New Life did an excellent job with our project. We needed to break our open office up to provide more desks and a quieter bullpen. New Life was able to offer many suggestions on how to do this in a modern style. The process went smooth and installers were in and out in a matter of hours. We had the pleasure of working with Karen and her team in December when our office moved into a new and bigger space! Karen was there for us from the beginning. She took the time to come and measure our space (we were lucky enough to be down the street from their show room), offered her expertise in space planning, and listened and took in every comment and email we sent her way.On furniture delivery day, Karen and her team were right on time and installed everything accurately and in a timely manner. They worked around or tight corners and full staffed office and provided us with limited interruptions.Since then we have gone back to New Life for more pieces to outfit our space. Saw a Craigslist ad for used cubicles, went to the store to try my luck. Used inventory is located in the back and its clear their cleaning crew doesnt go back there ever... but Dennis was very knowledgeable about the cubicles and worked with me on the original asking price. The office manager took payment at the front desk. She seemed to genuinely care about my experience in store. She was able to schedule a customer pick-up for the cubicles later the same day. Their loading guys were really nice and didnt mind loading the cubicles in the truck for me when I came back with a moving truck.Overall my experience was positive. Took one star off for the cleanliness of their used inventory, or lack there of I should say. Screws and plastic trash everywhere. Fix it and get that fifth star!

He was extremely easy to work with and made me a great deal with delivery services included. The showroom was well organized, bright, clean and displayed the furniture options in their best use of function. I am very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back.
New Life Office is great! We have been in business for less than a year and find ourselves growing every month. As for most new companies, cash flow is an issue, so we have to mind our budget closely when purchasing office furniture. New Life Office has some amazing new furniture at good prices, but our budget is still a bit small to support buying new, so we opted to look at their used furniture. We found a set of 6 matching conference room chairs and were able to negotiate a price that fit our means. Thanks goes to the incomparable Neisha Boone for her assistance and understanding of our situation. We are looking forward to working with New Life Office as we continue to expand our operations.

Our company is growing and I needed some nice looking cubicles to match the growth. Worked with Ryan at New Life and he was very helpful from the planning stages all the way to the delivery (which arrived earlier than promised!). Prices are very fair and the cubicles are very sharp. Excellent customer service!!! We purchased a desk and cubicles on two separate occasions and both times were met with excellent customer service, knowledge of the products, efficiency, and just an overall easy and smooth transaction. I dealt with both Neisha and Ryan who both are friendly and helpful. I interacted with Neisha numerous times via email and telephone, and she was always there to answer my constant questions, and always provided any information I requested. I was searching craigslist for a used lateral file cabinet and came upon a post for this store. I had never heard of them before so I checked their online inventory and then called and spoke to a very nice gentleman. I drove to the store a little later and was greeted very pleasantly by Neisha. Neisha reminded me of a ray of sunshine, she was very pleasant and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price. I definitely recommend this store for all of your used and new office furniture needs.

Came into the store looking for some used office furniture, found what I was looking for, I took some measurements to see if it would fit. Was quoted a price, typed out on business letterhead. After checking to make sure the furniture would fit, I went back to the store to purchase the furniture. Even though I had the quoted price they would not honor the price, they wanted much more. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
