Couldnt be happier with the new floors that we purchased and the service we received from Best Buy Flooring. We decided to replace the living room flooring and visited this place. The floor store had a friendly and patient employees, theyre not pushy and were very helpful, from start to finish. They got a nice selection of flooring at an affordable price. The install crew did an amazing job. The installation was fast and were completed in a very timely manner.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic! Came to their store together with my partner to look for a hardwood flooring that would suit our taste. We have recently remodeled our house and we were very happy to help us with choosing the design for our floor and also for the floor installation. Affordable flooring, top quality tiles and easy installation. Everyone was very helpful and friendly to us, from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We bought the tiles at their store and also hired manpower from them. Their workers were very great; they did an excellent job working and as we saw the outcome of their work it was truly awesome. We were speechless how wonderful the tiles were and how creative those workers are. They got what we pictured and wanted to happen in our home. All in all it was a great work that they did. Thumbs up to Best Buy Flooring Center and to your workers.

I highly recommend Best Buy Flooring! The team they sent did a good job to refinish our hardwood floor that happened a couple of weeks ago. They were very helpful and their communication was impressive. Reasonable cost and I couldnt be more happier with the result!

If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOOORING!!This company is the WORST flooring company ever! Do not get your floors done by them.We went to them prior to having a baby in order to change our carpets to laminate flooring. At first they seemed great, we worked out a deal and set a date to start. Then the start date came around and they showed up late. we were told 3-5 days to complete the job. It took a week and a half, the installer was late every single day and left a bunch of times during the day leaving a worker who couldnt speak English and was inexperienced so hardly anything would get done when he was gone. When we did the initial walk through they said they could reuse our baseboards no problem. When the installers arrived they said no way we could reuse them - well we didnt budget for new baseboards so they had to make it work. they did a terrible job on them, breaking a bunch of them, caulking looks terrible, etc.Then the installer didnt have the T molds and it took 2 months before we got those installed!Then the stair noses they brought didnt match the floor planks. Our stairs were already ripped up cut down and nails exposed. We made them cover it in carpet which yes they did after pushing them for a solution.It took them 3 MONTHS to finally get new ones from the manufacturer!!!! WE had to follow up constantly for updates and push them for answers-and rarely got answers! Their customer service is absolutely horrible! They didnt communicate delays with us, installers were terrible and unprofessional,their office staff are rude and the quality of work is half par at best.Once we finally got our stairs done it was a month past when we were told the new stair noses were to arrive in town, my baby was already born and had to deal with dust and noise with her in the house.And on top of this all, this was happening during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays when we had family in town.When time came to pay the balance until a discount was discussed, they offered a 0.016% discount - that is insulting!

All these fake 5-star reviews need to be taken with a huge grain of salt. These guys are SCAMMERS! Look at the bad (authentic) reviews on Yelp and elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time and headache.They will offer you a so-called deal of $2.99 sq/ft (installed) but in reality you will end up paying OVER DOUBLE that price. That is known as fraud in the inducement and is against the law in the state of Nevada. I hope the newly elected Attorney General looks into this pervasive fraud and puts a stop to it.They will pad the actual square footage (I checked mine and they were way OVER) and refuse to give you a written estimate with a detailed cost breakdown... HUGE RED FLAG!!! When I asked to speak with the owner I was told that it was his policy that no written estimates be given.They mostly take advantage of the elderly and women who are unaware and dont realize theyre being bamboozled. Do yourselves a favor, take your own measurements and go to a wholesaler and buy the flooring direct, then hire a licensed contractor of your own choosing to do the install, it will cost you roughly half what these jokers are charging and you will wind up with a far superior product.

After much help from our salesperson Dez we were pleased with OUR choice. The decision we made was not pressured and we found exactly what we were looking for. I could tell he really wanted us to love our choice instead of closing the deal as soon as we saw something nice. Thanks so much for all your help.

Remodelled our old ugly kitchen as a surprise to the wife while she was away and she almost cried when she saw the new counter tops and floors. The Kitchen looks beautiful all thanks to you guys! Led to a happy wife! Happy life!
