They are very safety conscious here. There is an extremely attentive, patient and helpful atmosphere as well. I was sent by a friend to acquire the Vegas ONLY items she wanted for her and a niece. They waited as I tried to reach her for her choice on the colors she was wanting for both. Luckily, I reached SOMEONE, EVENTUALLY, who could make an executive decision and was able to get the desired pieces. The nicest part was that even though I took longer than intended to they acted like all they had was time to wait on me. You do not see that much anymore. It was refreshing and so much LESS hectic than the rest of Vegas. Thank you all for the great experience! I recommend this store to any who ask!

The sales Lady was very kind but the manager not so much, I wanted to use a birthday coupon that was sent to my email with a 10% discount, but because I did not have wifi or data roaming on my phone I took a screenshot of the coupon before leaving the house where I was staying at but it was not enough the manager wanted to see the email to verify that the coupon was legitimate, what nonsense!!!! if the coupon was fake obviously it will not work on their system, I even had my passport with me so she could easily have checked my date of birth.They have to know that most of their customers in this location are tourists and not all of us have internet connection in our cell phones all the time, anyways I am happy to have made my purchase online instead of spending my money in this store, they lost a good customer Im never going back to that store while im visiting las vegas.

Terrible service!!! No service at all!! They even try to jump others preferred people ahead of you to pay at cashier cause the are just lack in service and respect to the other customers!!never again.

I got a heart ring and two earring from this store. Now the Asian lady with beautiful blonde hair was super nice and really helpful. The ring though didn’t even last 5 days and one of the stone came off. So obviously I came on my next day off and they didn’t have it so I asked them to get it transferred to their store. I liked her service. I came back the following week to pick it up. the Hispanic lady was not happyTo attend me and because it was warranty exchange as soon as I give her the ring and I got the new she said bye and was like wow nothing that’s not how they’ve treated me before. She wanted me gone.she needs to remember that just because I’m the first person there cause I waited for the store open doesn’t mean she come grumpy or annoyed to me. That being said the new ring didn’t even last me 24hrs. One of the stones fell off. And I gave them a call yesterday because I needed to know if they had my ring size. I have called there like 3 times already before and I have always gotten to the voicemail and I leave one and they always call me back. But they aren’t now. Don’t BUY RINGS here. I spent 75$ for no reason. I should have stuck with the earrings. I’m so annoyed. And to have that last experience with them like that. Damn. What a shame. I was thinking of buying the bracelet with the shop because of the Asianlady. They need to remember that even though they are on the strip and normally will never see a customer again doesn’t mean they won’t get people like me that live here. Get better with quality and retrain the Hispanic girl cause now I don’t wanna come back just to be treated like I was a bother. Sorry I didn’t catch there names :/

I bracelet got broken in a bad car accident I was able to get it repaired at the store cuz I thankfully had my receipt with it being bought at a Chicago mall location. If I didnt have it I wouldnt have been able to get it fix.

Terrible Service

I brought my Pandora bracelet in to be cleaned on a Monday. I was the only customer in the store. The lady acted like it was a huge inconvenience. She was not pleasant at all. After two hours, I came back to pick up my bracelet and she handed me a dripping wet bracelet. It didnt even look clean. I went to another store in the mall and purchased a silver cleaning cloth. I disassembled my bracelet and began cleaning. The new cloth & my hands were completely black from the tarnish. This store took no care in cleaning my beautiful bracelet. If this lady was cleaning her own bracelet, her mothers bracelet or that of her BFF, I know a lot more effort and kindness would have been put into the process.

I brought my bracelet into this store to clean twice, and they both denied to do it for me. The first time, they did not take it because they said the store would be closed about 30 minutes.Today was the second time. They said they did not clean any bracelet around this time, because of the promotion.It never happened like this to any other Pandora store that I visited. I wont come back to this store anymore...

Purchased a necklace got home went to put it on the chain was tucked underneath all tangled mess never got to wear it even. Your employees should check the merchandise b4 selling I picked it out from the counter n didnt expect a tangled mess I dont even live near your locations.

I will always love Pandora Jewelry but you must go to Fashion Show Mall and see Kim...the best store in the valley

They think every customer is going to steal from them so be ready to be treated like a thief. They make me not like Pandora anymore! Ugh!!🤮I bet all the good reviews here are phony. They have 2 stars on YELP!
