Owner Mark is very difficult to deal with, he hardly ever returns phone calls and doesnt seem to remember any of his clients. When ordering doors we were told that if we didnt like the handles, we could easily change them out after installation. Not true! We are stuck with the handles that we have, which dont function very well. Owner doesnt back any of the products he sells, even after the manufacturer contacted him with our issues, we havent heard from him and it has been nearly a month. The owner blames the installer for everything which just so happens is a separate company all together. Never again would we do business with this company or any company that the owner is affiliated with!
