Horrible company. Didn’t get the details right and sent a broken gift. Wife didn’t get it in time for birthday. Won’t use them again.

I wanted to do something special for my boss on her 30 year anniversary.All I came with was a picture and a vague idea.The guys working there not only helped me pick the perfect shape and lighting motif, they actually helped me write something special in Spanish, which I am not fluent in.The final product brought tears not only to my boss but she later told me her husband had also cried.This is something they will keep for life and I highly recommend it.It’s so unique

Ordered a crystal from this shop for Fathers Day and it came out beautifully! My dad loves it. The seller also had great, fast communication whenever I had a question. At first I provided a sub-par photo for the engraving and they helped me work out a new submission so that the engraving would turn out high quality. They really want their customers to be happy with the final product. I appreciate the time invested from them!

Few places do this type of gifting. Great help with my simple design and best pricing Ive seen.

This company has been AWFUL to work with. It has been WEEKS and I still dont have a finished proof. (As in the example art...Im not saying I dont have the product yet, it is worse than that, I dont even have a finished proof yet.) The photoshop work that they have shown me has been the sloppiest and laziest work that I have ever seen. I was ordering these for a memorial for a relative who passed away. We have now missed the memorial completely. At this point I am shooting for the trip to see my family in Dec, but they are probably going to miss that too. Every time the send me a proof picture and I send it back for a change they start over from scratch so the earlier things that were already changed are gone. It has been the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced from a personalization company, especially since most of my comments are Make it like the ornament you show on your website.
