Today was the fourth time I have had their snow cones. They are so good!!! A friend of mine took me over more than a month ago, and I go back to have a different flavor. Their snow cones are so cool and refreshing.The young lady was so nice and smiley. I told her I was wondering what time they closed and that I had looked on Google to see if there was a place near home. I was afraid they may be closed already. What I found was their place as the closest to home. She smiled; I did, too. I learned it opens at 2 and closes at 7:00 p.m.This was the first time I used one of the coupons they give you when you make a purchase, and I have to say I was so happy to get a second snow cone for free.

HORRIBLE! The place is supposed to open at 2PM. I have been sitting here since 3:20PM. At that time, I called the number to have a gentleman tell me that his daughter had errands to run (not kidding- She has to go to DMV). I said I would wait. At 10 to 4 she showed up. She did not acknowledge my presence whatsoever. She went inside of the building, inside of the VFW- Still, never once even nodded to say she was actually opening. This despite walking by my half dozen times. I finally knocked on the door after sitting here close to an hour to ask if she was actually opening. I explained that it was not obvious as she had not acknowledged my presence. She went on to ARGUE WITH ME- Make ZERO apologies and tell me how she did nothing wrong. It was inconceivable- I have been sitting here For an HOUR! Then she refused to take payment from me. I literally had to leave $25 on the counter because she refused to say how much it was! I am literally shaking- Not only did she argue every word out of my mouth, she even argued about my paying too much! Disgusting- A teenager yelling at me after waiting for an hour for her disrespectful attitude. Pretty ballsy for a business opening 2 hours late. They obviously do NOT care about the customer experience. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Anyone who allows their child to speak to an adult like that does not deserve my business.

Found this shaved ice stand yesterday. My fiancé and I have been there 3 times since. They have a lot of flavor options, and the staff have been nice. If you are in the area and need something to cool down. I definitely suggest coming here.

The ice is phenomenal, but the reviews weren’t kidding about the snotty punk with an attitude behind the glass. He/she/they had the worst attitude with no hospitality, and you only require a little bit of smile to make the experience work. Yikes to the owner.

Loved this place ! The young boy that worked there before was way better than the workers you have now, not only was he faster, he made sure you left happy and doesn’t give you opposite flavors you ask for.

Very friendly. You have to try the root beer float. Shaved ice with ice cream and cream. Its really good.

This place has amazing snow cones. The ice is perfect shaved. There are many flavors to choose from and even combination suggestions. The snow cones are very inexpensive and they give free samples. The employees are very polite and friendly. I definitely recommend

Great service and everything is good. Our toddler loves this place and he just gets plain ice and they usually charge us next to nothing for a tiny little cup of plain shave ice.

I love this place! Its not only the best shaved ice in vegas but the people are always very friendly and ALWAYS there during their hours of operation unlike some of the other shaved ice trailers. And their prices are reasonable with a great menu! Love it!

We love snow vegas! This place hands down is the best place to get a treat. Our favorite time to hit them is after a long hike in redrock or after school on fridays to kick off our weekend. Its just the mac to our cheese I feel like. Its not complete without it. I am NOT a shaved ice fan usually but something about this place just makes it diffrent. I always get Chamelon which is a mix of sweet sour salty and spicy its devine. The kids fight over who will get banana and who will try something new. I have never been disappointed. They put their toppings in a middle layer too which makes it even better! Its just so fluffy and delicious. Staff is always sweet. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed.

Best shave ice in the valley. This is the real deal east of the islands. The flavor selection is impressive, even includes some deep cuts from the islands. Nice people and great service to boot!

Went for the first time and got cotton candy with ice cream and half my shaved ice was white no flavor on it definitely not worth the money very disappointed
