This time going to this Goodwill was a good experience!! The store was very organized and a lot cleaner than the other 2 times I went.. I finally found something good! Real snakeskin boots for $25.00! So Im giving Goodwill 5 stars! They are in good shape too! Hand made! Staff are great too!

You can never predict what you find in a thriftstore, but what matters is that this Goodwill branch had very organized space and helpful staff to make your overall experience pleasant. Lots of clothing, home decor and furniture, etc to choose from.

Sadly, Goodwill has shot themselves in the foot as far as book sales are concerned. They have started listing books on Amazon. So now those listed, paperback and hardbound, are $2 higher. I have easily bought 100 books prior to the change. I got curious and went on line. Found a site where I can get books for .50 less and free shipping. Also a lot more books by the authors I like to read to chose from. And there have been a lot of book resellers that would buy there for their stores. That will likely come to an end too. BTW Goodwill, all those books Ive bought were donated back so you could sell them again. Im an old retail guy and I learned that some money making ideas blow up in your face.

This was the cleanest, neatest Goodwill that Ive ever been to! 4stars because the prices are just TOO HIGH for used goods that were donated to them 😞 If youre patient tho, you can get really good deals with the sales & also u can find some high quality goods for a decent price.

Goodwills are great. Low prices. You can find real finds. Ask to get on their VIP list. You get a big discount. And...I dont even think Ive recieved one email or text from them.

Went for a interview, that I already registered for they didnt have me in their system so they said and I had to register for Goodwill which I was already in Goodwill system I dont understand I certainly hope that they get the people that theyre looking for.

Large store with a wide variety of merchandise. I rarely leave here without a few interesting or fun items. I enjoy looking for the weekly color tag, which is half price for the week, and $1 on Saturdays.

This place is wonderful. There is always a treasure. The employees are great. They are all so friendly pleasant, and always ready to go out of their way to help you. The prices are unbelievable for top of the line items. Very rarely do they overcharge you. I havent actually rolls them when I know they have their prices higher them at a regular store but Im sure if you tell them they would adjust the price. They are all great there.

They are a great place to find a little bit of anything... Great used and at times new items, always surprises me! Come and find the deals for you or donate if you need....

I really like this store and the bonus is the career center! Today meeting Wanda was so amazing. I brought in my letter of Acceptance from my new employer, some paperwork to sign and was given a 15 day bus pass a voucher to buy work clothes. I really liked this outlet, too. It seemed more organized than some i have visited. It was extremely busy with a very long line, so I decided not to stay and wait. Fair warning - be prepared to stand in line for a while to check out. Happy Holidays!

One of the best Goidwills Ive been too. On Vacation, visiting antique, vintage and local thrifts. Found a lot of Rae Dunn wear hear. Will visit this Goodwill again when Im back in Nevada

Dollar Tag color day, I love it

I browsed and found some nice dresses, books and pajamas. The a/c only worked in certain areas of the store which I didnt care for. But overall, I enjoyed my shopping and got sum great deals. Will return next week after the first. Lol!

We finished shopping and i told cart guy it was the one we just used and he said ok as i glanced back at him he was evil eye stairng me and pushed it back into other carts with out sanitizeing it

Perhaps it is just my bad luck, but twice in a row into different stores the computer froze just as I checked out. I ended up standing there for 20 minutes while they worked to get it fixed. They could have commandeered another check stand for me or for that matter told me to pay for my tiny total next time I came in period but instead I just stood there. In the meantime I have noticed as everyone else has the creep up in prices to the point where you often can get something new at TJ Maxx or Walmart for the prices at goodwill. Are they aware of this? I have heard that although it is a wonderful charity that top officials are paid huge salaries and bonuses. Lets do what we can to keep this wonderful place a great place to shop.

I go to this goodwill a couple days a week. There is a young hispanic employee with glasses shes got a very bad attitude. She doesnt know how to treat customers. She places the clothing racks with a bad attitude and shes very abusive and stupid at speaking and stares bad at customers for no reason.

Very unorganized and messy. Especially all of the clothes! N kind of pricey.... considering its supposed to be a second hand store. Some of the womens tank tops are priced more than what they cost at Walmart. Might as well just go there, at least your paying for brand new items. Some items that are name brand and in good condition, thats probably the only items that your really getting a good deal on!

Went on 5/14/2020 at 10:45 AM, the Man they had working the front door was very rude, seemed annoyed that I ask Him a question. When I got inside no social distancing was being enforced, I did not shop I left, did not feel safe. I have experienced rude employees several times at this location. Please send your employees to the store on Boulder Highway in Henderson to be trained their employees have good customer service skills.

I had a great day at Good Will, they had 50% off of the designer clothing, the have color of the week for 50% off everyday and on Saturday that color is only $1.00. It was awesome I purchased two bags of clothes, shirts, jackets, pants, dresses all for $22.00. It is a great place also to buy clothes and coats for homeless people. The employees are very friendly.

Hands down the bestest GoodWill Retail Store in all of Viva Las Vegas!! Great customer service as well. Wether youre shopping for a fresh look or Simply replacing an old appliance. I live across the street from this Goodwill, so I frequent it very often! I have never left empty handed, and I am particular about my purchases! I am always looking for designer brands, high-end home interiors or furniture or project furniture pieces that I can fix up to keep or resale. Compared to other Goodwill locations in Las Vegas, this one is in the top 3 of best-stocked and in the overall quality of items. You can always find new items with the tags still attached at a fraction of the retail price, but one of my most favorite things about Goodwill is that you can always find unique and vintage items that arent mass produced! And tons of novelty kitchen items and appliances! If you visit and didnt find anything, you just didnt take your time to find it. You do have to be patient and thorough to make sure you get the best finds, it is a thrift store, after all! The only negative I have about this particular location is that the line is going to be long 9/10 times and the wait is significant, as the cashiers are super slow, friendly, but slow!

We finished shopping and my fiance gave the cart to the cart Pusher guy in inside of Goodwill and instead of sanitizing it he glared at my fiance my fiance said hey we just use this you should sanitize it because there is seniors that coming to the store and all the guy did was glare

Literally in line 2 freaking hours trying to check out place is extremely slow no one has a sense of urgency its just sad need way more registers than they have. I mean nobody wants to spend 2 hours checking out

They were so nice I got a really good suitcase. The cashiers seemed overall uninterested in being there except the last that helped me she was all smiles and the gentleman that was helping us compare sizes on the luggage both were great. The store was cleaner today than usual.

Since I work during the week, I only have time to go on the weekends. I like going Saturdays as it is dollar tag day. It was awful. I had to wait a while to give my bag to the front. There was nobody to help at the jewelry section when I got there. The dressing room was a mess. Staff is so absent minded.

Found a blue skirt...my socks...ugh...but the skirt was a keeper. Biggest complaint, nothing in size order. The dresses are hung at a 6 height, which is fine for me, but the ladies that are shorter have no chance. A size 1/2 is not a 12...and a 22 is not a 2. It is not just the customers that are messing with the sizes...the employees just pack the clothes in.

Clothing needs to be more organized .. for example long sleeve shirt should be separated with long sleeve blouses then they have sweaters mixed in they need to be separated so when customers like me go for certain types of shirts we can go right to him. They also need to have options if you wanted use debit vs. Credit card. When they have extremely long lines they need to bring up more cashiers instead of having their customers wait forever in their long line

One of the better run Goodwill stores in the country oh, it has more merchandise in there than the average Goodwill store and a bonus, you can also shop at a Habitat for Humanity store next door. Employees at this Goodwill are excellent
