Ive been a returning customer for 3 years now and I needed to make a FFL transfer. Dave didnt communicate with me when it was needed and after I lost my temper (this part is my fault) he didnt even bother getting back to me and just cancelled my request. A childish attitude from such a big guy is quite surprising. Please work a little bit more on your customer service or youll lose even more businesses.PS (after your reply), After another childish move from a 50 or 60 plus years old man. I am so sorry for your employees. this is the reason that you are losing business to the big guys like Bass Pro Shops which will be my new FFL agent. ATF and PD? Really? You are a disgrace to the gun community. By the way it is be not bee you probably didnt finish second grade due to lack of IQ.

I have bought all my firearms/ammunition from this store, and every accessory to go with the purchase items received. They always have the best, and most reliable choices in side arms and rifles. The staff is very knowledgeable, and patient if you are unsure of anything. Its always a pleasure to see their friendly faces, as well as talk to them about new inventory stock, while my wife gets pampered in the nail salon next door. Perfect spot for couples if you ask me.

Walked in here today with my wife to purchase a handgun. Yeah i may be black and wear cloths a little big... But my dd2214 says honorable retired. We only get guns on Tuesday its Wednesday. Ill never step foot back or bring any veterans here

Wow! Let me just start by saying I read the responses of the owner for every 1 star review he received and it laughable to say the least. Let me give the owner a word of advise. When you receive a bad review from an unhappy customer. The worst thing you can do is attack them. Learn how to accept when you provide a bad experience learn from it and move on. Bashing customers for a bad review shows your true character. As someone who is looking to purchase guns and ammo you will not be earning my business. Also based and your previous responses, I expect the same childish behavior response but thats ok. Remember repeat and constant business is earned just a friendly thought.

I am glad to have a gun store close to me i went in not thinking that then would have what i am looking for and i was very surprised went they did have what i needed the.Staff was very friendly And knowledgeable I knew exactly what I wanted And luckily they have one left so that worked out in my favor The we downside was when I was looking at their weapons they did not have a lot of handguns and stock I dont know this was due to the pandemic but it was pretty much Slim pickings on their hand goes they had a decent amount of a ar-15 And they have all types of cleaning supplies So if you dont wanna make a long trip to any of the other gun Stores this is a place you have to try 1st before going anywhere else

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable as in interacted with him. I asked him about different models and brands and he had all the answers immediately. Dave (Owner) was really cool, he is also from San Diego so I liked him right away. These guys guided me through the entire process of purchasing a weapon and made it both simple and comfortable at the same time, I had never done it before. The capacity of these guys to do a great job, as well as the customer service that they provided motivated me to write this review. Thank you guys, youve got me as a loyal customer.

I am like so many looking for work these days. I have 25yrs of sales experience and 10yrs in firearms sales.I saw these guys had an ad on Indeed.com. $9.00 an hour to start for experienced sales and oh by the way they have to speak Spanish as well. Nine bucks an hour. The least I have EVER been paid is $15 an hour for gun sales. BTW how does someone who cant read or speak English get to buy a gun in America? That is my opinion. It is also my opinion that these guys are CHEAP!!!

My husband and I have been in several local shops deciding where the right place was to make a purchase. Every time we went into On Target we were greeted nicely and we never felt pressured or discriminated by the staff. We purchased our first rifle today and the experience was excellent. Edith was very helpful and courteous. We appreciate the entire staff, everyone gives great customer service. On Target is definitely our go to gun shop.

Ended up purchasing a really nice llama max-1 unfortunately company doesnt allow 1911s after googling it llama max-1 is a 1911... :( great purchasing experience though the website gallery of guns misprinted this gun slightly I recommend this shop it is the best shop in town. Owner knows exactly what hes talking about.

Nice little gun shop on the Nellis. Went in for one thing and was surprised to find they had a sling I wanted. Small but well stocked and the owner is out in front doing business, which is always nice to see. Is the new place going to be a little bigger?

Ive been there a few times. Nice staff. But, I called looking for a product. The person that answered the phone didnt even say hello. They said yes. I asked about Glock 19 magazines and they quickly said that they believed that they were out. Bad customer service.

Although not one of the cheaper places to pick up firearms, unless they are having a sale on, then the savings are incredible and of course the Bought it off the internet, I didnt know it was a Chinese knock off.I love buying from On Target Guns, These guys are amazing, Ive been shopping here for over a year now. They’re the only place Ill buy a new gun from.The only issue that I have is they dont have a big selection of ammo. They need a bigger selection of .223/5.56 and .308

Owner supports infringement and universal background and dosnet care. check their Facebook page for the proof straight from their Facebook page.update: if its not what you said then why is the entire gun community attacking you? why are many boycotting you? post pics of the last two posts you did here. lets see what everyone says what you said.. you are for universal background checks. you complaining of a private seller selling his gun at a gun show talking about criminals and lets be responsible. someone is making more money than you so your mad and you what him to do background checks on private sales. that is literally for universal background checks. you cant be in support of the 2nd amendment then have a but in your statement. what part of shall not be infringed dont you understand?? then you call for a boycott on you competition but instead the community became against you and now they are boycotting your store.. way to go. hope it was worth it. the gun community cant stand a gun business not in support of the second amendment let alone apparently dosnet ubderstand it.....

Bad Service! Came here because it had good reviews, didnt have items in stock, still bought items was told it was arriving on a specific day, went on that day only to find out it didnt arrive. Never going back!

Ive been in town for 20 plus years and have to say i really like this place if you havent tried them your missing out service A1 price great I got a better deal on a ruger .45 then not gonna say where but it was was 100.00 better and the other place had it on sale they dont treat you they know everything and your just dumb like some places sometimes i go in just to see wats new wats coming out next but i still get treated like i bought the store never rushed out the door never pushed to the side cause my wallet isnt open real people in here no ones perfect but i can say honestly i have always been treated right here and im spending my hard earned cash it means alot to me ..... plus where else can u win a gun in a raffle every month i almost didnt want to say that cause if u only knew what they were raffling off the place would be packed just for that .....on target is on point !

I have been here multiple times and usually have no problems with the older guy here who probably owns the store but this younger guy just doesnt ever seem like he wants to be there honestly I would probably stop coming here simply because this younger gentlemen has treated me and my wife like we shouldnt even be in the store
