K&B sent Chuck out to check out my garage door opener that was acting up . It turned out the unit was 14 years old and wearing out . So rather than doing the “ band-aide “ approach I opted for a new opener.I went with the Lift Master belt drive and couldn’t be happier . Chuck had it in quickly and explained all the features, including wi-Fi capabilities. The unit is so quiet you better call before you come home and scare someone !

We made an appointment for a spring replacement on the garage door, there was a misunderstanding with the appointment but it was fixed. Happy with the results and didnt take that long to be replaced. THANK YOU!

Chuck checked in to let us know he was coming. Was on-time a saw the problem right away. He was friendly and explained that age was due to failure of the broken garage spring. He checked out all other parts and lubed them as needed. The spring was replaced in a very reasonable time frame and he was on his way.

Jeff did a great job adding two new springs, lubricating the hinges and rollers and making sure the door was working properly. We previously had K & B add insulation panels to the inside of the doors. This has helped hold back the hot outside temperatures during the summer months. A great improvement.

Trisha in the office is super helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Everything was super personal and very fast. Pricing is extremely fair as well. Customer service in the office is outstanding. I would recommend this company hands down from my experience with Trisha alone.

The unit is more quiet than I expected. Chuck the installer is 5 star. he made me feel like weve been friends for years. He also did a great job, even cleaned the garage. If I ever need another repair or a new opener, youv got me for life.

We had a Wayne Dalton 9600 double garage door installed last Wednesday by Joe. He answered all our questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. We are thoroughly happy with the product and professional level of service and high quality of the Install. Really needed a new unit, as the original door was 23 years old, and failing fast. I have dealt with K&B in the past, with excellent results. Very happy that we went with the insulated unit with a steel backed interior, really gives a nice finished look inside the garage. I have an old manual overhead garage door that you have to lift up and recently the mount for the spring assembly to hold up the door broke off from the wooden supports. The assembly itself seems fine, its the wooden supports holding the mount in place that was damaged and gave way.My home warranty got me in contact with KB Doors which sent a tech out the next day. The tech Jeremy was outside my house waiting when I drove up and explained to me that the garage door was too old to work on; that we wont be able to find anyone in town to even work on these doors; that they even stop making replacement parts for them; and that the door needed to be replaced completely. All of that without even looking at the problem which I tried to explain. So without being able to help, they left and told the warranty co that the issue was with the door itself. Not only did they not help, everyone from KB seems to only want to try to sell me a new door. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

The spring had broke year plus ago. Had the spring and cables replaced(250) Worked for about a month. Called out veteran garge door in june 2019. Said it was fine rehook everything charge 125.00 service call. Two weeks later broke again. Called said it sounded like the spring broke, but be another 125.00 just to come out,eventho they were just here. Put a huge stricken over the original installer KB which i took off.I called kb and Tricia was awesome. She said they could replace spring and cost for everything would be 244.00 with a 5 year warranty.Asked about rollers to be replaced. She was very knowable and professional. Veteran told me 3 year,then on paperwork was 2 year. But the spring was good apparently the tension was not correctly adjusted each time. When Travis come out from kb he was very professional and explained that spring was fine just did not put correct adjustment of the tension on the spring. I had him replaced the rollers. Said in the next 30 days any problems they will fix for free. The new rollers are so smooth and quiet. I highly recommend KB garage door company. Dont waste your money with others.Thank you

SO HAPPY!Backstory-We have had 4-5 garage door technicians come to fix our door over the past 2 years. They were from different local companies. My spring broke on a Sunday afternoon, so first thing Monday morning I called K&B. The person who answered the call was helpful, friendly and scheduled a same day appointment. As promised, the technician Bryan, called 20 minutes before arrival. He was courteous and it was obvious he is a very experienced technician. He showed me a motor strength adjustment feature on my door opener that I didnt knew existed. Bryan also took the time to lubricate the rollers and door joints, and now my garage door is almost silent!Overall, the service and quality of work was excellent, and the price was actually lower than I expected! The counter people were courteous and quick. The 2 changes I would make are to have an installer at the register or behind the counter to answer questions we may have about different things pertaining to the installation or parts purchases and not to have the front door locked all the time. Every time I went there they had to unlock the door to let me in which gave me the feeling it was in a bad neighborhood.

Our garage door was making a horrible noise, so we called K&B Door and they came out that same day! Bryan was extremely polite, professional, informative, and FAST! He completely replaced the opener and all components, including programming it with our gate, and was finished in less than an hour! If we ever need service again, were calling K&B Door.

Always top service with these folks. Its been years since we had need of them. They found our last service request. We asked for the previous repairman as he was excellent. Only to find out hed been promoted and was in the office. Makes sense.Bryan called ahead and let us know when hed be there. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Which I believed to be true as I had been looking up info on the net.He offered three solutions and I went with his recommendation of a new belt drive lifter. It was late in the day and he didnt have the unit with him. Still he offered to drive back to the office for one. He quoted a price and we agreed.Meanwhile I called a few places just to compare. K&B and Bryans price was at or below others.Install was a breeze as Bryan was a pro.In sum you can trust these folks. Top shelf service. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional people! I had a problem with broken torsion spring. The spring was replaced few months ago from another company and the spring was in wrong sizes and wind. I ask KB door to replaced with right spring to match the sizes of another one ( my garage is double with two springs). Proffesinal stuff explain me that they are able JUST replace broken spring with same one!!! Again with wrong sizes that doesnt match another one spring! And that was opinion on main manager!!!

Their website says they sell replacement parts but really they only want to sell you their services. The front office lady was rude and demeaning. I wouldnt give this company a dime.
