The girl with the pink hair was really sweet and got my order done really fast, 3 scoops in a matter of 30 seconds done with perfection! I’ve been here multiple times and she’s always the one who’s there to serve me. Great customer service, speedy, and very tasty.

I agree with all the reviews about the customer service. Its sad that all these young kids working in a service job have no clue how to interact with customers. No greeting, no emotion. Weird!And just a side note, what is the deal with no seating inside OR even outside? So my father-in-law asked where his grandkids could sit to eat their ice cream. He asked if they could stand inside to eat. The kid said no, theyll have to eat outside. But just stand outside and eat. Kids eating ice cream in June outside. More like drinking ice cream soup. This location is a joke of a business.

Cashier was very polite, very helpful, and the waffle bowl ice cream was so delicious ! I had black walnut with strawberries and topped with pistachio ice cream, so delicious !

Girl just threw our straws and spoons on the counter. stepmom asked for whip cream didnt get and the made the shake so whip was impossible to add on, should have at least one adult working, a store full highschoolers with no customer service....

Terrible customer service. The girl didn’t even say anything to me when I walked in. Didn’t even ask what I wanted just stood there in silence but made a comment about my mask falling down. They were out of a basic flavor chocolate! The girl at the counter was very rude seemed like she didn’t want to be there or help me at all. I understand times are tough right now but what happened to common curtesy. I will not be retuning I will go to Dairy Queen.

Apparently its okay for this location to cut bananas and serve ice cream with no gloves. Ive send the store a message but no one wants to get back to me. Its been almost a week and no response from owner so i just emailed the health department because the store refuses to get back to me. Enjoy the fine

Overall pretty decent ice cream but very slow service

Went into this shop tonight. The young man that was working by himself did such a wonderful job serving the line of customers. He was fast and friendly. We were so impressed. The ice cream was great. I hadn’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years but I’ll be back. Thank you for the perfect customer service.

I called and asked for a mini birthday cake with a fudge border. I picked up the cake and took a look at the cake and the borders were brown so I assumed it was fudge. After getting home and singing happy birthday when I served the cake I realized they just used dark brown frosting instead of fudge, and the fudge was extra and the favorite part of the birthday girls cake.

Had to get my double scoop of butter pecan and strawberry Berry. Thanks

Our family went here on 2/22/20 and what a nightmare! Horrible service! Bad attitude terrible overall vibe in here! After we FINALLY got our ice cream we felt like it was almost torture. Like walking into the most unfriendly most expensive most unwanted to in there place! Ice cream for one had SERIOUS freezer burn!! Not going there again!

The staff had their noses sticking out of their masks. When we asked them to pull them up then we had to ask them to wash their hands. They shrugged instead of washing their hands. We left without getting anything.

To boot when I addressed the issue of the demeaning insulting from the manager to my 16 year old daughter, she stated to me they watch them all day long on the cameras! It took a minute to sink in, so they watch them non stop, but, DO NOT train them!? DO NOT come to the shop and help encourage them, none of that, just WATCH them!!! And all YOUNG GIRLS!!!!!!

Great staff, and very friendly! It was busy, two people working, and they profusely apologized for the wait, which there really wasnt one. Priced a little steep, but well worth it with the staff waiting on me.

Love ice cream but if you go in there dont have the guy help you, his scoops are 1/3 of what they should be, not even round, wait for the woman, heres are round and you get what you pay for and she is fast to.😧
