If you are LDS, this store is fabulous, they had so much stuff. From books to novelties, to beautiful paintings, to wallet cards.

I searched for a Christian book store and this store came up as a religious book store. So I figured I’d check it out. It was a Mormon book store. I wish I knew that before driving over. I still took the liberty of looking around. It’s a lovely store with beautiful art work. The staff were very kind and greeted me at arrival and exit.

Good place for LDS books, etc. The only drawback was the mask requirement. A lot of stores are more relaxed in that regard.

For members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, this is a great place for doctrinal and fictional books, videos, music, art, and more.

This is such a great store! So many spiritual books and resources and gorgeous journals and stationary with Christ on it. Definitely take a look!

As an FYI, this store still has restrictions only allowing one customer to go back and pick the items they want, which led to waiting 30 minutes on one visit and 10 another. When I last came here two months ago, one of the associates wouldnt let me pick out the items I wanted to buy and insisted I point to them so she could grab them. Today when I came, the associate who let me into the back when my turn came was very pleasant and let us pick our own items. However, another associate loudly yelled that we werent allowed to be there and that we looked suspicious because we were wandering aimlessly. The worker who took us back there told her she was wrong, but she kept complaining that we were wandering around too much while we were picking our items and was incredibly rude. She wouldnt let it go and I had to tell her to stop because we were literally just shopping. I understand covid restrictions are up to the individual business, but some of these employees were just unkind.

Greeted right at the door and helped. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Great selection of Christian oriented books and artwork.

The layout and set up is better than most other Deseret bookstores I have visited. Ad always, LDS folks are the friendliest and it truly is a blessed experience to patron Deseret. We have furnished our home with their artwork and filled our minds with some of their best books from Talmage, Kimball, Callister, Heen, and Hilton. The only this that could be better would be that their staff would be better versed in their product and offer relevant recommendations. Overall, check this place out.

Everybody was very nice that was working there the place was clean everything was displayed beautifully I would have given them five stars but their prices were totally outrageous! When I can buy a book online for $7, and take the time to drive to Desert book and the trouble to go in the store and shop and find the same book for 29.99 oh, its just outrageous I understand overhead I understand the price a paying for help unless theyre LDS volunteers. But really four times the amount?

Had everything I wanted and needed.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and willing to help us. We totally forgot our temple recommend and they were like, oh no dont worry at all we can look you up. Let us hold your bags while you go look for garments. Just so nice. Clean bathrooms and a clean building. Decently stocked with a ton of fun snacks and treats we missed from school.

I would not give them even one star because they falsely advertise as Christian but they are not its Its mormon sadly Deceived Religion. The Lord says in revelations well to anyone who adds or takes away from my word there was no other Disciples but the 12 the book of mormon is a Woe in the Lords eyes! This isnt a cult That satans demons Are attached to and they surround

The people are very helpful and very nice. I would give it 5 stars except it is SO FAR TO GET TO. It is a special trip to get something for my wife and I just happened to be at a conference 5 minutes away. It would be helpful if they could get a few more stores centrally located.

I have always found a helpful staff at this location. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints know of Deseret Book and the items targeted to them. Its nice to have one in the Centennial Hills area of Las Vegas.

Its a Deseret Book just like all the others. The people are always nice and I love looking at the merchandise. My only complaint is that its so far away living in the Southwest part of Las Vegas.

A shipment of two books were sent by you, it was never received by me. I have sent such a note and have never had a response. I do not want free, but some help on DB part would help and would allow me sending one copy to my sister in AZ. I am 79 but believe I have not made a mistake. Have sent another note with no reply. Any help would be helpful. George Day

We had a great experience at the store. We were helped by a young women that helped us find just what we needed to assist our teaching efforts in Come Follow Me with our Sunbeam class. She even called her husband at home to get a title of a book she had there. The store did not have the books, so she found which had them in stock and gave us contact phone numbers and addresses. All her actions were above an beyond our expectations.

Great customer service. Very kind and helpful! We spent quite a bit more time there than we had planned but we still really like the place.Suggestion: Subscribing to the bookshelf app has been a fantastic investment for us. There is so much available on that app it’s unbelievable.

This store caters more specifically to members of the LDS Church, but the books and other items work for many Christians and if you are just looking for self improvement. With that in mind, its kind of a feel good Barnes and Noble, with thousands of titles, many of which would interest a broad spectrum of people. There are also crafts, clothing, and many classroom items. Its an interesting store where you can find something for everyone....

Deseret book store has always been our stop for our nativity sets. We go there the day often Christmas every year. Great people.

My wife and I went in to find a gift for a special needs woman in our ward, for her baptism. The lady at the store was very helpful and helped us find the right gift. Im giving 4 instead of 5 stars because I was a little disappointed with the lack of products for Spanish speakers. It wasnt a deal breaker by any means, it would just be nice to see more products for Spanish speakers, considering the large Spanish speaking population here. Will definitely go back.

I love Deseret Books! I always find something special when I go in and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. It was a little busy over the Christmas break but it was still manageable and I was in and out fairly quickly.

Desert book is the BEST place to get some inspiring literature! The atmosphere is is warm and great and the people there are always nice! Try it out if you dont believe me!

The shelves are well stocked and customer service personnel are very helpful. Someone form customer service spent about 15 minutes searching back storage for an item that was on sale.

Only L.D.S. book store. It has a wonderful selection of adults and childrens needs. They have home decorative items and great sweet treats! All of the staff are very kind, understanding and very knowledgeable.
