I was in a rush to find a iPhone charger for my phone and Joe came to me immediately and Hooked me up with this new phone case that charges my iPhone, wow I was blown away. Joe was so nice to me and we spoke about our culture and he made me laugh, then he put me in his relaxing chair that made me feel like a princess. After we spoke about my kids he threw in so many extras for my kids that he made me cry. Purchase a batter for my s21 ultra and the guy sold me a broken one and the wrong phone cover, broken mini game console. I am out $200 and they wont even do right by me. I went back immediately after I purchased and the sales man Eli was very unprofessional, wouldnt give me my money back, now I have to go above and beyond to report and get my money back. Do not buy from them! They will just take your money. I am surprised they are still in business

Me & my boyfriend took a trip to Vegas & stayed at the flamingo, while walking out to the strip we ran into a lady here at the store who convinced us to get these phone charging cases that were $119 a piece. she said the case will charge up to 4 days. who wouldnt want to have to not worry about a charger. we get home & use it, the charging case barely charges an hour! even after being on a charger all night. disappointed & will be sending my case back for a refund.

Store is way over priced . I payed $130.00 for a 11 pro phone case that I could’ve paid $30.00 for. I pursued the phone case and as I was walking out I looked at my receipt and noticed the charges and went back to the sales person thinking he might of made a mistake. To my surprise he said NO., and said that was the actual price of the phone case. I asked him for a refund and he said No refunds. So I will be reporting it not only to the Nevada BB but I will also be calling my bank to stop CC charges. The dam phone case was more than a meal for 2 at Sugars .

My friend and I went were on our way to the High Roller, when she stopped at this store to look at their wide variety of cell phone cases. After talking to their super friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable staff, Joseph and Moses, I ended up buying two cell phone cases, 6 headphones, and a projector. Joseph gave me a great deal that I couldnt resist. I later looked up the prices for these items online, and I really did get a great deal on everything. They even let me leave my new purchases there at the store while my friend and I went to ride the High Roller. The for sure place to go for electronics. We had the best experience at Coltan Electronics Las Vegas (inside the Flamingo Casino). You definitely want to see Joseph!! Joseph was very kind, knowledge, and patient with those of us 60+ folks, with no knowledge of electronics at all. I didn’t have the opportunity on this review, but Joseph deserves a ten star. He helped me with an amazingly strong screen saver, that has been a lifesaver for my mistreated iPhone, and it’s many hard falls. While there we purchased a few phone charging cases, giving us an extra full charge of battery life, while out and about and unable to plug in. We found their products so amazing that we didn’t stop there. Before leaving my husband and I also purchase Bluetooth headphones for ourselves and our four preteen grandchildren for Christmas. Every single one of us couldn’t be happier with the sound these headphones produce and their many functions. The best part...the free lifetime replacement is unbelievable! During one of my phone drops a piece of the charging cases broke. Replacing it was as easy as making a call to Joseph. I was back up and running in no time, due to their quick and efficient service.
