Was very impressed with this place. Staff was friendly and awake, display area is jam packed with top quality firearms, ammo was decently priced (pandemic and all), range fees were higher than usual but the fact that it covers the whole day makes it worth it. Range itself is nice and well lit too. I am amazed that I never saw this place earlier.
Stopped by to see what my holster options are. Dave showed me whats available but ultimately recommended a custom maker. I ended up grabbing a couple 1911 magazines at not bad prices and played with a rifle Im now kinda sorta obsessing over. Dave was super friendly, knowledgeable and took his time making sure I get I what I really need. Great experience overall.
Really nice range. Amazing customer services. You are greeted as soon as you walk in. The cashiers are very welcoming. The prices are fair and they offer memberships if you plan on going often. RSO Cooper was the kindest and most helpful by far. Gave me tips and pointers on my aim and control.
My fiancé and I came to shoot today. I was nervous being my first time in here. I want everyone to know that the staff there was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Sophia in the range was a SWEETHEART! She was so kind and humble! Augustine the gentlemen that helped us in the store was SO cool and educated me on the guns. Thanks to him I am now on a waiting list to purchase my next gun! Thank you American Shooters! You guys are GREAT!!!!
Never been to a range before, the instructor was super helpful and friendly. I had a nice experience.
Great place. Very happy that I signed up. Staff are friendly and very helpful. With membership, you get excellent training. Mr. Cooper gave me a very thorough tutorial on how to clean my gun and provided valuable insights on other things. He is very experienced and is an exellent trainer. Also, Luca and Chris are excellent instructors. Thumbs UP!
Had a great experience being able to shoot the 1911 and m1 as well as a Tommy gun. Instructor there was very friendly and very personable. Has a great time and will definitely do it again when I come back to Vegas. Would totally recommend to anyone.
I was there in 2020 for a year, and I was nerveous and scared off even if listening to the sound. But I like how they recommend to teach, understand and showed to you everything. I only pay $499 for a year, and practiced any time. But, the bullet not included in $499, and paid 48 for 50 bullets at everytime you finished. That was awesome, and learnt everyKind of rifles there! After that took the test and licensed from LvMD!
Ive bought a few firearms from this place over the past couple of years, as well as a few class 3 items. There have been a few good guys working here, but in general, most of the staff is rude and act as if your presence is annoying. Especially if you ask them a question. In regards to buying a firearm, dont plan on leaving with it same day, even if you have a Concealed permit. They dont accept that and they dont call in your background right away. Plan on waiting a day, but more likely 2 before they call you to come get it.In regards to buying anything requiring a tax stamp... Ive bought items from some locations where they will do the paperwork right there at the time of purchase so you can get it in the mail right away. Ive also bought from places where you have to come back on a day or two to pick up your paperwork. Obviously anyone buying a class 3 item would prefer their paperwork right away so they can send it in and start the clock, but a day or two is reasonable. However, if you buy from here, plan on a week MINIMUM before getting your paperwork from them!To make things worse, when your tax stamp does come back they dont even call you right away to come get it... I bought 2 other NFA items from another dealer and sent in the paperwork at the same time as I did with my NFA item from here. All items were ATF approved on the same day. The other dealer called me to let me know I could come pick up my items. But nothing from American Shooters... Ive called them to inquire and get meet with did we call you? If we didnt call you then we dont have it... Thats BS! I advise them my other items came back over a week earlier from another dealer and that my item from them was approved same day, so they should have it. The guy takes down my name and number and says hell call me back. Several hours later, still nothing, so I go in.I end up talking to the same guy who says he told his manager but he hasnt gotten to it yet because hes busy unloading ammo... Are you kidding me!?Anyways, Ill be doing business elsewhere after I pick these items up. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment of your customers.
Took a class there and was told I wasn’t allowed to bring my ammo into the class room and had to write my name on it and leave it behind the counter. After and 8 hour class I forgot to grab my 30 or 40 bullets before I left and called back 2 days later to hear that they were “gone”. What kind of business takes $40 worth of product someone accidentally leaves behind the counter? Super unprofessional.
They are using the excuse that they can’t get through for the Nevada background check for over a week. My buddy bought from New Frontier Armory and was able to pick his firearm up within two days. They are simply not calling often enough, and given the opportunity I would take my buisness elsewhere.
Great customer service! Had a blast.
Friendly, helpful staff. And they also have available ammunition at non price gouging rates.
Today I went out to buy some 9mm rounds for target shooting. The guy behind the counter that helped me was named Mike. How do I know this? Because he asked me my name, introduced himself, and shook my hand. He answered all of my questions, gave me his opinions, and I was extremely pleased with his customer service skills, professionalism, and overall knowledge of firearms and ammo. It was quite obvious that this guy really had a passion for firearms and he loved his job working with them. I really like this shop and enjoyed my experience shopping here. The price that I paid was very good for the boxes of ammo I bought and I wont hesitate to shop here at American Shooters again in the future. Thank you American Shooters!
Great experience getting the pew pew time in this weekend, and always. Great staff and setup. Highly recommended. If you don’t own firearms, but are looking to experience using them or are trying to decide on one, they have a huge selection of firearms you can shoot. Try before you buy!
I absolutely love this place! The staff is so helpful and professional they go above and beyond to provide a great purchasing and gun range experience everytime!
I don’t know any other places around here but I get a really good service from all of the employees of American shooters every time I go there .
Great place to buy a gun and tactical gear! They also have a range onsite!Ben always answers all of my questions (and I always have a lot) and he lets me check out any gun I want! The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. No egos here. Also, you can buy really good tactical pants, hats, shirts, shoes and more here. They even do embroidery for uniforms and such.
The best place for uniforms!! So polite, so helpful, and very fast! Thank you so much for always helping our family
Super friendly and professional
Nice indoor range offers membership and reservations
Best gun range/store I have ever been to. Great customer service from the sales team and the range team. Very knowledgeable, always willing to take their time to explain everything and they’re always willing to help.
Weve been here before, but this time was very helpful. One of the staff, Cooper, asked if it was okay to help one of us. He watched and came over two times to give instruction which helped tremendously. His knowledge and willingness to help so thoroughly made a big difference. He went above and beyond and his demeanor was supportive and non-judgemental. Thank you.
Little dissapointed I couldnt air out my SAM7SF today because of the ammo. Range looks nice at least
Sophia, Heather and Henny were absolutely the best! Also I didnt catch his name but there was a nice guy who gave me a quick tip lesson on each gun and was super patient and helpful. Really good crew there! Thanks guys
Awesome experience and extremely good customer service! It was my first time holding a gun in my hand but they really explained in deep and helped me out in detail.
1st timers and we had a blast Lucas was our instructor he had great vibes he explained everything to us made the adjustments from Righty to Lefty for me and its was an awesome experience... The check in chics we the bomb toooo... You made our Valentine..Thank You... 💚💞
Over $200 in range time for 2 people. Only to be invaded, harrassed, and insulted by the range master. If I wanted to be discriminated against for being a woman Id have my car serviced. Also given wrong ammo for wrong gun causing jams. Is this place supposed to be professional?
Awesome range. Knowledgeable and hospitable staff. Range is both safe and well maintained. Gun safety is also a priority. Definitely recommend this range to anyone in Vegas!
Shooters does have some professional staff members. However, in the past several years encountering these staff have been the exception rather than the rule. Couple that with inflated prices for the area and you have a business I cannot recommend.
Their prices are outrageous, for no reason, Ive gone to sportsman warehouse and found what I wanted and at a great price.
Very friendly and very helpful! They were informative and kind to us first timers. Would definitely go there again!
Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and fun!Big thank you to Chris he was amazing in assisting myself and my sister on our visit.RECOMMENDED!!
Due to the distance from my home in Vegas I e-mailed [email protected] on August 8, 2020 inquiring on a weapon I would like to buy. As of August 21, 2020 I had received no response. Ive supported this business for 18yrs will find someone else to support.
They never Answered the phone ?? Are they closed ( i loved to go shoot. There
Totally rude and not welcoming at all. Ben was rude and unprofessional to the point I didn’t want buy from this store. Rather welcoming and wanting your business. He was outright rude and unprofessional. Outright yelled at me and rather than asking what i need or wanted. If you didn’t want me to touch your guns that I wanted to buy. Have a sign up or something to let the customers aware of your policies. I expected better from a professional gun store. I understand they have bad customers and thus needed to be aggressive to maintain order within the store. However, they should also focus on caring and focusing on what their customers want. I was ready to buy a firearm, however I’ll never return and dissatisfied enough to write this posting. Asked if they had ammo and every single question I got a one word response. Extremely unprofessional. Buyers beware if you’re looking for customer service go somewhere else.
Great, friendly staff and so very helpful. Fast checkin.
Great customer service! My husband & I went to American Shooters to check out hand guns, and there were so many to choose from! Steven helped us and was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. We held at least 30 hand guns and he explained what the advantages were for each. They had several glocks, Springfield, Smith & Wesson, and Sigs to choose from... HUGE selection of each to check out. Steven told us we could shoot at the range for $20 for the entire day... so we decided to come back the next day.Shooting:This was an amazing experience! COOPER stopped by our lane & gave us some tips... more like a private lesson. He taught us so much from basics (because we are both novice) how to hold the gun, body position, aim and what to think when getting ready to fire. This was an exceptional experience! We will be back! Thank you Cooper!
Just spend $1,700 on a rifle ammo’s and accessories. One of the accessories doesn’t match the rifle so I decided to return it. I haven’t opened the box yet. When I got there to return it the guy with a tatoo on his head immediately deny my request very rude not even ask me what’s wrong with the item. Very disappointed since That was my second gun I bought from them. So for all you customers. Beware!!
When I got to the counter, I was greeted by this very kind and out-going gentlemen, Chris. He was really clear on the rules, and he explained it in a way such that we didnt feel intimidated, scared, or nervous. In fact, his fun personality made the place feel safe and exciting. He was also knowledgeable on the steps and measures that should be taken before you start shooting. The place was also clean and there were very little to no problems that happened. Nonetheless, I had a great time and would definitely go back.
Just picked up a Marlin from here and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Ive bought guns and gear from them in the past as well and the staff here are courteous, profesional, and knowledgeable. I will be returning to do business in the future
Amazing experience as a 1st timer! Chris was took the time to explain EVERYTHING AND answered ALL the questions I had! Amazing experience customer service!! I will be back!!
Great customer service and good prices. I’ve bought all of my firearms through here and refuse to buy them from anywhere else. If you’re not very knowledgeable about firearms but kind of know the overall theme you’re looking for in a gun, they’ll help you so much and help you figure everything out. Awesome place I recommend it highly!
Amazing people, great customer service, my wife and I were greeted as soon as we stepped in the door. All of our questions were addressed and the employees working the range were more than helpful with gun safety and proper firing stance. Definitely will be back to American shooters! And the reasonable prices were also a plus.
Fun and informative.
Please be informed and do your research before selecting American Shooters to do business with. They are excessively overpriced in everything they sell and the services they provide. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the staff seem very knowledgeable, courteous and, easy to work with. I truly wish I had been better informed before I chose to do business with them.
This used to be a standard indoor range and store; nothing fancy but serviceable. I had been going here regularly since 2013 with my wife and it was always a comfortable place to shoot. Now, after its ‘refurbishment’ in January it’s become another tourist trap for visiting rubes. Steer clear unless you’re a want-to-be Rambo. My two star rating was just a nod to the old setup—the ‘new’ range only deserves a single star🙁
Best place in town for visitors wanting to handle some of the more unusual pieces. All the firearms they advertise are available unlike some others, and the staff are amazing. Prices are on the low side compared to some, and they leave you be if you have proficiency in range safety. Can not recommend enough.
Shoutout to these guys at american shooters! Not only do they have ammo in stock but they dont price gouge you either. The range employees are awesome and my first time at their range a lot of fun! The RSOs really care about you and everyones safety. One range officer even gave me a free mini lesson on how to shoot a rifle more accurately and pointed out what i was doing wrong! After he showed me I had all rounds right next to and on the bullseye. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back! P.s I have been here before a lot I just never used the range until now but glad I did!
RSO COOPER WAS THE BEST HE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE THE BEST THE ENTIRE TIME JOB WELL DONE 👍 ‼️‼️‼️‼️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went to American shooters last week looking for a revolver. I was greeted by Robert who asked if I needed any help and I told him I was looking to get a revolver for protection. He asked me if I was stuck on that or was open to suggestions, he showed me a 380 handgun and said I could try it on the range. Range staff was super friendly and the girl at the counter was helpful when I asked her if I could try the gun he recommend. I had a very pleasant time here and highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get a gun or go shoot. Go see Robert at the gun side he’s very nice and knowledgeable. I loved the gun he recommended and will be coming back to buy it from him.
In my travels to Las Vegas I have utilized the facility at American Shooters. Personal are always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Well today I brought a novice shooter with me, and the experience was positive. A special compliment must be paid to Ryan, who provided excellent instruction to my girlfriend. Highly recommend and will be back again.
In Vegas for a long weekend and picked this place for a little pistol practice. I had my own gun and shooting bag so maybe they thought I knew what I was doing but there was no questioning of my mental state or ability, but I did have to read and sign their Range Rules which does include questions of this type. At the range I go to in Houston near my office (Athena Gun Club) they had me insert and remove a mag then lock the slide back for the first 4 visits or so before they got to recognize me. American Shooters are still short of ammo and I had to go into the shop to buy some 40S&W. The range would only give ammo to people renting their guns. Cost was very reasonable for range time ($15) and the ammo was not particularly inflated. ($20 per box of 50.) The range is not the most advanced in that the target shuttle is moved by a forward/back toggle switch - no computer control. Safety situation seemed OK but was quite low key. The shop area was the best that I have ever seen. Loads of guns to buy as well as tons of accessories and clothing. Prices seemed in-line with catalogs and guns did not seem to be marked up as in some places. Staff were extremely nice and in the shop in particular, very helpful. All in all a very good experience and the next time I am in Vegas I will definitely be going back.
I came here with my dad not knowing a thing about guns, wanting to learn how to shoot a gun properly. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, got me set up with a private instructor named Cooper. He was very thorough and easy to follow along with, and really helped us to understand everything that we needed to know about shooting a gun properly. I would highly recommend coming here and will definitely be returning!Thank you Cooper and everyone for an amazing experience!
This is great for novices and experienced shooters! The staff is very nice and explain things very well. It is a very safe environment. I need to come back with way more money
This is my first visit to a shooting range since moving to Las Vegas a month ago. Went there on a Sunday, so not crowded at all. Nice facility and staff is friendly. There is a discount for military personnel. Brought my own guns, so I cant comment on the rented weaponry. Note: no steel core or cheap Russian ammo allowed. We were on the rifle range, and they require you to sit while shooting, which is fine with me. There was a guy a couple of lanes away that rented a belt-fed M60 full auto. That thing was loud - Im gonna rent that next time! Overall good experience. The lady that checked me in told me that theres no fee for Vegas residents on Wednesdays. Ill definitely be coming here often!
A bit overpriced for day passes because they are based on membership model with annual fees. If you’re not a member be prepared to buy ammo. The ammo is reasonably priced though. Clean, modern, relaxed environment.
Took my 14 year old son for his first range experience with his 10/22. We had to purcase their amunition which is understandable. However the 22 shells they provided turned out to have a waxy film on them which caused the weapon the jam. And after rurther inspection coated the inside of the weapon and caused the firing pin to jam as well. Also causing repairs to made on the weapon. I understamd they didnt manufacture the shells, but there is such a tjing as quality control and bavking the product you sell. Very disappointed in the employees response when I contacted them about our experience.
Yesterday, my wife and I went in for some target practice. We had not yet used the gun we bought for home protection so we wanted to practice. The staff in the front was so helpful and got us everything we needed. We then went in to the range amd began setting up. We shot a few times each but the gun kept jamming and we could not figure out why. As we were trying to figure it out we were approached by Cooper who then spent over 30 minutes with us teaching us why we were having that problem and how to correct it. He showed us everything from the proper way to stand to the best way to get an accurate shot. We can not say THANK YOU enough. Cooper was amazing and he is the reason we will definitely return!!
This place is way overpriced. They completely renovated the place and it does look very nice with decor similar to a trendy nightclub. I was last here months ago and hey allowed you to use your own ammo and now they do not. They charge you bloated prices for name-brand ammo all stuffed with Federal rounds. Very deceiving and shameful. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the joint looks inviting but business practices are predatory. Too bad, but there are so many alternatives so just shop around.
This place is horrible. This was a good place to buy a gun 5 years ago. 5 years ago they had staff that actually knew about guns. Now they have punk kids who dont know anything about guns. I spent almost $1000 on a pistol, ammo, and magazines. I was told by the manager You should put a drop of oil on each side of the slide before you shoot it. He refused to put 2 drops of oil on the gun. When I asked if I could go to the range the manager said Its $15 I said I just spent almost $1000 you cant let me use the range for 15 minutes? He said No we dont have that special going on now. They also give you the gun out of display that everyone has held, and dry fired, not out of the back like they used to.I DIDNT KNOW THIS UNTIL AFTER I PAID FOR THE GUN, OTHERWISE I WOULDNT OF BOUGHT IT THERE.Next time go somewhere else where you will get something for your money and not get treated badly like I did.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE
They dont care about the safety of regular citizens. I called because I was interested in purchasing soft body armor for my own safety and personal protection. They only sell body armor to law enforcement or other professionals. This is garbage.
So you can bring your own gun, however you have to use their ammo....yeah not about that.
Had an awesome experience! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tons of guns available to rent and shooting full auto was especially awesome!
Ive waited about a week just for a simple background check. I am a nevada resident, so i didnt expect it to take so long . after visiting the store after the 3rd day, which i had been told thats how long it takes my firearm still wasnt available for pickup. I came back 3 days later and it still was not able to pick up my firearm i bought 6 days prior. I was disappointed, so i ask for a refund before i even receive the firearm and i was told they cant help me. I would understand if the purchase was complete and i had received the items ive bought, but american shooters operates in a different manner . im currently have a membership to the store but i doubt ill be needing it based on the poor customer service i received today.P.S. i still have not received my items ive bought
Very friendly helping staff the best in the world I recommend everyone to go here
I have been coming here for years. this place is awesome and the customer service is excellent.
Best range ever hands down prices are really good staff is super helpful with any questions you have
Great place to learn and respect guns plus safety! The whole over all atmosphere and employees were very polite and helpful:)
Fantastic Shop and shooting range. Rentals on site. Heavily cater to law enforcement. They generally know their stuff but still talk down to customers a bit. I think they are the second best shop in Vegas, the first being New Frontier Armory.
Great customer service, great prices. $15 range all day, $10 hand gun rentals, $22 for box of 9mm rounds, $1 targets, $1 eye protection rental, and $1 ear protection rental. Everyone was very helpful especially the Australian fellow. Great place to rent and shoot. The store is also very nice.
Set up mostly for contracts with local public safety and security firms. Not a lot for off the street customers clothing wise.
Nice clean well managed range. Has gun store attached
Great range. Clean and everything works. Good options if you want to try out a couple different handguns or rifles. Store is a little nore on the high end price wise but they do have a good selection of things...
What a joke this place is ridic. The men employees think they are gods gift to the earth and I have no time for nonsense. The lady that helped me was cool however the others ruined it 100%
Excellent! Well stocked store, good help and advice, with a great range. Used to longer, but even so! Well worth a visit!!! Seems well loved by local law and similar services so must be a good choice 😊
Horrible customer service. I walked in (not busy) everyone was occupied with themselves did not ask if I needed help. I have come in a few times and as an African American female I’ve never felt welcomed or was given the proper help when I asked. I’ve been ignored and waiting while other customers after me were being helped. Disappointing
Open Sundays! They are hungry, and I respect that!
Knowledgeable staff they know everything you need to know. I have been here to get ammo and accessories for a pistol that is semi-rare. I give 4 stars only because I arrived at 5:50pm (I believe a Friday) and the door was closed for the store. I know the range was still open but it seemed they did not want to open even when I was at the door, I just wanted ammo and go.
I used to go to this place quite often but I havent been back for several months. I went today only to be told that I had to buy their ammo for my pistol and rifle to use at their range. This is just absolutely ridiculous. Its not like I had armor piercing rounds. They were just normal target ammo. They just lost a pretty loyal customer trying to price gouge people into buying their overly expensive ammunition. Its really sad too because its a nice place and I used to really enjoy going there.
Great place to go shooting!! Friendly employees, the guy working in the range was giving my daughter tips to help her out. We like this range way better than others.
They are data miners. I asked them what they use the information for and they would not say. They sell your personal information. If you want the world to know you own and shoot guns this is the place to go, they will let everybody know. Enjoy the personal questions that have nothing to do with shooting.
Always a great time. Good prices and good help. And if youre security or police get a nice discount
Funny and friendly range officers, great prices, and a huge variety of full autos to shoot. Ended up spending only $115 to shoot 250 rounds through a full auto MP5.
Used to go here frequent but now they changed the rules. I cant bring my own ammo anymore and Im not buying their expensive ammo either. Shop around people.
Great Place! I found that both sides, the store and the range are great. They were very nice and helpful. I really like the shooting range, and they had a lot of product to look at it. It is nice to be able to see the products in real life and not just on the internet.
Went there after 2 years. They were very courteous and helpful. Even got the military discount which I didnt know about. I have a partially torn rotator cuff and the range person put the target up for me and told me if any more help was needed, just signal him. Will recommend to others.
My son and I were in from the east coast and it was our 1st time shooting. The instructors were attentive and patient. They also let you choose any gun to rent...very Cool! We choose a .45!!!
Had a great time. Have been there a couple of times now., Nice range and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable costs.
Great gun store and range. One of the best selections in town for purchase with reasonable pricing too. Nice selection of range guns. Range time is $20, with half price on Tue for ladies, and half price on Thursday for locals.
Good range. Good place to buy accessories. Very overpriced guns. But if you want a CCW, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Jack is a complete gun store commando! Spent more time blowing himself then teaching the class.
Contrary to reviews below, I dont find this place particularly good from a first time shooters perspective.Safety is my utmost priority; this is very true for someone with no prior experience. The safety procedure there is only reading a safety guideline and giving you a very quick run through. I never felt that the importance of safety has been stressed. Also, it was rigorously easy to rent a hand gun, they only required my ID and debit card. No questions regarding my mental health was asked. Do you feel safe to shoot there when everyone can rent the gun so easily?
They were very rude to me on one specific day after years of doing business with them. I dropped off my uniforms for alterations just like Id done for years and they not only did they not do the alterations, they didnt even call me like the promised they would once alterations were completed. You fill out a form with contact information, put on the uniforms youre having altered and the seamstress does the measurements and you leave the uniforms. Once uniform alterations are finished they call you for pick up. This time they didnt call like they had for years so I finally called them and they said the were ready. I asked why wasnt contacted if they were ready and the manager hung up. I could tell something was wrong and strange about the manager. So I went to get my uniforms and they hadnt been altered. I asked for the manager and immediately recognised the persons voice as the person Id spoken with earlier on the phone. He had an attitude, was extremely apathetic and refused to alter the uniforms. I tried to communicating with the alterations/uniform manager, but he refused to make it right, so I left and gave bad review about American Shooters. This is where it gets creepy. Unbelievably, several American Shooters employees immediately looked up my accounts and started harassing me via my linkedin account. Very unprofessional. I was completely flabbergasted that after years (over 12 years) of patronage to American Shooters that they not only acted so unprofessionally, but that they had the audacity to start cyber bullying me. They just had to add insult to the injury by stalking me through my linked account. I was forced to shut down the account. I supported American Shooters with my patronage for over a decade and every new officer I worked with, Id refer them to American Shooters. I referred dozens of fellow officers to American Shooters for all kinds of gear, uniforms, other equipment and range. There were other subtle events that led up to this. On one occasion, I purchased a firearm (Mossberg 590 Persuader) and the salesman said I could come by anytime with a different firearm and get my free range time. So I came by a couple months later with a different firearm (clock model 27 .40 cal.) and they refused to let me use the range. Theyre reason was that I didnt have the receipt, didnt remember the name of the salesmen and that the purchase was from to long ago. Complete nonsense, first of all, they gave all purchasers of firearms free range time, it was a common customer perk when firearms purchases were made and they had a lot of employees (salespersons, uniforms people, range masters ect.). Im sure they could have easily referenced theyre records using my name, type or exact firearm and the approximate date of purchase. Regardless, they refused me a widely known and commonly offered customer perk to firearm purchasers. They gave them out like candy. I havent been back since and will never return.
Not bad over all, but Know What You Want & GET OUT! is the store atmosphere. Some of the staff are a little rude but not all so 4 Stars.
This range used to cater more to locals, but since they renovated and with the new policy of purchasing their own over priced ammo to use the facility has left a sour taste in my mouth. Sad thing that the old American shooters is gone! I feel like they basically try to suck every penny you have in your pocket even before you get to shoot on their range! I’ll go find a new place I guess!!
American Shooters is one of the top indoor shooting range of Las Vegas. The staff on the shooting range have a safty first mindset with great attitude, all personal willing to help with any questions I had and always willing to take time to teach. RSO Cooper exelent instructor very knowledgeable and helpful.
