It wasn’t busy not many customers with big orders. But the 2 ladies taking there sweet time, no greeting, rude and with attitude. The first Time this placed open the ladies where fast and sweet and would talk with you. What happened to the management?

This place is really bad we went they closed in 1 hour for then to closed and we wanted something and they refused to serve us cause it takes time

I just loved this place... we have been here a few times before but the snacks and deserts were so good we either forget to take some pictures or we eat all of what we ordered before we can take pictures... but this time we got a few... this little place is right next to the Marianas market... if you looking at the market its on the right hand side you cannot miss it... it has brightly colored yummy dessert pictures on their store front... today we were craving for the Mexican corn... since moving to vegas this has been one of our favorite snack food... and of course being junk food junkies we had to have the Doritos nachos with just a little jalapeno peppers... but before we had their frozen bananas with different toppings like nuts/sprinkles/and other candy toppings... their sorbets are yummy too... i had this frozen strawberry in a carton and they put fresh strawberries, whipped cream, strawberry waffers, sprinkles and chopped nuts... this is one of my favorites... there are soooo many things on their menu... everytime we have a hard time choosing what to get... the owner is super nice he alwayz gives us good picks and he makes all our snacks fresh right there in front of us... he makes everything looks and taste so yummy... one of my happy places...

Grate desert the workers are nice and my order never gets messed up.

My first time going in, lots on the menu to choose, got a strawberry milk drink, way sweet for my taste, had to add more milk so I got a two for one :) as well as coconut ice cream, so so good. I will definitely go back now need to try the pina colada ice cream and cream cheese.

When I came in i felt like I was in heaven. The ice cream was delicious and i always go. I recommend chocolate but if your mexican like me i think you would enjoy everything in there. Also, one of my friends works there and he is very nice and is very quick. It only takes 2 minutes and im out the door with some delicious ice cream. I feel like the customer service is great.

Corn en vaso was so dry. The customer service was rude and irritated.

Went here to try this place out for the first time and the minute my family and I walked in they didn’t even say hi or how can I help you. The girl at the counter just simply ignored us when we asked to make our order She was very rude. She has no customer service skills at all. Neither girl that was working there had any customer service skills. They need to get better customer service skills because no one should have to deal with there attitudes.

Excellent popsicles

Tonight was my 2nd time coming to this place and definitely the last. Havent been out for a couple of weeks so decided to grab the kids some ice cream from here. Got there at 7:30pm and got home at 9:30 pm. The 2 ladies there are extremely slow. After 40 minutes of waiting outside we decided to keep waiting since we were already there and only 4 customers ahead of us and still took forever. I was not planning on writing a bad review because of wait time until I received BAD customer service from the older lady I think she said her name was Janey or something similar. Not only did we wait so long but she was complaining non stop to the other customer about how busy it had been all day and people tend to ask for a lot of stuff! All while talking without a mask, sweaty, into the ice cream she was serving, no social distancing whatsoever. My husband did not want to leave since we had already waited enough but was extremely upset as well when they kept saying it was too late to make stuff we wew asking for, I told the lady we would have came earlier but map says you close at 10pm and with a bad attitude got very close to my face and said that wasnt her area to take care of and I needed to call the owner about it and I told her she could let them know to fix it and she kept coming back being very rude telling me thats not her job and if it was a problem I should call, so I asked for her name and here I am writing this review. Disgusting the way they work, bad customer service, need to organize yourselves more, if u are so work so slow and close at 8pm, close the door at 7pm ! This women even had us let others behind us know wed be the last ones they were gonna serve and that is NOT my job but I was nice enough to help them with that. Learn some CS or quit your job if youre not happy there!

Need a place to cool down well this is a great place not only to get ice cream, but any chilled treat.

Ladies have a bad attitude and besides the fact it took them 1 1/2 hours to help us. Dont recommend at all.

I googled this place, and it says they close at 10:30. When I entered everyone gave me a bad face, no one greeted me, I was standing for a few minutes. Later they tell me that they are closed but it was barely 10:15 very bad service
