I have purchased several beautiful pieces from this boutique. I needed a dress for an event that I was hosting and was referred by some of my business colleagues. This boutique has high quality clothing, the style is quite similar to Bebe or BCBG Maxazria without the high prices. I found the sales associate to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Overall Ive had a great shopping experience on each visit. I had no problem with the customer service nor the store owner. I recommend this store. Ive been doing a lot of shopping online lately and they have pretty fast shipping.

Sales representative has the most attitude when i asked them to refund me for a top that did not fit right and told me that sales is final they gave me a black top to fit when i needed white. When i get home the white top was very off but amma see about that because amma get the law involved thats not fair for customers to work their hard earn money on items that doesnt fit right and be stuck with it imagine paying $65 for a top that doesnt fit right after its their fault giving me black to fit when i wanted white

I was invited to a Gatsby party. I always wanted to visit lechic so they was the first place that came to my mind because I dont like to shop. And my experience there wasnt good. First thing they dont allow you to try on certain clothing which I think is horrible. But when she explained to my why then I kind of understood. But they needs to take consideration of others. They was telling me how people came into their shop trying on clothes that they left the seat of the clothing nasty with blood ect understood. But my thing is that they need to find another solution to where people can be able to try on there clothing. I took that ride all the way from dade to Lauderdale. And it wasnt one single out fit that I could try on because of the mistakes of others. I will not shop there again I was highly upset time wasted and a long drive. My advice to them is they should have a couple of their jumpers in different sizes that people can try on and inform the customer that these are the only ones that they can try on so that you can know your size to meet customer service

I drove all the way from Boca to purchase I top I had seen weeks before when the store was close. This woman is rude as hell follows you around the store, apparently there are no hardworking people out there and everyone steals. She proceeds to tell me the stuff I was looking at was hot commodity and I needed to get it now before she goes out of town next week must be her favorite line because Ive heard it before considering it my second time in the store. The husband or guy is much more pleasant he is the reason I went back. No customer want to feel like ish or feel like if they touch an item your store will be unorganized. Let people shop and spend their money in peace. And FYI hello good afternoon/ morning goes a long way lady. She acts annoyed like you are bugging her in the store talking my behind to a place that has service and value their customer base.

I am a person that supports “BLACK OWNED BUSINESS”. However this one that I will never refer nor will I ever return to. Prior to going to the store I reviewed Lechic Apparels social media, IG, Facebook, and online site. I selected 3 beautiful dress prior to going to the store and the items were available. I go to the store the day after (7am) the items were posted. Sad to say the items were not there/nor available. “False advertisement.” I then contacted the owner via email and she returned my phone call. She was “RUDE” talked over me, would not allow me to exchange items that I purchased. Mind you, she even TRIED to insult my intelligence. I was warned by serval friends/family to NOT waste my time, and that her items were not affordable and that she over charged. I was advised to visit “A Divas Closet, whom has the same items for affordable price. Now I am stuck with items that I will now have to TRY to resell. Be mindful of what/who “BLACKED OWNED” business to support. She needs to work on her people skills and know how to talk to her customer. We are paying customers that would require “Customer Service” as she would love when she enters someone else’s stores. VERY SAD TO SAY, I should have listened to my friends and family about this “CHRISTIAN LADY” SMH… And the only reason there is 1 star because Google dont have the options of a THUMBS DOWN or an ANGRY face like Facebook. Semaji Wright, who are you to TRY and insult someone else opinion. You say that Macys dont care, your information is incorrect. When it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you call cooperate and make a complaint, they work with you, and will provide discounts, gift cards etc. I have learned my valuable lesson with my issue. Review rate/reviews before spending my HARD EARNED MONEY on any business. I will CONTINUE: to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES, just not this one. Maybe the members of her church and close friends she DO NOT treat the same as any customer. I can tell you this, IF I AM EVER FOLLOWED AROUND IN ANY STORE I WOULD GET UPSET as well. BE OPENED MINDED. A persons opinion is just that they opinion, I will sit a review these comments as I ONLY see 6, BE BLESSED

Im on here looking for something for my birthday and it seems like every one on here that is commenting is her family samji is her daughter and any one with the last name wright is of kin I want real reviews before I spend money so far I see negative reviews from real customers thats not family
