I love my new Mirage Reclining Sectional with Adjustable Headrest! This recliner was definitely a great buy. I initially got the 4 piece set like advertised on the website because it was in stock. My living room is defiantly bigger so when the sectional came, it was a bit too small. It has good quality and I love it very much, so now planning on getting some more armless chairs to fill up the space. Very good customer service. Some reviews on Special Orders are making me hesitate, but we will see.
This is an awesome furniture store. Shopping here was easy and didn’t take long at all. I spent over 2000 on my MULTIFUNCTIONAL bed. But it was totally worth it. Instead of feeling that I was getting what sales reps want me to get, I feel like I was helped to get what I want. Will definitely return next time when I need sth else!
I ordered $4500 selena module set. It took 4 months to ship from China. When it finally came, I wasnt home and they dumped the boxes with broken pallets. When I opened the boxes, there was forklift damage on the front of the sofa. I reached out to the company and put in a claim. After 5 days, they offered a $120 return. When I didnt answer the next day, they offered a $150 return. After yelling, they offered $200. When I asked for the return, they said everything must be in the box with the pallets and I have to pay the return shipping fee. The sofas looked good but was hard and uncomfortable. I dont recommend buying sofas from here. Know your risk when ordering
I should have known from going to the showroom that I was getting cheap Chinese materials. I waited for months for this table which got some water on it and I wiped it up. I came back 45 minutes later and saw the damage in the pictures. Of course they refused any request to repair or replace as you would expect from people selling cheap goods at expensive prices.
If I can encourage anyone to avoid this company, I will have saved you from a headache and costly mistake. We are going on 1 year of waiting for our completed couch.Twice the final section arrived broken and destroyed. Because it is custom we had to reorder and wait months.Third time - section was picked up Sept 7 to arrive in Denver on the 9th. You would think that Jubilee would pay attention and care. They did not which has been the case for the entire past year. Only when I called to ask about when it would be delivered did the logistics company make phone calls to Estes Freight.It is missing. No one bothered to let us know until today, October 1. Did Jubilee call to let us know? NOI have spent hours upon hours trying to get a completed couch this past YEAR!.I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY FROM JUBILEE.Many times we called and asked to speak to managers to be told random hours like 237 pm we needed to call back. (they thought it was funny I suppose?) We were told there were no managers. We were sent to random people with different names but you could tell it was the same person.They took no responsibility for their mistakes. We lived for 6 months with the wrong pillows also. They were supposed to be grey and instead we lived with pink pillows (which are the back cushions for the couch so you cant just do without them) for 6 months because that fix wasnt urgent either. Ive now been on the phone with the logistics company because Jubilee wont respond. Another day of wasted hours because of this company and we still do not have a full couch.No phone call from Jubilee.SCAM COMPANY

Definitely worth the wait. The bed itself is a wonderful addition to any bedroom. Quality in workmanship is evident from first sight. The purchase experience was above and beyond. From the ease of on-line order process to numerous follow-ups from Jubilee as to status of the shipment and then to the actual delivery. All as expected- no qualms with this purchase. Would highly recommend both Multifunctional Bed and Jubilee to anyone in the market.
It took a lot longer to get here than quoted. But I understand that because of covid of course. It was also custom built, so that also added to it. Was pretty nervous with all the new reviews. But as far as quality it is great in our opinion. Really liked how straightforward the directions were. Literally step by step pictures with My exact bed. The screws used to make it are all the exact size and extras were sent, so pretty fool proof. It is huge! Needs a semi trailer to deliver. Our bed packaged was 500 pounds. Assembled it with my 13 year olds help. We had no damages orflaws. Absolutely love it! Sorry my room is not the biggest so getting a picture with the whole bed in it was difficult. But there it is.
HORRIBLE AND CHEAP QUALITY!!!!! We ordered a sectional sofa and paid premium price for top grain leather and with in 3-4 months it started peeling and they would do nothing about it. The furniture just looks good but not comfortable to sit at all, its hard like rock. Please save your money and headache dealing with these cheap people. I don’t understand how they get license to sell horrible furniture in USA and cheat people. No wonder they don’t have insurance policy, because they are not sure of their own quality. I wish I never bought our Sofa with them.

BUYER BEWARE, these people are crooks! My couch arrived damaged, after filling a claim they offered me $100.00 (yeah I thought it was a joke too) 1/3rd of my $4000 couch is damaged! After declining the (insulting) $100 offer and demanding a replacement they offered to repair it, I agreed that would be fine. THAT WAS A YEAR AGO, frequent phone calls, and yet nothing, absolutely a disgusting way to handle business.
I got the couch in March and it was damaged. I contacted customer service multiple times with barely anyone calling me back. Instead of sending me a new couch they offer to fix and it took them more than a month to find the handy man.Handy man wouldnt show up . They keep telling me they will find one but no luck. I havent gotten the refund and the couch is still in my garage since last 3 months. This furniture store has extremely poor service. They will not do anything if there is a damage on their material. In fact their claim department doesnt even have a phone and they contact via email to avoid the service. Stay away from this store.
We are so in love with our brand new Cloud Modular Customizable Sectional! We saw this piece on the in stock page for Jubilee. It was a bit pricy but we still decided to get the 7 piece set. Best decision we made for our new home. Looks absolutely amazing paired together with our blue color shceme. Took some time to get here due to shipping, but the new carrier they got was great. They took everything inside for us and did the assembly right then and there. Very good service.

This is an update! Please read carefully before you purchase the product from unethical Chinese store! As I signed the form to indicating that I received the product, now, I cant dispute the charge; that form has some hidden verbiages indicating you received product in a good condition! I was careless as I assume it a receipt format! Please be more logical how can you know the product in a good condition when it is still under the package! This store played a shady game to be free from liability for any damage of their product later! Now I have to close the claim with the tear on the leather and obligate to accept the amount from this store! I wonder how can these stores can be legally operated in US, getting away from the law such way! Please be careful to do business with this Chinese merchant ! They are shady! They hide all my comments on their website! See yourself for how shady of this business!I have recently bought the sofa as a gift from the family! There is a small hole on the arm chair and a tear on leather of the edge of middle chair! I filed the claim in which they offered me for a covered arm chair and $150 for a compensation of the tear. I am okay with an arm chair cover, but I am not fine with the $150 for compensation! I have been begging them to fix that tear or replace me another chair! They could not resolve it, and forced me to receive a $150 to close the claim! Regardless of me accepting the offer or not, they would still close the claim and there is no thing I can do! All I ask is to receive a product without any damages, but they fail to provide or to fix it no matter how hard I have requested from them! This store is cruel and heartless! All they want to take money from customer and push customer to the concern of their least considerate solution!Please revise your policy is that customer deserves to have a sofa without any damage, and you guys would replace or fix it if there are any damages! Please do not use the policy as an excuse to get away from your initial promises! I had the horrible experience. PLEASE BE WARE. I have no idea how they got the good reviews. I place an order and they did not tell me the delivery date. Once I asked again and again I was told it is long so I requested to have it cancelled. They said they would charge the cancellation fee and I said fine even then they would not cancel. They did not cancel they would no answer phone calls or respond to the emails. I disputed the transaction. I got charged back again and I have no information on If i would even get the product. The website says they in Vagus but the furniture comes from CHINA and they do not even let you know until you have paid. SO please find stuff somewhere else locally.

We ordered 3 bedroom sets and a dinning room set from Jubilee. The delivery was on time and the set-up went very well. The quality of the furniture we purchased is excellent. The customer service we received from Talon was great. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all our questions, and addressed all our concerns. We highly recommend Jubilee Furniture. I flew from Florida to Las Vegas for 2 reasons...First, it was my grand daughter’s birthday and a chance for me to visit the Jubilee Furniture Showroom. I was impressed by the quality of their collections! They have the Omont and Eileend sectionals with LED Lights on the floor and a selection of Top Grain Italian Leather Power recliners. Of course, I ended up buying the Voyage power reclining sectional which is IN STOCK! As the locals would say, ‘I just hit the jackpot!!” I got what I wanted and it is available ready to be shipped! I am back home now and just waiting for my sectional to arrive!! Yippee!!!

Horrible experience! The beautiful couch we ordered was scratched. We tried to resolve this issue for a month now with no luck. They didnt let us know there was a scratch and tried to cover it up. Never again.Update: after a month of back and forth emails with claims department they finally agreed to pay just enough for the leather repair company.
Am writing this review based on my experience and expectations be aware to this company, they took my hard working money and received broken sectional with missing coffee table, I don’t have answer yet simply asking them where is my coffee table, when I email to their claim department which is based to China, their customer care are ok when you want to make purchases if you have problems with your sectional or sofa what ever, you have to deal with claim department that does not have a phone number to call, I paid this sectional with coffee table $4,348.00 and I only Receive broken sectional, it just seating on my garage waiting answer. I will keep you updated if they are willing to help and fix the issue or give me my money back.Update I received the coffee table after long battle, I am just waiting broken glass to be replaced they said it will take up to 8 weeks just to get the glass.
Worst experience ever! Sectional arrived damaged and after sending numerous pictures to show how I recieved furniture I recieved pointless emails asking for pictures of packaging. After sending pictures and footage showing the damaged sofa I received, the claim department only refunded $246.94 of the $5,748.00. They wouldn’t even give me an option of a refund or nothing, and They refused to offer assistance repairing or replacing sofa. By far the worst experience I ever had buying anything. I might as well say they took my money!!! At least that’s how I feel!!!! PLEASE BE WARE!!!
So. This was my very first Brand New couch and I was sooo excited to get this amazing looking sectional. I paid the $500 shipping fee, it too like 2-3 months to receive the sofa, and I was so happy when it arrived......until...I opened it and saw that a few parts were missing, there was a glue stain in the black “leather” part and the cushions were extremely firm. I called and they told me to make a claim, finally, 2 months after the initial complaint, we finally came to a resolution. I got a measly 150 back (on a $2000 plus 500S&H fee) and they said that they send the replacement parts. I sent pics of what was missing and what not, today I received the part, and it was a part that I didn’t need at all. Who ever did the complaints obviously didn’t look at the pics of what was wrong and sent the wrong piece. I will NEVER order from this company again and I can’t resell the sofa for even close to what I pod for it. AND FURTHERMORE, if u want to return the sofa, you will be responsible fir the $500 return shipping fee. I feel scammed and like they claimed to be a high end furniture establishment and I got Big Lots brand furniture. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is a long review, so if you are trying to be quick, just know that I strongly DO NOT recommend this company due to lack of communication, lack of customer support, and general lack of any care for the people giving them money.I ordered a coffee table from this company. Several hundred dollars, but deemed worth it because it was a great design and I trusted the company. That was my mistake. I was required to pay in full, then spent three months trying to get an update on the status. I kept being told well look into it.. well call the manufacturer.. yada yada same nonsense. I even got an email saying it was in production. Three months! Then, after calling for what felt like the tenth time, the company has the audacity to tell me the manufacturer discontinued the product.. TWO DAYS AGO. No justification for why my purchase THREE MONTHS ago wasnt made.Then, they transfer me to the sales to see if they can find a suitable replacement. Sure. Lets try. We find one, not as nice but still good. Its $200 more than I initially paid though. Their response? I have to PAY the difference despite being the victim in the situation.No. I am not about to give this company one more dollar for them to sit on. Just took my full refund, three months wasted, and said good bye.
I received my Black & White Leather Sofa Set with matching coffee table…I had to wait a few months because of the COVID19 pandemic but IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! My sofa set was just like the photo in the website if not better. The quality of the Sofa Set from the leather and stitching was awesome! I was also so excited when the delivery guys turned on the LED lights!!! I was amazed! Thank you Jubilee Furniture my furniture and experience! SCAMMERS! Would give zero stars if possible. No customer service after purchase, they send broken furniture and then expect you to repair it yourselves. No quality control of the items they sent. They charge extra for USB ports and all for console tables, and do not put adapter to plug it in. No one buys $3000+ sofa set to repair themselves. It takes months and months to get any response from their claims department. Worst company, would never buy again from here nor recommend to spend hard earned money here.

Jubilee refused to offer assistance repairing or replacing the damaged piece. Jubilee sent several pointless emails asking for pictures of the pallet and packaging. Please dont give these crooks $5000 for their cheap garbage.
SCAMMERS! Would give zero stars if possible. One of the worst companies Ive ever done business with. I understand that the couch was being made and shipped from a long distance. So I get it took a bit of time to get here. But the company they hired to deliver the couch wouldnt even deliver to our house. The delivery company called and was very demanding and rude in that we either drive over 30 minutes to pick up the couch or theyre sending it back. After calling Jubilee to inform them of the situation, they were extremely disrespectful and didnt seem to care about the harassment from the delivery team Jubilee themselves hired. After not receiving any information on the status of our situation for 2 days, we called back and let them know we just want our refund because 1. We dont have our couch 2. They have our money for the product. 3. We are being harassed by this supposed delivery company and 4. Jubilee doesnt have another company to deliver the item and they dont have a date when it will be delivered. After over 2 hours on the phone trying to get our refund, the Jubilee employee said that they cant refund since the item is still in transit and that once we get it we have to ship it back ourselves AND ON TOP OF THAT we have to pay the return shipping. They are frauds just trying to squeeze money out of anyone that has the misfortune of buying from them.
Fantastic furniture and design, I had placed several orders over the past half year to finish laying out my house with the right pieces. Ive now gone over with the many shipment and updates, they all coming along and my house is almost complete.

The hardest thing for me is to choose similar things. I like JUBILEEs modern style beds. The only problem is their products all have their own benefits, so I called the JUBILEE team, The people on their team are very enthusiastic, and Kevin helped me customize the combination I am satisfied with. Although it will take a few weeks to wait, I believe that the companys products with such a service attitude will be particularly high-quality.
We are so pleased with the ordering of our sectional. We called several times asking questions and the service was helpful,, patient with us. We live in AZ & were concerned of any problems of how they handle it. The sectional was very well wrapped for shipping. No dings, tears, damage. It was beautiful once we got it set up. Hesitate to order out of state, but very pleased w/service, quality.

Update 2: I contacted the company about my order placed in Oct.2020 after month and was told 6-12 weeks for delivery. That 12 weeks came and went with little to no communication from the company. They finally started calling me the 12th week to update me on there hunt for my order.They are sending everything but the coffee table which still is held up overseas. Once you actually get them on the phone they are very professional, nice people. I still encourage a change in how they handle order updates because this is such a long time to wait especially with little to no communication until its due date. Dont know when everything will get here but I am hoping before the end of Feb.

I go to the casinos several times a year from cali, when my wife and I went in to jubilee furniture in las vegas, I thought it was a chain store because there is a jubilee furniture here in cali, but totally different company, some of the furniture were amazing. Nicky from the store was very jolly, she helped us shop and arrange to deliver to our home. It came the same week after we got back home. I was very pleased how fast it came, will come to visit yall again

Modern furniture attracted me. When I saw JUBILEEs products, I couldnt move my steps at all. Their products are so special and they are at a price I can afford. Although the wait is long, but after nearly 10 weeks of waiting for the moment I receive the product, I think all the waiting is worth it. No matter from the appearance or the quality and are impeccable.
Drive all the way from Texas to Las Vegas just to see their modern leather sectional, When I got to the store, I found the real thing was even more beautiful than the photos.Kaymis explained how to choose the right sofa for our home. In the end we chose a Burgundy/white combination. We will receive the sofa made for us in 8 weeks, And we will definitely put the photo on the Jubilee website. This is a trustworthy company!

We ordered custom sofa set and the order was delayed due to COVID which understandable, But when order was arrived wrong materiel and they said vendor sent it wrong. We didnt wanted to wait, We end up willing to take a product not of our choice with a discount of 30%. Which Jubilee furniture agreed. Shipping we paid $300 1st time when we placed an order now they are charging us $450... Communication is an disaster, they will fall promise you to get your business but never fulfill what you were communicated.Looking at these reviews Im just not sure how business can get 5star reviews when they dont keep up the word. Please cross check and save yourself a time because after waiting +9 weeks we are canceling the order and not getting product.I will be reporting them to BBB so these guys are not just holding everyones money for weeks.

I had been looking for a hard mattress for three weeks and finally found it in jubilee.They have the most comprehensive range of hard mattresses, the hardest one which are as hard as the floor. But if you have a bad lumbar spine it must be good for you.I also want to say that their service is very comfortable. I almost tried all their mattresses and they showed me patiently.Super good furniture shop!

Ordered a sectional on September 8 2020 and we are in January 14 2021 and I still didnt get it.They advertise 10 to 12 weeks, but its no near that, its over 20 weeks for me, this is really frustrating spending close to 4k which they already withdrawn three days after the purchase and have to wait this much, delay after a delay from day 1 🙄
Im a very picky person. Although I have moved to my new house for half a year, my living room is still empty. Until I came to JUBILEE. I like their taste very much. My skin can only use leather sofa, so I have very high requirements for leather. I bought a DERUCCI sofa here. First of all, it has a very modern head rest, which is very comfortable to sit on. It does not have the feeling of collapse like other sofas. Recliners Angle is just the Angle Im most comfortable with. A few days later I bought a coffee table and a TV cabinet.Mary helped me pick out the marble-topped coffee table and TV cabinet. They looked like a perfect match. Best place for shop furniture!
I ordered a sellena modern sectional on jubilees website and it arrived in a week. The quality of the sofa is worthy of its price. I have a dog at home that cant use the leather sofa. This sectional is big enough and it can be disassembled. Most importantly, it is a very modern style of sectional couch. Love it~ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I ordered my furniture on August 25 called them on the phone and they promised max of 8 weeks and 1 day delivery its all ready 3.5 since I ordered everything and of course nothing arrive yet. They charged my card on the same day and you have no one to talk too.
I’ve been driving around town looking for ‘Real’ leather furniture and finally found one! I went inside Jubilee Furniture in Spring Mountain . The store has a good selection to choose from And I can even do ‘special order’.! The staff was very nice and helpful. But I ended up buying a modern white leather sectional in stock. I was surprised that it was reasonably priced! I can’t wait till they deliver on Saturday. I can say that this is so far ‘the best furniture’ in Las Vegas!!!

Great customer service, good prices, very comfortable bed, and OK sectional. Katherine at Jubilee furniture was wonderful, she was able to get my sectional couch delivered to me (in a different color) in a very timely manner. The bamboo medium firm mattress is one of the most comfortable beds that Ive ever slept on. The sectional is OK for now, not great. Im not sure how durable the couch will be long term. I also wish it was a little softer, more plush. The size is perfect for my small apartment though.

I bought a futon at jubilee furniture. The color matches with my room, it looked fantastic! It’s really comfortable, I do pretty much everything on this, read, relax, my paperwork and feed my baby. My 6 year old boy also love to jump on this. Best modern furniture store!
I haven’t bought furniture in Chinatown for more than 5 years, I passed by this furniture store yesterday when I was having dinner in Chinatown.Although I didn’t buy anything but I had a pleasant chat with them, their products on floor are all fantastic and good quality, especially the leather sofa.I will definitely go to this furniture store if I move in the future.
Trust me, youll never find a modern sectional couch like this in Las Vegas. I was very nervous at the beginning of the order because I was afraid that there would be a big different between online shopping and reality. I was so happy when I received it.It was better than I thought. It was worth the three months of waiting for this special order!
Don’t waste your time here. The owner Mary blatantly insulted me, a potential customer who was likely going to spend thousands of dollars over time, She agreed to match amazon’s price, but I told her there was a $40 difference because of my Amazon credit card’s cash back program. She kept haggling me for the difference and I kept saying I would only purchase if she gave me at least the same price. Then she told me I’m not a very good entrepreneur and must not have any money if I’m worried about $40. Sorry lady, but people with money are concerned with even small amounts. Not to mention I know the margins and how much profit she is already making. I politely told her I didn’t want to waste her time and as I was walking out she called me “guy” and made a couple other condescending remarks. A fine example of a salesperson treating customers poorly out of frustration in her inability to close a sale. Not the proper way to do business or treat customers. Not to mention, she sent me a long text message after I left calling me evil. Steer clear from drama and purchase elsewhere.
I had been all over the Las Vegas valley looking for a nice couch at a reasonable price, when I happened to see Jubilee Furniture store. I figured that I would go into the store and just take a quick look around. When I walked into the store I expected get the same hassling salesperson treatment that I got at other furniture stores, instead I was greeted by a friendly salesman named Barry who also told me to walk around and if I saw something to let him know. Barry actually let me shop in peace and didnt even follow me around like most ANNOYING salespersons do. Anyway, having looked at the stores large selection of couches, I motioned towards him for his help. When he came to my location in the store, I talked to him about pricing, discussed what I was looking for and I pointed out a particular couch that I was interested in. Barry didnt try to up sell me or convince me to purchase something that I did not want or need. Instead, he gave me a good price for the couch I wanted without any haggling. Over the years I have bought main other furniture pieces from Barry such as complete bedroom set, chairs, and bookcases (I ONLY deal with Barry because I love his sales personality). My advice for those of you who are looking for custom style furnishings at a reasonable price...... Jubilee Furniture IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! Other furniture places in the valley sell either the same or very similar pieces for WAY TOO MUCH money. However, at Jubilee you will definitely get unique furnishings at affordable prices.
Not sure why there were some negative reviews. Maybe they were from the desperate competitors? I definitely loved my experience with Jubilee. Talon (the salesman) is very patient and professional. Delivery was super fast!!! They have lots of very nice looking comtemporary furniture that are extremely affordable. Im like wow, beautiful!! I highly recommend this store and will definitely come back in the future!

It is a modern furniture store. Its products are almost the same as MACYs, but the prices are affordable. And another plus factor is that they offer free design using their own ‘design program’ to make it easier for customers to visualize what customer’s furniture will look like in their homes.
Mary and her Nephew were so helpful! They worked with my friend and I and we were able to get great financing options for new and stylish bedroom sets. We bought our items during their Memorial Day weekend sale and we recieved a good deal/discount with delivery and setup. So Awesome! would definitely buy more furniture from Jubilee!
The first time I went this store was 6 mounts ago. On the second visit yesterday, the salesman Getty still remembered everything on that day and what I was looking, It makes me feel warm.They are carrying very beautiful modern furniture, all real leather sectional is my favorite, also accessories are fantastic.Best furniture store in Las Vegas!
I just bought a new house and was looking for a reputable Furniture Store online in the Las Vegas area. Jubilee Furniture popped out and I checked their website and liked what I saw - Modern Furniture which was affordable. I decided to visit their store in Spring Mountain.
