I was very happy with my move and movers. They showed on time and ready to go. They were very friendly and helpful. We talked and laughed. I was very pleased with the speed they had in moving us out and into our new home. Everything was moved with no issues in record time.

The crew that unloaded our belongings were so conscientious and took there time as we checked every item off the list. They had hard time trying to get into our gated community, but didnt give up until a solution us found. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for your hard work.

UPDATE 12/16/19 - I did finally get a check for a couple dollars shy of what I submitted for. This was after a lot more back-and-forth. Its nice to get the payment back but I still had such a terrible experience that I doubt Ill hire them again.UPDATE 10/27/19: Lowered from 2 stars to 1 star. They have ignored me and given me the runaround on my claim for the items they damaged and lost. I’ve had to constantly email them for updates & they’ve made no progress in almost 3 months of having an open claim for just a few hundred dollars. That’s ridiculous.08/15/19 - asked to file claim for broken items08/26/19 - followed up because I still hadn’t received info on how to file claim08/26/19 - Received incomplete info & asked them to clarify a few things. Was ignored & got no reply, so I left my reviews.09/16/19 - Received an email out of the blue that just said “submit claim” & literally nothing else09/21/19 - after some back and forth, got the info I needed & finally was able to submit the claim10/07/19 - Emailed to follow up because I hadn’t heard anything10/07/19 - Was told I needed to send the photos again because they couldn’t open a zip file (which suggests they hadn’t even looked at the claim before I emailed to follow up)10/10/19 - Sent them the photos again10/17/19 - Emailed to follow up because I hadn’t heard anything10/25/19 - Still haven’t heard anything & I officially give upThis is truly unacceptable. Not only did they break several of our things, but we ended up paying as much to move 15 minutes down the street as we did to move across the country. Thats just ridiculous.They started out wonderful. We got the quote and it was pretty high, but the person who helped me out was lovely. I figured we would come in under the bid since we really dont have that much stuff, and since these bids usually come in a bit high.The packers also helped us reduce the costs by using fewer boxes and less paper. They were jovial and helpful. They kept reassuring me that they were helping cut costs.Moving day, the guys who came were very polite but pretty slow. Im a little worried one of them came to work with a hurt back, and that might be the problem? I honestly dont know. It somehow ended up taking the entire day to move, and they left our doors open the whole time, which made our energy bills at both places ridiculous.The final cost came in HIGHER than the bid, over $3,000, to move 15 minutes down the street. Thats just insane, especially after practically everyone I spoke with face to face kept assuring me they were helping me shave off some of the cost from the total bill.Whats more is I found several things broken, including two important statues and several of my bookcases. Photos attached because at this point I just have to assume nothing else will be done with them.When I tried to file a claim, I was routinely ignored. I dont know if its a communication thing or if Sherri just doesnt reply to emails, but nothing has happened and weve been in our new place for 6 weeks now.Their claim policies are also frustrating. If you want to get any of your money back, I hope you have a receipt for everything youve ever owned AND a link to where you can buy it now, just in case it might break!When I pointed out that I dont have a receipt for everything Ive ever purchased, my email was just ignored once again.Im sick of emailing them to ask what the status is on my reimbursement. Im just astonished at the price and the lack of professionalism after they have your money.

These guys are GREAT!!! Keith and his crew really gave us amazing service. They showed up on time and ready to work, which is amazing because it was 110 degrees the day we moved in! Didnt even bother these guys. They made sure everything was in the correct place and put together and even helped my daughter take out the trash when they had finished.. We are a military family moving across the country. During initial pack up day, the packers were very quick but thorough. Got all of our stuff packed up and were even thoughtful enough to leave a bed out for us to sleep on for a few days. Three days later the drivers and final loafers showed up to pack the house. There was some miscommunication between the scheduler and the company. Thankfully Ruth, KT and Miguel were very helpful and took great care of us. Courteous, friendly and asked lots of questions. Great experience!!

Ruth and Jr. we’re awesome. They worked hard all day and got us moved out of our house professionally and as quick as possible. They were attentive and responsive to all that we asked for. Junior and his crew did a great job packing us quickly, efficiently and carefully. They have also been very efficient with loading. It has been a good experience getting our home packed and loaded up. Junior also unloaded our belongings and did a great job with that too. His local crew did an excellent job helping us get everything unboxed and put back together.

We are a military family moving from Washington to Illinois and just had Junior from AAction movers of Nevada do our move. Junior was extremely professional, courteous and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy and satisfied with the packing and loading! Hi all! Wanted to drop a review because I was insanely satisfied with my local move recently. My realtor Jackie Ebert (who is also super awesome! Give her a call if you want to buy/sell/rent a place here in Vegas) recommended these guys to me and told me they were affordable, diligent, and friendly to boot. They were all three and more!Michael met with me first to do a walkthrough on what all they would be moving. He went over the amount of boxes, guys, and trucks, he thought I would need as well as what the rates were. He was very diligent in making sure we had every room and all our stuff covered. The rates were definitely affordable, too! I told him that we would be boxing up most of the stuff on our own and he let us know that we could go pick up the boxes at their warehouse at no extra charge. I was like, whaaaat?! They were recycled boxes from previous moves but were still in pretty good shape! I apologized so much because I knew how heavy our stuff was gonna be and at how last minute it all was going to be as well. He came by on a Wednesday and I wanted to move ASAP. They were able to fit me in that same Friday! Woohoo!We boxed most of everything but left some boxes opened. When TJ called me to let me know they would be on their way, I asked him if it’d be okay for them to just tape ‘em up and he said it was not a problem at all. He came over with Victor and Miguel and they moved everything carefully (both places we were moving out of and into had some tight corners!), quickly, and made sure to ask me questions about anything he was unsure of. We had a dresser that I had broken a piece off of and he wanted to make sure I was aware of it. I was like, yes yes, I know. He even asked if I wanted to take the piece with us, and I was like, uh, naaaaaah. Lol.As it was a local move, the first 4 hours had to be paid for and every hour after that was at an hourly rate which was not bad at all! I had used a different company previously and it ended up being half what I paid for then. I was definitely happy about that. They worked the entire time only taking two five minute breaks while loading and unloading. Considering it took about 5 hours, I was the one telling them to take breaks lol. I made sure to give them some water and even got them lunch since it was getting right around that time.Once everything was done, TJ went over everything with me and I realized he was actually the General Manager! I was like, random job inspection?! Lol. But no, as I was Jackie’s first referral, he wanted to make sure everything went smoothly, which it definitely did. He even gave me a discount since I got the guys some food. I will definitely be using them the next time I need a move (but hopefully not anytime soon). Definitely give them a call if you’re looking to move though! I highly recommend them :)

TJ and Paradise were awesome! They worked with my schedule and opened up the warehouse on a Saturday afternoon so I could unload a shipment. They were prompt and had great attitudes and an awesome work ethic.

We are doing a military move (leaving Nevada) and this company has been a dream to work with! They’re personable, professional, and quick/efficient at packing and securing not just our important household goods - but all of them! They were thorough at labeling boxes specifically, as well. I’ve heard lots of horror stories about military moves and this is the first one we chose to not do ourselves and I can’t say enough good things about this moving company and their staff! If you use this company, ask for Ruth/Malofou/Mark! They work well together and made the process seamless.

Never had the opportunity to actually move with the company due to coronavirus halting a move to Florida, but working on the estimate and coordinating the potential move was a positive experience. I hired Aaction movers based on a recommendation from my real estate agent. Mark Masalosalo, Augustine Samisoni, and Daniel Puu were my movers. They were prompt, fast, friendly and put care into moving my furniture. They finished in the time quoted and were professional. They laid down runners and protectors for entryways, which no other company I have hired has done. Also, they wrapped delicate furniture and mirrors in padded blankets. Other movers I have hired in the past that were cheaper, damaged my furniture and one company didn’t even show up, leaving me high and dry on moving day. I would definitely recommend this company and these particular movers.

Movers from the company came to our house in Las Vegas on the 16th of Nov to move our stuff. They were quite professional and punctual. During the initial consultation a gentleman by the name of Micheal assured us that our stuff should arrive to Omaha by the 21st of Nov. They later sent a conformation email stating that our delivery window would be from the 21st-25th. We were a little disheartened because that meant spending four more days in a hotel but we were content because the 26th was thanksgiving and we could at the very least have dinner in our new home. Then we hear nothing for days. It wasnt until WE called THEM on the 24th did a lady named Jodi inform us that our stuff wouldn’t arrive until the 27th(Friday) and because it was a Friday we would have to wait until the following week to get our stuff delivered. That following Monday we still heard nothing from them so we called Jodi to get an update. It turns out no one knows where our stuff is. The Omaha office has no record of our stuff arriving and the Vegas office never bothered to confirm if our stuff actually arrived. The best part is that during our conversation they claimed they “haven’t charged us yet” when I have bank statements to show that they charged us over $5000 on the 23rd of Nov. I will update this post as to when I actually receive our stuff but I really wouldn’t trust them.

Lefanoga Aso (Juior) did a great job moving our personal belongings. He showed up a day early to load up and then arrived a day early to unload. We were impressed that Junior was able to unload (nearly 17,500 lbs) of our belongings alone. He was able to get nearly everything unloaded in one afternoon. He was extremely organized and had an extremely strong work ethic. I would recommend him for moving your belongings either local or long haul.

They even brought over our stuff from storage, two miles away. Handled everything with great care. Since being married I have moved over 15 times. This was by far the easiest-best.

Action Movers provided United Van Lines service for moving my ailing mothers goods from Las Vegas, NV to New York State. They provided packing services as well as shipping. The Las Vegas packing and loading crew was highly professional, efficient, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Their work could not have been better.Everything arrive in New York in a timely manner and in good condition. The two boxes that were a bit damaged in transit were only damaged superficially, with no damage to the good contained inside. Corrigan Movers was the company responsible for the final leg of the move and loading the goods into a storage unit. Their crew was also professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.We used United Van Lines for the move to Las Vegas in the late 90s and had such a good experience then that it was a given we would choose United Van Lines (and their associated companies) for this move.Thank you to one and all that made a difficult situation easier.

Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would. John Adams, Keith Mcnary, and Miguel Palacios got to our house on time, which for me is a major plus, but besides that they were friendly. Once we talked about everything that needed to be done they instantly got to work. These three men worked their butts off too. The packers were very efficient. But am not pleased with what happened when everything went into the shipping crates. Some things were damaged. The leg was broken on one side chair, one box must have been dropped because a plate and bowl were broken.,one tote was damaged Everything was put in storage so don’t know what else got damaged

The packing crew was very good but the loading and unloading people are extraordinary. TJ runs a tight ship and has trained his crew very well.TJ, Tuah and Daniel are all very polite, hard working and fun to be around. We have used professional movers many times in several states and these guys are the best hands down.

My elderly parents had United Van Lines move them from Colorado to Arizona in July 2016. So many items damaged and missing that I could not list them all here. For $12,000 you would expect better results. They have not had much satisfaction trying to make a claim as they are being bounced from person to person.Now it is February 2017. After several hand written letters written to the company by my parents and still no response. (My parents are in their late 80s and do not use email) The person for contact that United provided was spoken to by phone but they refused to send someone to their home to view the damages and did nothing to help with making a claim. The only thing they have heard is that AAction underestimated the cost of the move and want an additional $900, and are threatening to sue to get it. This is practically criminal the way the have been treated. Use this company at your own risk!

We moved from Lousiana to Las Vegas and unfortunately had a few things damaged (during transit) Victor and Kionanta made us aware of this before they even started our delivery. I’m a servicemember and have moved every 3 years for the past 18 years and I must say that they’re the best. It’s the first time I can actually remember the movers names. TJ, Jon, Moe, and Misi were a great team. Hopefully I spelled their names right. So, in short, they were awesome!!!!!

This service was used as part of a long distance United Van Lines move between NV ad VA. They are a contractor to United. Between1990 and 2005 I had used United Van Lines twice with good results. United Van Lines today has become a moving contractor and is not the same company it was 10-25 years ago. Today they are a series of complex shell corporations that only have an administrative staff and all physical moving, storage, and transportation services are contracted out. The contractors do not have the same work ethic or commitment to quality as past employee staff, not even close. United picks the contractors, but does not tell you who. United Van LInes only wants to make a buck now on their former reputation and have no liability for all real moving because services are contracted out. Do not be fooled into believing it is the same big company that has its reputation to maintain and cares about its customers. I found that out the hard way.Use this contracted service if you want the following:* Unprofessional, rude, low quality moving service priced at high quality professional service* Movers rescheduling several times, movers showing up hours late with no communication or respect of your time or commitments* Movers asking for multiple loooong breaks on your paid time for bathroom, smokes, calls* Movers disassemble, but unable to reassemble items at delivery, so you have to do it* Movers throwing and leaving trash in your home, yard, driveway* Movers coming unbathed, dirty, and foul smelling leaving a stench in your home* Movers lying and being disrespectful to you, your family, neighborhood, and your home* Movers complaining about everything while hinting for a tip regardless of bad service* Movers trying to hide your items on the truck so they can keep them* Movers arguing over obvious missing, damaged, or broken items* Hearing false excuses and how it was the other guys who damaged or lost your items* Movers trying to lie to and fool you into signing a form saying all was delivered perfectly and you are totally satisfied* Spending your time documenting, estimating, and trying to get reimbursed for damages only to be denied or ignored* Having to pay more than the final moving quote because there were surprise charges* Having to clean up after the movers destroy your home* Having to arrange disposal or repair of damaged items out of pocket despite full insurance* Having to search for and replace damaged items out of pocket* Having to spend your time writing reviews as your only form of justiceMy advice in general for relocations is to move items in a rental cargo van or box truck. Tow the car on trailer. Discard, sell, or donate all bulky and heavy items that do not fit. Hire local realtor recommended labor to load and unload on each end. Purchase new items or used furniture items at destination with free delivery. Easier and better experience that costs about the same or less than full service movers. This does not apply to all situations, price it out, and if it does apply save yourself some grief. Life is too short.

WE MOVED IN EARLY MAY 2015, TO HAVE OUR FURNITURE STORED LOCALLY FOR ABOUT A MONTH, THEN DELIVERED TO A NEW HOME WE PURCHASED IN THE SAME AREA. THE REP WHO CAME TO GIVE US THE QUOTE DIDNT GIVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION ON TYPE OF BOXES NEEDED FOR THE MOVERS THAT CAME TO PACK/STORE OUR FURNITURE, WE HAD PACKED ALL THE DISHES AND SMALL STUFF, THEY NEEDED TO PACK TVS, HANGING MIRRORS, PICTURES ETC SO THE INITIAL GROUP STAYED WELL OVER THE ESTIMATED TIME. WHEN THE FURNITURE WAS BROUGHT TO OUR NEW HOUSE, WE HAD A INVOICE FOR THE AMOUNT LEFT DUE..WHICH I TOLD THE COMPANY TO BILL MY DREIT CARD, THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY $247, AND WHEN I CALLED TO GET DETAIL, NO ONE WOULD TALK TO ME OR CALL BACK, SO I HAD TO GET MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY INTO THE ACT, AS I DISPUTED THE CHARGE. NOT SURE HOW IT WILL TURN OUT..
