a pair of shoes too big because clearly they dont follow traditional sizing. I normally wear 11.5 but usually companies only have 11 or 12. My size 11 womens here fits like 12.5 nd these ppl expect me to pay eat $26 cost in total for a $14 refund???? Just dont buy from here....let them shut down business since they dont care about customers.

This store store here, I will no longer shop there. Very rude an in friendly, it was hard to get assistance while shopping, the two cashiers were very slow ringing customers up. An the sale person that was suppose to help on the floor stayed up front talkn an laughing with the store mgs, an the other cashier, staff do not greet you when you enter, the price of the clothes are high, not good quality, I rather spend my money else where.
