This company has been servicing our printers and fax for many years but in the last year, they are no longer a reputable company. They have inexperienced technicians who work for them now. They used to have excellent technicians but the office manager says the previous technicians were stealing from them which I dont feel she should of told me this and just keeps stating the technicians are new. They also have the rudest office staff working for them now. I am not sure if this company is now under new management or owner but I would no longer recommend them at all!! Actually, my warning is stay away from them.
