This place makes you feel welcome. The service is great, they help you out by providing suggestions on glasses style. Also they tell you of specials going on, which we took advantage and purchase two glasses. We were very pleased with Brandons customer service. He made us feel welcoming. I will definitely will come back to purchase new glasses at this location.

My service was excellent on both visits to the same store in one day. Bri was so nice in setting aside my choices until I could come back and purchase them. When I returned later that day I was assisted by Arlene, another wonderful employee. She spent time with me making sure what I wanted was what I got. Even in the middle of my transaction I decided to check out one more brand (persol) and Arlene actually picked them out as a suggestion and I fell in love. It was such a positive and wonderful experience, that I left beaming. Customer service is excellent and I just have to say keep on what your doing because they make the customers feel like family😊 i will always buy my sunglasses here..also after you buy them, you can get them adjusted and cleaned for free. Thank you sunglass hut (Arlene and Bri) for making me a lifetime customer/friend.

Even on a busy stop, the staff were extremely friendly with helping me find replacement glasses! They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the different styles. The glasses i had initially selected ended up having a scratch on them that the staff caught. They apologized and assisted me in finding a new undamaged pair.

Stopped here for a short while to buy a pair of sunglasses. End up buying four of them. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices seemed Fair.

I went here to exchange a pair of Raybans that had a manufacturer defect. I was fully prepared to argue my case, but surprisingly I didnt have to! The entire staff was polite and helpful during my entire visit. They greet every customer and ensure assistance is granted when needed. There was another customer trying to get a ridiculous discount but the employee maintained respect & patience when explaining to the customer the deep discounts hed already received. If it were me I probably would have gotten frustrated. I know I just explained everything one would expect in customer service but these days it isnt so common, so it was very refreshing to get my issue resolved with absolutely no hassle. The store was clean and cool even with the door open and the sweltering heat just outside. They have a lot of options for such a small location, too. Glad I stopped in!

Manager lady really rude didnt let me accept a return there and had to drive halfway across town to do the exact same thing. Staff was okay poor management.
