Whenever we need technical assistance or the machine needs repairs, they are usually accomplished with same-day service. Awesome company. Every one is really friendly and extremely helpful. I never have to wait long on supplies or if I need a technician. They call and check up on us to make sure everything is running smoothly. We are glad to have PDP for all our printing needs.

Great service. We were using a off the self office max printer. Michelle came in and got us BizHub that handles the workflow of our buisness. Best part of it we are spending less then half the money for a far better machine.

PDP is a life saver - when my office was flooded by the upstairs office and my current copier at the time would not come out to see how they could help. I contacted PDP and they came out the same day, did not talk numbers just asked how they could help and ever since that day we have been very pleased with the service we have receive to this day.
