The owner is nice all of the Mexican treats are delicious fresh lots of ice cream flavors

I love this place. They have very friendly employees and they always get my order right. I just love going here.

Every flavor is amazing. We keep inventing reasons to return and try another. The biggest problem is reorder one we love or try a new flavor. It is a hit with out of town guests.

Awesome Mexican ice cream place close to UNLV. Staffs are nice and patient to let us try samples. The ice cream taste very natural and yummy. I will definitely be back.

I took my kid for ice cream and this looked like something different! I had a feeling like I went through space portal straight to Mexico ... ice creams that you can’t find here .. corn on the cob with cheese and spaces ...I would recommend it ... try out and see if that is what will make your taste buds happy!!!

ICE CREAM. I was just there today. Unfortunately my experience was not great. The ice cream was not good, it had a sticky texture and the flavor was ok but nothing i would go back for.

Amazing Ice cream! Made in house and flavors are unique. Pine nut and lucuma are the best in my opinion. Beats the heck out of any gelato shop on the strip and the prices are reasonable.

Always bright, warm, and welcoming. The customer service is like no other, I highly recommend this shop for anyone craving a nice cold ice cream or a fresh elote or even a cool Aqua Fresca. This place has it all.

Wow!! Totally blown away by how great this place was. The rose petal ice cream is melt in your mouth velvety deliciousness! Definitely going back to try the popsicles and flavored water! Highly recommend you make this a part of your visit in fabulous Las Vegas!!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this place. Its clean, food is the proper temperature, and what we had eaten was delicious. We will be returning, hungry for more.

Very good, different flavors! Like gansito! The staff is very friendly, the amount of ice cream they give you is a good amount, and the let you sample the flavors of ice cream before you choose! Its far from where i live but i would make the drive! 😁

Absolutely terrible. First time here, and definitely will be my last. Not friendly. Not helpful. I don’t speak Spanish and seemed Spanish speakers were treated much better than us. Spent a decent amount of money here for it being a little ice cream shop, and we weren’t even allowed simple water cups for my kids and myself.

I ask for bionico, is fruits with condensed milk but the mix with water. And rest flavor to all the fruit. Good service but the bionic frut is the worse fruit I ever eat.

I love the watermelon with Chomay sauce n chili spices. Every flavor is unique and delicious. My favorite place for ice treats on hot day. Staff friendly n helpful.

Lady employee seemed annoyed that we didn’t speak Spanish. We never been here so we asked what things were and she was bothered for asking questions. What we did get was good but I just didn’t like her attitude towards us. Her facial expressions.

Great customer service from the guy, order a couple stuff but my tostiloco was missing a couple stuff 🤦🏻‍♀️ Still good tho.

Employees were not friendly. Wasn’t sure what some things were on the menu, they made me feel really stupid by not knowing what some items were. Ended up spending a little less than $30. Bought a few ice creams, nachos, respado, chamango, and other items. Asked for water cups (there was me, my girlfriend and two kids) they said they can give me one free water cup, I’ll have to pay for the others. Really? I can go to any food place and get free water cups by spending $1. I spend $30 here and can’t get water cups to have with my ice cream and food? Not to mention my nachos were drowning in cheese, couldn’t even enjoy them. I’ll never go back.

A Mexican ice cream shop serving treats Ive never heard of. Treats like,Mangoneda, Durolocos, Chamango, Esquipp, Escamocha, Bionicos.Ive only tried one of these (Mangoneda) and look forward to trying the others.The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the items and flavors.

Bad service, the product tastes like old ice cream and they were so rude that asked us to leave and then their schedule is wrong, they were closing at 8 p.m. on Sunday and then on google says they close at 9 p.m. on Sunday but they told us that they close at 7 p.m.

Ok, but they needed a variety of ice cream, there was almost nothing, many flavors of snow were empty and it was already 1 pm.There was no gansito snow, flavored waters were missing ;-(
