Great place for working mans tools. High visability clothing is available. It seems to be more set up for business to business rather than general public service. The price for items are not listed and you have to kind of help yourself.

Awesome customer service. I ordered a piece of equipment knowing it would be shipping from manufacturer. Also realizing it was Memorial day weekend. I took a chance after a whole month of searching for a specific piece and a bunch of money that was tied up in broken promises and refunds from other companies. Even though I still didnt get what i was looking for. I got the best customer service. A lost art that is not experienced these days. Shot out to Christopher Roby. Fasteners was great I needed a tool and I looked all over Vegas all of the hardware stores. fasteners had it in the their inventory. they had everything properly displayed and I recommend you come here before you go anywhere else

Very unprofessional and rude the gentleman that helped me out was very short with me and very negative. The gentleman Rick that attended me couldnt even let me finish asking my actual question before he shut me down. The gentleman seemed very irritated and couldnt wait to get rid of me and the store had barely open. This is the second time Ive been to this place and Ive never encountered a situation like the one I had this morning at 5:30 in the morning. They need to do something about this guys attitude or else hes going to lose the company a lot of business. I work for a big electrical company and always looking for new tools or supplies but I may be looking for another store to buy my tools that just for the way this guy made me feel Im very pissed right now and I have enough going on with my job sites to be worried and put down in a negative way so early in the morning. Again The rest of the employees are very nice and helpful and always have been for me the few times Ive Ben there but this guy Rick really did a number today. Very unsatisfied customer
