The ice cream was amazing!! but the attitude on Mason was just not doing it for us thankfully syndey saved the day with her awesome customer service! we got the chocolate covered strawberry an the coffee an brownies with mango Boba lol

Fantastic ice cream!! Cam is amazing!! I had the cookie butter with cinnamon toast crunch topped with caramel and whipped cream. My hubby had strawberry fields with chocolate sauce and whipped cream, the girls had Birthday cake with whipped cream and sprinkles and my sister had coffee with toffee.

A lady was getting a party pack and the guy was doesn’t them back to back. I can only imagine being sore after doing it all day and I’m a weight lifter/trainer. Hopefully they are compensated well, we tipped because Alisha deserved it (before we even tasted) and the price is reasonable. Overall very satisfied and hate to admit I will visit more than I should.

Came here for the first time. One of the guys suggested I try the Coffee+Brownie. It was BOMB! Tasted really good so I was fine that the cup cost $7. Will def be back and try other flavors! A+

Tried this for the first time today we have heard a lot about rolled ice cream but have never tried it and it was absolutely AMAZING!! They have a ton of flavors to choose from such as fruit flavors, cookies and cream, toffee coffee which is what I tried today, and many more. They also have drinks and cookies. Our ice cream was rolled by Alisha she did an amazing job and we were so impressed because it doesn’t look like an easy task making it or rolling it. The ice cream was soooo good and flavorful! Definitely will be coming back!

Me and my hubby came in with no idea what to expect. Loved the people loved the ice cream and it seemed overwhelming at first but I think we found our favorite spot to go to now for ice cream, it was delicious! I had the strawberry shortcake with fruity pebbles and he had the original cheesecake

My daughter and I have been here atleast 4 or 5 times and I am actually on my way there now with my niece and nephew.... I would recommend this place to anyone lookimg for fresh delicious ice cream. My daughter loves the cereal cookies

Horrible customer service, gave one star just to write this review, very rude and unfriendly employees, not sure why they are so unhappy working there, they messed up pretty much every order, still gave a tip and the girl handed the card and walked to the back, not even a thank you, I think she forgot she is the employee and you are the customer. Dont waste your money or time here, not worth a penny. Thats why they have so many bad reviews.

Never had rolled ice cream before and I loved it! The guy who helped us out did a really good job in entertaining us while we waited for ice cream. He added a flair when making our ice cream, reminded me of the movie Cocktail but with ice cream. I highly recommend trying out this place. We ordered the Cookies n Cream and the Mango Boba. FYI...we didnt realize the boba was the popping kind, good regardless!

I go to centennial location once a week. All the staff know me and my order s’mores with graham cracker crumbs on top .I love the great customer service and staff. I definitely recommend going you’ll be a regular like me !

The way they roll the ice cream is super cool to watch. Because it is made with heavy cream, its a little more dense than regular ice cream, so a little bit of it goes a long way!It isnt as sweet as regular ice cream, but it is still very tasty! The staff is friendly and the service is quick.The only downside I found was that the music inside was ridiculously loud. I couldnt really hear the what the server was asking me, and I even had to yell when I was next to my husband.Other than that, I like the place and the ice cream

This place is ridiculously good. If you want excellent ice cream with great toppings do yourself a favor and visit. Staff was very friendly and the young man that helped us even went above and beyond to verify they dont use a specific allergen my wife is allergic to called guar gum which is found in almost all store bought ice creams and at ice cream parlors. She was able to thoroughly enjoy her dessert without worry. Thank you Rolled Ice Cream for using top quality ingredients and not using anything unnecessary in your mix. We will be back!

Way cool place takes awhile because they make it while you watch. It is kind of pricey which is to be expected with all natural hand made ice cream.

First time here and we really enjoyed this rolled ice cream! The place is small, but they have 2 tables with chairs and umbrellas outside. Tables are not clean, but if you put some napkins you can seat while you eat. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall we were very satisfied and we’re Planning to go back!

My husband said that his Elvis rolled flavor was so, so. Which was literally two slivers of banana and two pieces of nutterbutter cookie, or shall I say one cookie. (Not to much.) Big price for such a small amount of flavor for a large $7.00 each. Then they slapped it on an ice slab (already frosted with ice) added some cream to make it spread out maybe 10x10 square. They used a putty knife (similar to) to scrap up the smashed cream to roll up maybe 5 rolls. I ordered a brownie and banana flavor. - not worth it. Not one bite tasted like brownie I was disappointed. We figured wed try it out with the great reviews. We really liked to watch and experience the different way of making cream. Not impressed with the flavor. Reminded us of Cold Stone with no flavor. My husband made the comment he forgot his even had banana in it. Im not sure how they stay in business. The ice cream is very dry, similar to the texture of the Dipsn Dots. Dry ice cream, sounds weird. It really needs to melt to get any type of real ice cream taste.

First time visit for this type of product. Store smelled a bit like cleaning product, unappetizing but at least we know theyre clean. Staff was very professional and great service. Tried the Smores and the Lemon Strawberry flavors. Really mild flavoring, like ice cream lite. It was okay. I dont know that Ill return, not quite what I was looking for, but I respect what they are trying to do/sell.

This place was a pretty cool place to go. They make their own ice cream and house. And when you get your ice cream and they roll it up into these little rolls that are about as thick as cigars. The ice cream is really good too. A better place to go is creamistry.

After seeing all the videos online showing memorizing rolled ice cream creations we wanted to try it out. This location isn’t too busy and the line goes quickly. The ice cream itself is really nice and the flavor selection is amazing. There is limited seating inside which consists or bar type seating along the wall. A few tables are also outside. Most people seemed to be taking their desserts to go during our visit.

We are from Salt Lake and the rolled ice cream there is nasty. Love this place. Staff is friendly and ice cream is great!

Staff was friendly, and there were a lot of interesting toppings. Placing an order was a little difficult as it was loud in the store. I think it was the hum of the cold slab machine along with the music. The employee and I kept saying “huh?” Cool way to eat ice cream, but $6.00 for an 8oz, and $6.50 for a 12oz seemed a bit steep, for a gimmick in my opinion. Cost almost $30 with tip for 4 smalls. Nothing wrong with the joint, I just think it’s a bit expensive for ice cream.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. I understand that you pay for the novelty and experience, but even those were lacking. I ordered the Rocky Road Rolled Ice Cream. At least twenty percent of my ice cream was scraped into the waste hole by the worker because she couldnt get the ice cream spread evenly and then couldnt get it to roll. The poor girls arms had to have been exhausted, but she needed quite a bit more training before they put her out on the floor. I could have over-looked this, but unfortunately the marshmallows placed on top were ROCK HARD- not frozen, but dried out! Makes me question how fresh the other ingredients are. This place is just way too expensive for poor quality and poor service.
