Misrepresentation of pricing. Bait and switch. Foreign object in food. The picture by the registers show 2 scoop cone for $6.50 so Im not sure how ours was $19 for 2 of us. The clerk was kind enough to not serve one if the gelatos that went bad. I ordered black walnut that was good and pistachio which was excellent but them I found a state piece of plastic in my scoop of pistachio. It was at the end of my cone. The clerk offered me another cone but I was not hungry.
Small gelato spot in the Venetian. We tried after dinner, a lot of options (no coffee flavor unfortunately). Not the best ice cream, not the worst either.Kind of overpriced, 8$ for two scoops..do not recommend
I cant believe I havent reviewed this spot, even though everytime I am in Vegas I stop and get a scoop. The watermelon is yummy, lime, coconut and raspberry. All the flavors never fail.I visited during Covid last year, they wear masks and are pretty careful. The seating is now spaced out and sadly no more tasting though.
The rudest staff ever!!After waiting on a long lane when it was my turn a staff looked at a newly arrived customer and looked for their order!! Told her its my turn!!!!Then I asked for a large cone which has 3 scoops and started to order my flavors! After I told her what I want, she rudely said you can just choose 2 flavors!!! I told her that I asked for a large cone. She said I know but just 2 flavors! Then I asked another person why I have to choose just 2 flavor and the other one answered me.They are not familiar to the correct way to behave with customers!!!!
Gellato Not that great and the lady was super rude. She also used the same gloves to scoop gellato as she did to cash me out. Not sanitary.
Their strawberry cheesecake is the best! And they let you taste as many ice creams as you want. Tip: Mango is on the sour side. I was more satisfied with their rocky road and strawberry cheesecake than Ghirardelli sundaes! They have 2 locations inside Venetian: one is in the centre of the Grand shoppes and the other one is in the Venetian food court.
Terrible. Gritty yuck. Who ever thinks this is legit hasnt been to Italy. Bleck.
Unprofessional staff at the one in grand canal venetian. There are 2-3 other ice cream places which are amazing. I would rather explore there.
Awesome staff. Awesome flavors. Awesome texture.
It tastes like any other brand of ice cream. Youre not missing anything by passing this place up.
I would give zero star if i could .The worst quality and worse than that that is the wors than that the horrible horrible customer service .. the girl was extreemly rude and no customer service. Please stay away . There is another place 2 minuts walk along the river .. go there . ..
Co Co Lini II is an ice cream as well as gelato shop at the Venetian, Las Vegas. In fact, it’s like a little stand on the inside of the Venetian. We visited this place on May 2, 2019 during our 2nd Las Vegas tour. The staff was pleasant. We ordered chocolate gelato. The gelato was average quality with high prices.
Almost $19 for 2 people. Thats ok if the customers gets what they want. 2 scoops, 1 flavor. 3 scoops, 2 flavors. 4 scoops, 3 flavors. I and my wife wanted different flavors and I said I would pay whatever. Nope. Cant do it. Last time ill buy from this vendor that doesnt care about what their customers want. Geezs. Its just ice cream and she still had to scoop 4 times. I guess rinsing the scoop an extra time is hurt too much effort to make the customers happy.
Extremely rude girls and awful serviceDont recommend anyone. Dont waist your time and money
I loved the gelato and that’s the only reason i gave this stars. i personally rates things by the taste of the food but this place really got memad. the lady that helped me took super long and made me walk through a bunch of people in line just to get a sample. she also rolled her eyes at one of the people in front of me. the service was really bad in total. and this is sooo over priced. 6 gelatos were $40! imagine how many things i could of gotten with that! jeez.
Of course the ice cream is pricey. Its Vegas, major tourist attraction where people are expected to spend money. The ice cream was amazing and advertised nicely to the public through presentation and samples of all flavors!!!!
Terrible ice-cream - avoid it like the plague/corona virus.
Horrible, the sales associate were very mean. Was not showing the expectation/ standards that customers want . The two ladies were not letting us try more then one sample. We wanted two scoops with different flavors they told us that we could only have one flavor and if we wanted two flavors then we would need to purchase three scope. We got tired and left upset. They ruined our evening!!!I hope this horrible stand closes down. Go to anotherGelato stand were customers are treated with respect. Horrid staff, poor service.........
7.21$ for a small one scoop cone.. didn’t even taste good I got passion fruit
Tried pistachio and black berry icecream flavours. Its costlier but taste was too good.
Not gelato very watery. Very artificial and overly sweet and concentrated flavours. Gelato bar at the Venetian has the best gelato in Vegas, worth the walk.
SCAM SCAM SCAMThey have a photo of an ice cream with a cone and a price over it and then when I pay they add a dollar for the cone - I felt really ripped off.
Great ice cream, but the guy who made my coffee did not have a clue. Had two goes and still stuffed it up. I suggest he take a barista course.Dont buy coffee here !🙁👎
Not even close to being gelato.More sherbert icey crunch than smooth gelato creamy.
Worst gelato ever, this shouldn’t be called gelato neither. We have had gelato here in the US in multiple cities and in Europe. This is by far the worst. Don’t waste your time and money. The pistachio tasted so artificially flavored like syrup medicine. My husband who loves gelato took two bites and threw his away.
Gritty, artificial flavor. Really poor quality product that tasted so bad I threw it out after a few bites
I dont understand all the hate about this place, the staff was friendly and the ice cream was very tasty, I highly recommend this place.
Good gelato in the center of the Venetian grand canal shops. Nice view of the gondolas and pretty architecture in the plaza area. Ordered the strawberry and passion fruit sorbet delicious. Spumoni gelato flavor though was the best Ive ever had. A little pricey at 6.25 one scoop and 7.75 double scoop but nice treat for a hot day
I went to the location in front of Showcase Food Court. I asked if any of the gelato flavors were dairy free. The girl looked at me and said only the tastes are free. I thought she didnt hear me so I said, No. No. Are any of the gelatos DAIRY free. She said, no only the tastes are free. Then she turned her face away like she was done with me. This place is not separately listed on Google. Reading the other reviews I know why they are trying to hide it on Google. This girl thought I believed she was standing there giving out free gelato instead of asking about ingredients. I cant even believe that happened. If you arent going to train your staff any better than that, could you mark the dairy free flavors. When you sell food people may ask about ingredients. When gelato looks like a sorbet questions may come up. Like is this gelato dairy free. The other girl who was standing there like the statute of Liberty talking to a boy who was not a customer decided to discuss the exchange with the girl serving me after I walked off. Could she have helped me while I was standing in line? Also, while I was standing in line the people who got the free tastes didnt buy anything.
Overpriced, cannot even get two flavors in the same cup. Unbelievable!
If i can give this place a 0 star rating, I would. The employees who worked there are rude and will blantanly complain about you to each other if you ask to sample their flavors. For instance, i asked to sample two different flavors to decide which flavor to purchase, but the employee didn’t acknowledge me. Instead, she turned her head and complained to her co-worker while reaching for sample sticks. I don’t understand how it was an issue, considering sample sticks are openly displayed. I suppose they prefer to lose business rather than allowing guests to sample a flavor. Very very terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and walk passed the stand- unless you want to be publicly shamed.
Not really a good gelato place. :(
Worst gelato ever...it was icy and not fresh or creamy!
Horrible gelato. The flavour we had, had hazelnuts from the previous century, tasting ridiculously bad.
My sister and I were there on Thursday night and the two people working there were so rude, racist and unprofessional. When we walked up to place our order the guy there rolled his eyes and stepped back to whisper to the girl and they both looked at us and laughed and kept making racist and rude comments.
Amazing gelato!
Not real gelato; flavours are off; overpriced.
Horrible service, not sure what was wrong with the lady but I wont be going back.
This is not gelato lmao
Decent flavor and selection, but way overpriced
The ice cream server person(girl wearing glasses) is rude and spoils the experience.. hope the management looks into it..
They advertise it as Italian ice cream but they only make bad publicity for our wonderful genuine products. Ice water at an exorbitant price. With the temperatures of these days its fine but call it for what it is,,, To cool off its fine but if you want to eat a good ice cream this is not the right place.
Very good taste but just too expensive, otherwise like 5 *. Staff friendly
I get crushed ice in the ice cream
Thu !!
Wonderful ice cream shop, be sure to go.
